The location was strategic, room was clean and just enough. The breakfast was good, one thing downside is the view of my room are not ok. And during heavy rain pour, it clearly can hear the rain drop on metal sheet roofing.

Hotel KVL has a lovely atmosphere and a great overall ambience. Although the area outside can be quite noisy, the room itself was surprisingly quiet, which made for a very comfortable stay. The bed quality was excellent and very comfortable, and the L’Occitane bathroom amenities were a particularly nice touch. Everything in the room felt well considered and made the stay feel a little more special. Service was attentive and welcoming throughout. I also really appreciated the selection of welcome drinks, including options like beer. Overall, a very pleasant stay with great attention to detail.

Our originally booked room would have been on the 9th floor, right below the pool and bar. We requested a different one. It wasn't the same category, but it was okay. The bed was a bit too soft and the pillows too thick. You can't please everyone, I guess. The bathroom was very small, but the shower had good water pressure and was hot. The breakfast area/cafe was far too small for so many guests, and it was too hot to sit outside. Breakfast was mediocre but sufficient. The location was superb. Very quiet on a side street, yet right in the heart of things. However, we had the bad luck of construction happening at the temple across the street. You should avoid that side of the hotel. The rooftop pool area is nice. The view over the city and the skyline, however, is sensational. Overall, the stay was good. We would gladly come back.

I have to say I was extremely disappointed by this hotel. This is remarkably considering it’s my 6th time and u always book this hotel. However, the fine print only showed that the pool and Sky Bar rooftop area was closed for renovations after booking. This is extremely inconvenient and I wonder why the hotel did not complete this during winter or prior to the busy summer holiday season. We were allowed to use the sister Riverside hotel pool but were put on a 2.5 hour tone limit (not sure if that was due to the driver waiting or the policy. The Riverside hotel is much more upmarket but not a big fan of the pool : too shallow and no umbrellas for shade. Costs at the pool are quite high though the food is good. I checked in around 2am and while the service was friendly, I had issues with the door lock jamming and not working properly. The staff were quick to sort it out. In all honesty, I was very very disappointed and hope the hotel will consider timing renovations better. Most importantly, the hotel should advise upfront of pool/construction and not just in the fine print. I can honestly say this was my most disappointing trip to the hotel and without the pool it loses its appeal

I especially appreciated how clean the bathroom was and how well everything was organized. Housekeeping also deserves recognition. The room was kept very clean, and I could tell that the staff paid attention to the small details. It is always reassuring when you stay at a hotel and don't have to worry about cleanliness or maintenance, and this hotel definitely gave me that feeling. It was easy to get around and access nearby restaurants, shops, attractions, and other places I wanted to visit. Having a convenient location made a big difference because I didn't have to spend too much time traveling from one place to another. The hotel staff were consistently friendly throughout my stay. Everyone I interacted with was polite and professional, from the reception team to the housekeeping staff and other employees. Good customer service can really make or break a hotel experience, and in this case, the staff made my stay much more enjoyable. I also had the opportunity to enjoy the hotel's facilities, and I was pleased with the quality and cleanliness. Everything appeared to be well maintained, and it was clear that the hotel puts effort into providing a comfortable experience for its guests. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and was impressed by the combination of cleanliness, comfort, location, facilities, and excellent customer service. There are many hotels to choose from, but what made this experience stand out was the friendly staff and the feeling that the hotel genuinely cared about its guests. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip, and I would happily recommend this hotel to friends, family, or anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is safe, comfortable, and conveniently situated in the Riverside district. It has a good cost performance (i.e. price-to-quality ratio). Not everything is perfect, but the staff makes up for it, they are friendly and helpful (special shout-out to Nita who is fantastic, she is the nicest person and she helped me with all my requests). I originally booked a basic room until I found out a few days ahead the room had no window (I did not read the description carefully enough), so I upgraded for a “standard double room” with window. The first room I moved into did not have hot water. The hotel was not able to fix it, so eventually they moved me to another room where the hot water worked, which was great. The room did not have a chair and desk, but I asked the staff and they brought one. At some point, Nita helped me arrange a laundry load. It was done overnight and cost 3 dollars, so it seems the laundry is outsourced to a nearby business. At night, the street can be a little loud, there are many bars, KTVs and nightclubs located here. But it did not bother me, I could sleep through it easily. Many of the bars have hordes of pretty women who, beginning at dusk, sit outside and come ask you to drink with them. They get your attention by shouting “hello”, “come here”, “handsome” and “bong” (mister) as you are walking by. In any event, this did not bother me, I never actually felt harassed and could come and go the hotel as I pleased. The description mentioned the room would have a minibar, but my room didn’t have one. Probably I could have asked for it, but I realized I didn’t need one. One morning, there was a visit by the police, they were checking visas and passports from all foreign hotel guests. This was unexpected, but it went smoothly. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would probably come here again. Not everything is perfect, but I give it 4.5 stars (4 stars for the price/quality/location plus an extra half-staff bonus for the staff, especially Nita).

This is our go-to hotel every year. It has that old-world Cambodian charm, and I love that it's so reasonably priced. The hot water works perfectly, and cleanliness is never an issue. There's a cheap laundry service nearby that even offers same-day delivery, which is a huge help. Breakfast from the restaurant with a great view is always a highlight, with plenty of variety to choose from.

I had a wonderful stay at Best Central Point Hotel! The front desk team was amazingly warm, polite, and always ready to help with a smile—their top-notch service made me feel truly welcome. The room was super clean, comfortable, and offered fantastic quality at a very affordable price. The location is perfect with plenty of great cafes and restaurants just around the corner. Pool is not so clean, Trash aren’t pick up. staff are good and friendly. they have free laundry but the next problem is how to get it dry. i booked for 9nights and just stayed for 4nights. i asked them to help me have a refund for the remaining 5nights. but they kept on telling me they can’t do anything and won’t do a refund. well ofcourse they can if they only want but they take advantage in your change of plans. real PET FRIENDLY
