Hotels with Pools in Phnom Penh

The location was strategic, room was clean and just enough. The breakfast was good, one thing downside is the view of my room are not ok. And during heavy rain pour, it clearly can hear the rain drop on metal sheet roofing.

Our originally booked room would have been on the 9th floor, right below the pool and bar. We requested a different one. It wasn't the same category, but it was okay. The bed was a bit too soft and the pillows too thick. You can't please everyone, I guess. The bathroom was very small, but the shower had good water pressure and was hot. The breakfast area/cafe was far too small for so many guests, and it was too hot to sit outside. Breakfast was mediocre but sufficient. The location was superb. Very quiet on a side street, yet right in the heart of things. However, we had the bad luck of construction happening at the temple across the street. You should avoid that side of the hotel. The rooftop pool area is nice. The view over the city and the skyline, however, is sensational. Overall, the stay was good. We would gladly come back.

I have to say I was extremely disappointed by this hotel. This is remarkably considering it’s my 6th time and u always book this hotel. However, the fine print only showed that the pool and Sky Bar rooftop area was closed for renovations after booking. This is extremely inconvenient and I wonder why the hotel did not complete this during winter or prior to the busy summer holiday season. We were allowed to use the sister Riverside hotel pool but were put on a 2.5 hour tone limit (not sure if that was due to the driver waiting or the policy. The Riverside hotel is much more upmarket but not a big fan of the pool : too shallow and no umbrellas for shade. Costs at the pool are quite high though the food is good. I checked in around 2am and while the service was friendly, I had issues with the door lock jamming and not working properly. The staff were quick to sort it out. In all honesty, I was very very disappointed and hope the hotel will consider timing renovations better. Most importantly, the hotel should advise upfront of pool/construction and not just in the fine print. I can honestly say this was my most disappointing trip to the hotel and without the pool it loses its appeal

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere, professional service, and attention to detail. The room also had everything I needed for a pleasant stay, including clean towels, comfortable bedding, useful amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere. I especially appreciated how clean the bathroom was and how well everything was organized. Housekeeping also deserves recognition. The room was kept very clean, and I could tell that the staff paid attention to the small details. It is always reassuring when you stay at a hotel and don't have to worry about cleanliness or maintenance, and this hotel definitely gave me that feeling. Another thing I really enjoyed was the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The common areas were clean, attractive, and comfortable. The design and decoration created a pleasant environment without feeling too crowded or overwhelming. It was a great place to relax, whether I was spending time in the room or enjoying the hotel's facilities. The location was also very convenient. It was easy to get around and access nearby restaurants, shops, attractions, and other places I wanted to visit. Having a convenient location made a big difference because I didn't have to spend too much time traveling from one place to another. The hotel staff were consistently friendly throughout my stay. Everyone I interacted with was polite and professional, from the reception team to the housekeeping staff and other employees. Good customer service can really make or break a hotel experience, and in this case, the staff made my stay much more enjoyable. I also had the opportunity to enjoy the hotel's facilities, and I was pleased with the quality and cleanliness. Everything appeared to be well maintained, and it was clear that the hotel puts effort into providing a comfortable experience for its guests. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and was impressed by the combination of cleanliness, comfort, location, facilities, and excellent customer service. There are many hotels to choose from, but what made this experience stand out was the friendly staff and the feeling that the hotel genuinely cared about its guests. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip, and I would happily recommend this hotel to friends, family, or anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Whether you're traveling for business, taking a vacation, or simply looking for a relaxing getaway, this hotel is a great choice. I had a very happy stay at this hotel, it’s showing signs of age but still perfectly acceptable, location was good for me as pretty central to access everything easily by Tuk Tuk. Pool area is very pleasant but sometimes staff absent so had to phone down, some good food deals and beer and drink available, some towels again showing signs of age so could do with being replaced. Restaurant on site and breakfast seven selection for all at $7 so good value. The staff as always in Cambodia are brilliant, I had good banter with the guys on the door and often bought them coffees and brought pastries for them. The coffee shop / stall offers coffees at$2.50 so good value as well and freshly made. The superior room was a god size, bed comfy and the shower was a good size and water was very good… I had a couple of small issues in the room but maintenance were in the room fixing it with 10 mins so absolutely fantastic. However the USB power sockets either side of the end did not work and could not be fixed so had to obtain an adapter as the UK socket would not fit the bedside outlets. I am returning in November and see no reason why I won’t stay here again, it’s a balance of value against facilities and this I believe is a great value for money hotel, yes there are fancier hotels ata much higher price and likewise there are cheaper ones that are definitely not up to the standard of this hotel. Enjoy your stay and please buy the guys a coffee and bring back a pastry if your out (they like the ones with custard in the middle lol)

The staff were very polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They assisted us throughout our stay and made our experience very pleasant. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided a relaxing place to stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others.

Enjoyed our stay. Good location for local bars, restaurants etc. Room was good only bathroom had some small issues. Shower was not very hot and pressure of water went up and down. However a sign explained this was due to sustainable power/heating. The sink was not flowing properly. Service was great, people were nice!

This is our go-to hotel every year. It has that old-world Cambodian charm, and I love that it's so reasonably priced. The hot water works perfectly, and cleanliness is never an issue. There's a cheap laundry service nearby that even offers same-day delivery, which is a huge help. Breakfast from the restaurant with a great view is always a highlight, with plenty of variety to choose from.

Turned up at 6am as arrived on the overnight bus. My 2 cabin cases were carried upstairs for me to my awaiting “pod”! It had a light, plug socket & usb socket and fan, clean bedding! I slept for 5 hours until I had to leave for my plane. Bed was comfy, slept like a baby. Didn’t have time to use the amenities but saw a pool, a bar, pool table, menus , plenty of games - looked like it would’ve been a fun time! Arrived at the airport and realised I’d left my backpack & laptop etc !!! Couldn’t find the telephone no: but sent a grab and the bar man helped locate it and I managed to get it before the flight! If only I’d had more time - looked fun !

Pool is not so clean, Trash aren’t pick up. staff are good and friendly. they have free laundry but the next problem is how to get it dry. i booked for 9nights and just stayed for 4nights. i asked them to help me have a refund for the remaining 5nights. but they kept on telling me they can’t do anything and won’t do a refund. well ofcourse they can if they only want but they take advantage in your change of plans. real PET FRIENDLY
