The bed quality was excellent and very comfortable, and the L’Occitane bathroom amenities were a particularly nice touch. Everything in the room felt well considered and made the stay feel a little more special. Service was attentive and welcoming throughout. I also really appreciated the selection of welcome drinks, including options like beer. Overall, a very pleasant stay with great attention to detail.

I stayed at Okay Boutique Hotel for one night with my family, and overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money. The staff were truly superb—warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made our short stay with the family very easy and pleasant. We also loved the hotel’s ambiance, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Breakfast was okay with a decent selection, though it could have had a little more variety. Pool area and rooftop bar is amazing at night! For the price, the quality of the room, service, and overall experience was definitely worth it. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Phnom Penh!

The only thing to note is the air conditioning's performance. I ended up seeing three rooms, but the air conditioning in the last room was perfect. The refrigerator was fine, and while the shower pressure was weak, it was just acceptable. The cleanliness was also fine. The drainage was barely working, but there was a 7cm step between the shower area and the toilet to prevent overflowing, which was a clever solution. This hotel offers excellent value for money.

The 24-hour pub downstairs is a genuine asset—reliable food and drink whenever you need it. Staff consistently go above expectations. Noise is the trade-off for this central location. Excellent value; bring earplugs and you'll be fine.

Located in very good place and very convenient take tuktuk or car~taxi.. I visited kitchen at 9:30 and there are a some fruits, tea, coffee, milk and bread, sugar, bread were available. And stuff prepared some soup, thanks them. Room is big , hot water available.

This was a truly wonderful stay. There was always a friendly staff member near the pool on the first floor, and they even turned on the lights and fan when I went down at 1 AM. When I accidentally broke a glass, they handled it very kindly. The room was also very clean, and the shower and toilet facilities were more than adequate for Phnom Penh. The location is in a very safe area with a supermarket nearby. Overall, I'd say this is an excellent hotel for backpackers.
