Novotel Phnom Penh BKK 1

First time staying here, and the hotel seems quite new. The location is excellent, right in the city center. Breakfast was quite substantial, and the hotel's decor is similar to a mid-range chain like Hanting or All Seasons. The room size was decent.

This Novotel seems to be right in the city center, with plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a small alley next door that leads directly to a bar street. However, it's over 2 kilometers from the riverside, about a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride. The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are quite spacious. The only minor issue is the odd angle of the mirror, which makes shaving a bit awkward. The executive lounge offers a wider selection of drinks than many Pullman hotels. The main drawback is the price; a standard room at 700 RMB is more expensive than in Shanghai, so the value for money is debatable.
