"We have come to M residence many times and stayed in the hotel and apartment side so we have multiple perspectives. Downsides: The sheets on the bed weren't the cleanest, the table outside was filthy,, mosquitos in the bathrooms terrorized me the first night. I asked for room service but it was already 5pm so they said someone would come and nobody did. The plus sides is this air conditioner works amazingly unlike the one from the apartment I renter here. The hotel provides drinking water, toothbrush, razor, you always have hot water for showers and fast internet. Another thing much better than the apartment was that the hotel room came with a bunch of dishes for cooking and a tea kettle for hot water. The hotel experience would be a perfect score if the room was cleaner and prompt room service when requested. I have to fly out in the middle of the night so I would extend another night but the price rose another 30% so I won't bother, but as someone who has stayed at the M Residence at least 3 times I would recommend it 10 times out of 10, my only advice would be for apartment renters to thoroughly test the bed and airconditioner before signing the lease. The apartments rooms are much better & I highly recommend regardless of the small inconviences The M Residence beats out my favorite hotel in Phnom Penh because it's the best hotel your going to get for tbe price and you get a huge fridge!"

The infinity pool and public areas are exceptionally well-designed, perfect for photos and leisurely vacations. Overall, it was a great experience."

"One of the only good things about this hotel is its great location. We booked a room with a window ( for an extra fee). Upon check-in we were informed that there is no room with a window available and that if we don't like the room we can request a room change. The receptionist offered no apology as if it is normal to get a room without a window even if you have paid for it. Since we arrived at 8pm we had no option but to accept it. No compensation in any form was offered. The next morning we requested a room change because the room stank of sewage. It was one of the worst rooms I had stayed in my life. The room was dirty and smelly, the walls looked as if they hadn't been painted for a decade and the furniture and bed were in need of renovation. Thankfully we were able to switch rooms but again no compensation was offered. The second room was a bit better."

"I really love this hotel despite the fact that they don't clean the room properly. A lot of cockroaches on the floor and on the bed. The pillow cases and bedsheet were not changed before they allotted the room to the next guests, the smell and color plus hair(not mine)will tell. But the good thing after I requested to change the beddings, they immediately responded to my request."

"Location is great. It’s just beside the gate of the Palace. You can feel the hospitality at the moment when you push open the door of lobby. The atmosphere of traditional Khmer style deco dragged you into a warm and beautiful relaxation. The choices for breakfast buffet is abundant. The swimming pool is lovely. The only concern is: the return of deposit is so late. 🧐"

"The hotel is very good but the food service in the hotel is not that good but there are no restaurants around here you have to go a little far but you have to be careful when coming here because there is a lot of scamming here so keep your dollars or your money in a safe place because you will not get any kind of police cooperation here but if you want there are some restaurants nearby from here you can eat in them"

"I was very fortunate to stay at this newly opened hotel, from April 17th to April 20th, and then extended my stay to April 30th. This is the first time I've really felt compelled to write a review for a hotel. Below is my comprehensive review; I'd give it a 9 out of 10. 1. Hotel Facilities: All facilities, including the rooms, gym, swimming pool, and laundry room, are the latest and highest quality. Every place was impeccably clean and tidy. I was extremely satisfied with the facilities, especially the bed, which was incredibly comfortable. 2. Service Quality: The service from the staff, including the front desk, housekeeping, chefs, and hotel manager, was excellent. Many of the staff, including the front desk, manager, and chefs, speak both Chinese and English. There are also Chinese-speaking signs throughout the hotel, making the check-in experience very convenient, especially suitable for Chinese guests. 3. Restaurant Experience Because it had just opened and there weren't many customers, the restaurant didn't offer a buffet yet; it was à la carte, with both Western and Chinese dishes. The food was delicious. My reservation included a free lunch, so I enjoyed a variety of customized and delicious lunches every day. The chef's skills were top-notch, and the restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. This was a perfect experience for me. 4. The only drawback, and the reason I deducted one point: the air conditioning wasn't working properly on my first night. However, this was understandable, as it was newly opened and there weren't many guests. The hotel staff resolved the issue promptly that night, and the hotel manager personally explained the situation to me the next day and offered compensation. I was very satisfied with the hotel's efficiency and attitude. In short, I highly recommend this hotel!!! Honestly, this is the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none."

"I love how they provided a whole water tank in the room not just a 2 of water of bottles like another hotels The room was as same as the pictures, clean and like new. The water pressure of rain shower was great. Also, the breakfast buffet was so delicious. Very satisfied. would love to stay here again if possible."
