We love this hotel! All the employees were friendly, professional and great customer service. The resort itself is beautiful and it was a perfect location right in front of the beach.. highly recommended.

This hotel is clean, ambiance was great and the best pool ever in Bora! Their food at La Fiesta restaurant was so good. We enjoyed having breakfast their every morning during our stay. All the stuff are friendly and professional. They attend to our needs right away and pro actively. I highly recommend this hotel at Boracay. We will stay at this place again once we come back to Bora. This hotel just opened on October and I must say, it did not disappoint. I would have rated 5 all in all but there are minor improvements. My overall stay was impeccable and I felt like a VIP. Thank you to all the staffs, Zephora who processed by checkout and late checkout request, the gentleman (I didn't get his name) who assisted me doing check in. The guards, the kuya who helped me with my luggage, and the lady who assisted me to my room you all deserve a 10/10 for customer service. Their VP Ms. Kaye even left a handwritten message welcoming me to the hotel which was personalized. The way that my was prepared was immaculate - very clean, spacious and the first hotel who offers Apple TV and iOS/Mac casting 👏🏻. Everything is brand new. It's worth the money. Their breakfast was okay, but there could have been more selections. Their pool is 😍. I will definitely be back at this hotel. I hope that the staff will stay the same, humble, all smiles, and accommodating. Recommendation: Create a member loyalty platform - I am sure your hotel will be famous as more travelers discovers what you offer. + Very prime location, 2-5 minutes walk to the white beach + Their staffs are superb in customer service + Worth every penny + Very spacious room, has a bath tub and veranda + Breakfast selection can be improved but I loved their main dishes + Free cute tote bag + Complimentary drinks were served right away + Wet cold face towels were immediately given - Construction is kinda loud, but the room has a bit of sound proofing which helps. - Minor: There's not flat iron or maybe, they can provide upon request. Thank you to all of the staffs, you guys made my stay memorable, special, and I felt at home.

For my 4th time this year in Boracay, at last, i felt that I am staying in a hotel and well-rested compared to the so-called “4-star” chain of hotels in Boracay. There maybe minor challenges but the Mandarin Bay management and the staffs are always extending their best to assist, if not surprising you with unforgettable experiences. They are constructive and open for improvements. Kudos and more power to the ground personnel of MBRS.

What an outstanding hotel with surreal customer service support! We had a blast! nice huge swimming pool, great breakfast buffet and one the best beachfront hotels in Boracay.

Perfect location. Touching service attitude of all staff. Great quality of food in breakfast. Spacious pool and well maintained water quality. But bit disappointing dinner buffet. Lack of choice and BBQ cooking service( too burn even ingredients looks good). My room well made and clean, but view was opposite side room view(too close from balcony). Overall great and recommending who plan to visit Boracay white beach.

This hotel just opened and is conducting a “soft opening”, with minor construction on site - it’s not disturbing at all, that some rooms are not finished yet. The staff is awesome, super friendly and always helpful. The room is very big, the king size bed fabulous and the whole accommodations 5 stars worth. Breakfast and buffet are very good. Will definitely come back! Fully recommended and a real jewel at Boracay.
