An absolutely perfect experience. The views are excellent; the west side faces the Mekong River, and the east side faces the Royal Palace, with the east side being much quieter. The service is attentive; someone helped with my luggage as soon as I got out of the car, and the front desk staff were very kind. The room facilities are new, soundproofing is good, and the shower amenities are L'Occitane. Breakfast is of French standard. To be more economical, it's an à la carte menu. Both Western and Chinese options are available, and everything is prepared exquisitely.

The staff consistently demonstrates exceptional friendliness and a strong commitment to assisting guests. The accommodations are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The hotel's location is particularly advantageous for those who appreciate vibrant nightlife. I fully intend to return and will enthusiastically recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a hotel in close proximity to entertainment venues. ActivateC3 is a hidden gem in the Chrouy Changvar district. While it’s slightly removed from the hectic city center, the amenities make it a perfect sanctuary. I loved the saltwater swimming pool and the lush garden area, which are ideal for decompressing. The on-site restaurant and bar serve great food at fair prices, including a solid English breakfast. The dorms are spacious with privacy curtains, individual reading lights, and secure lockers. I also took advantage of the billiard tables and the fast 250+ Mbps Wi-Fi, which was perfect for getting some work done. For exploring, you can use their bicycle rentals or book local tours directly through the 24-hour reception. I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is safe, comfortable, and conveniently situated in the Riverside district. It has a good cost performance (i.e. price-to-quality ratio). Not everything is perfect, but the staff makes up for it, they are friendly and helpful (special shout-out to Nita who is fantastic, she is the nicest person and she helped me with all my requests). I originally booked a basic room until I found out a few days ahead the room had no window (I did not read the description carefully enough), so I upgraded for a “standard double room” with window. The first room I moved into did not have hot water. The hotel was not able to fix it, so eventually they moved me to another room where the hot water worked, which was great. The room did not have a chair and desk, but I asked the staff and they brought one. At some point, Nita helped me arrange a laundry load. It was done overnight and cost 3 dollars, so it seems the laundry is outsourced to a nearby business. At night, the street can be a little loud, there are many bars, KTVs and nightclubs located here. But it did not bother me, I could sleep through it easily. Many of the bars have hordes of pretty women who, beginning at dusk, sit outside and come ask you to drink with them. They get your attention by shouting “hello”, “come here”, “handsome” and “bong” (mister) as you are walking by. In any event, this did not bother me, I never actually felt harassed and could come and go the hotel as I pleased. The description mentioned the room would have a minibar, but my room didn’t have one. Probably I could have asked for it, but I realized I didn’t need one. One morning, there was a visit by the police, they were checking visas and passports from all foreign hotel guests. This was unexpected, but it went smoothly. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would probably come here again. Not everything is perfect, but I give it 4.5 stars (4 stars for the price/quality/location plus an extra half-staff bonus for the staff, especially Nita).

This is a beautiful hotel where I had the pleasure of staying for 5 days in August 2026. The room is large and clean, and even if some might find the style a bit old-fashioned, I think it has its charm. The rooftop pool is superb. Breakfast is very good, and the buffet is plentiful. The staff are super friendly and professional, always smiling. The balcony is small but charming. The air conditioning is good and powerful. The bed is super comfortable, and it's sometimes hard to get up because it's so cozy! The only minor downsides are that there are sometimes odors coming from the bathroom, and the hot water is often lukewarm, as it seems to be everywhere in Cambodia.

I've stayed here multiple times, and this experience was just okay. The air conditioning is very old and wasn't cold enough. After two nights, I requested a room change, which the front desk arranged. The service was alright. The best advantage is its location right by the Central Market, which is convenient for shopping.

Turned up at 6am as arrived on the overnight bus. My 2 cabin cases were carried upstairs for me to my awaiting “pod”! It had a light, plug socket & usb socket and fan, clean bedding! I slept for 5 hours until I had to leave for my plane. Bed was comfy, slept like a baby. Didn’t have time to use the amenities but saw a pool, a bar, pool table, menus , plenty of games - looked like it would’ve been a fun time! Arrived at the airport and realised I’d left my backpack & laptop etc !!! Couldn’t find the telephone no: but sent a grab and the bar man helped locate it and I managed to get it before the flight! If only I’d had more time - looked fun !

Nice hotel, comfortable bed, spacious room. Breakfast included. Polite staff. I arrived from the airport at 7:00 a.m., and reception said check-in wasn't until 2:00 p.m. (The website says 10:00 a.m.). They asked for an early check-in fee of $10.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay at Grand Elevation Hotel during my trip to Phnom Penh. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food every morning. One of the best things about this hotel is its location — it’s close to the Independence Monument, the Royal Palace area, restaurants, and many attractions, making it easy to explore the city. My room was comfortable and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.

Pool is not so clean, Trash aren’t pick up. staff are good and friendly. they have free laundry but the next problem is how to get it dry. i booked for 9nights and just stayed for 4nights. i asked them to help me have a refund for the remaining 5nights. but they kept on telling me they can’t do anything and won’t do a refund. well ofcourse they can if they only want but they take advantage in your change of plans. real PET FRIENDLY
