5-Star Hotels in Boracay Island

We enjoyed this hotel. The room was spacious and the view was simply stunning. Breakfast was very tasty. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They also have a small private area with sun loungers and umbrellas. Beach was amazing too. The only negative aspect we noticed was that during breakfast, a couple of guests came into the restaurant wearing swimwear and bikinis, and the restaurant staff did not say anything to them. It didn’t feel hygienic when they chose food while undressed and then sat down at the table.

So, what can I say about the hotel... overall, it seems there's nothing better on the island. It has its own secluded bay, 2 beaches, and an excellent pool area. All issues are resolved instantly; they are very customer-oriented. We stayed with 3 children: there's plenty to keep them occupied. There's a kids' club for younger children and one for teenagers (something for everyone's interests). The coffee at breakfast is good; the only downside is very limited European food (you can order porridge through the waiter). We liked the restaurant by the bar and the steakhouse. The staff really tries hard! We liked it and will come again.

The hotel is great. We had a suite with a living room and a bedroom. It was very spacious and bright. The atmosphere was pleasant, quiet, and peaceful. The staff was very attentive. Daily, high-quality cleaning. A large bed, excellent bedding, and pillows. The mattress deserves special mention; you won't want to get out of it. Delicious and varied breakfast. Good restaurant. There are sun loungers, but no umbrellas. The sea recedes further by lunchtime. There are shops and cafes near the hotel. Be sure to check out the Japanese cafe. The Japanese owner himself cooks there.

When I first arrived, I found the hotel wasn't as stunning as I'd imagined, mainly because the architecture felt too modern and not like a resort. However, the hotel's excellent service soon became apparent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, which made the vacation feel more like a true getaway. Breakfast was simply amazing. The pool connects directly to the beach and the ocean, and the hotel even has its own private bay. There are three restaurants at the hotel, and the food was outstanding and reasonably priced. The rooms were also quite good. The hotel offers airport transfers, but they're a bit expensive. The location is somewhat remote; while the hotel does provide shuttle service to D'Mall, the frequency is limited.

Excellent 5-star hotel, Filipino style. It's very authentic and charming, with access to two neighboring luxury hotels. The staff are incredibly hardworking. They aren't experts at making cocktails, but if you explain what you want, they'll make it as requested. The spirits are good, and so are the bottled wines. There are many different romantic setups and similar options on the beach. The private beach is very clean, and the scenery and sea are magical. Breakfast is quite good, but otherwise, like everywhere else on this island, they don't seem to know how to cook. We tried eating at the Shangri-La and the hotel next door, and everywhere it felt like the chef wouldn't even eat their own food; I won't even bother describing it, everything was off. You really need to find a place with good food right away, otherwise you risk eating only bread rolls! 😁 But the coffee is very good there, and you can take it to go from breakfast. The staff are very friendly. As for cons, there's no late check-out. We were offered a maximum check-out at 2 PM for an extra charge, and after that, only booking for a full day was an option.
