I recently stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Phnom Penh with my family, and overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. The room was clean, well-designed, and modern, with a nice blend of wood tones and soft lighting. I really liked the sliding-door concept between the bedroom and bathroom—it gives the space a stylish, open feel. The breakfast was impressive, offering a wide selection from cereals, dried fruits, nuts, and pastries to a full noodle station. The variety definitely stands out, and everything was well-presented and enjoyable. The gym is spacious, bright, and clean, with good equipment and a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also offers lunch, dinner, and a swimming pool, which makes it convenient for families. Parking is also very spacious, which is a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay smooth from check-in to check-out. As a family traveler, I have no complaints—the hotel meets all the essential needs for a comfortable stay. However, for friends or group trips, I might not strongly recommend it because the room layout is more suitable for couples or families due to the semi-open bathroom design. Overall, it’s a great stay for families who want comfort, good breakfast, and convenient facilities in Phnom Penh.

Favourite Hotel Ever!! As usual, it never disappoints. Truly remarkable that this is my 4th visit and I still get the same exceptional service and staff remember me. It is nice that they treat returning visitors as VIPs and are willing to factor this in when considering certain concessions. I had accidentally spilled my chocolate frappe on the sheets. The hotel charge me for the replacement cost (which was totally fair) and discounted the cost since I am their “loyal customer). I’m not saying they should always do this but it certainly impressed me that they considered all my visits and friends I’d encouraged to stay over. Besides this though they are still usually reasonable with such things. Per usual, there is everything around to make your stay completely seamless from shops to pharmacies to restaurants, etc. The room service is 24 hours and excellent. Quality produce and delivery. Staff, especially check in are very kind and helpful. I was really impressed by the check-in guy as I land early hours of the morning and he was very efficient. Plus, they had switched on the AC and the room was very comfortable after the long journey. Having written many reviews for this hotel, there is not much more I can say as they continue to improve and maintain very high standards. My only complaints are that the pool closes far too early at 8pm. I hope the hotel could consider extending the time. Secondly, the 4th four does not have a designated smoking section so it can become quite thick with the smoke smell. They might consider arranging ashtrays at more places than just the lift. A UM Undoubtedly, my hotel of choice whenever I’m in PP. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and making my stay, once again, truly wonderful! 🌹🌹

I stayed at Hotel KVL with a friend and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent. The riverside view is relaxing and beautiful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!

The location is superb. I was just arrive and couldn’t find the hotel as it’s located inside the bar. The staff is great that reach me out from the entrance. You can find lot of food, drink anything like you need. It’s all walking distance. I’d love to stay here again. If you need a window. Because I’ve booked without window since I’m travelling alone. This is the 3rd time I’m staying in Phnom Penh… Solo traveller!!!

Very Good
The location is a bit of outskirt, but I know what I am booking, so I have no issues with that. This is great with kids, there are 2 big playgrounds which cannot be find in another apartment. The amazing part is the responsiveness of the employee, all issues are attended within minutes and they are very accommodative. I asked for water heater replacement, detergent and late checkout without any hassle. There are a lot of Chinese expats in the premises, all services (convenience store, restaurant, massage parkour) are directed towards Chinese clientele.

Good time to stay, Location in the city, near market, Koh Pich, and riverside, we can see the river view, and city from 28th floor, it have many facilities at 39th floor swimming pool, gym and suna. Service is good and have a nice food, price is valuable.

The hotel is in an excellent location, only a short walk or tuk tuk ride to the main attractions. The reception staff were very friendly during the check in process and offered a refreshing drink. The room was basic, but had all the necessary amenities for a short stay. It also had a nice city view from the balcony. The pool is an added bonus and the breakfast was decent. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with lovely and helpful staff.

The hotel if fine. I stayed there before. It’s a safe bet if you want to stay close to the center. The staff is attentive. It’s reasonably clean. When I’m just going in and out of PP, I always choose it. No fills, but cheap and accessible to the better neighborhoods.
