4-Star Hotels in Boracay Island

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Everything was incredibly clean, and the staff were both friendly and highly professional. We loved our executive suite—it was so cozy and offered stunning views of the beach. The food was delicious, and it's clear the chefs are highly skilled and take great pride in their presentation. We also truly appreciate the wonderful surprise cake and beautiful bed decorations they arranged for my daughter’s birthday. It made her special day even more memorable! I will definitely be back and will continue to recommend this place to my family and friends (I’ve already started!). Thank you all for an amazing stay!

This is a wonderful hotel, exactly as described, and the photos are completely accurate. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay throughout your vacation. Any issues that arose were resolved in minutes. You can tell they truly value their reputation. Just a heads-up: payment at the hotel is cash-only. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, beyond words. It's right in the heart of all the entertainment and leisure spots, and only a 5-minute walk to the sea. I do want to mention one significant drawback: there was a lot of noise from equipment operating near our room, which was quite unpleasant. You do get used to it over time and eventually tune it out, but it might be an important consideration for some. In the last few days of our stay, the hot water started to disappear, becoming only lukewarm, and this issue couldn't be resolved. Also, the Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working completely on our last night (Friday to Saturday) without any explanation, so we had to use mobile internet until check-out. For us, the breakfasts were a notable downside – the selection of dishes was extremely limited. Coffee was only served from a pot (likely instant), and coffee from the machine was an extra charge. However, after I brought this up, the issue with the coffee machine was resolved. For the next six breakfasts, they made complimentary machine coffee for my partner and me. Special thanks to the entire hotel team and for the lovely daily notes in our room that brightened our mood and made our vacation even more enjoyable!

What we love on this hotel are their pool, bfast buffet variety and most especially their separate toilet and bath and their bed! They also offer towel on their pool. Good thing also across the street there is a 711 and Metrobank for withdrawal of cash :) They also have 30mins complimentary kid play for everyday :) They also have WIFI connection. We were also entertained once we came for checkin. Few cons we saw are: They have no cabinet, their security deposit is P1500 per day, about 1km away from D’mall though they offer already a variety of food on their lobby. They charge also for their laundry bag though 2 initial bags are free. Overall, our experience is still great!

I love that we have access to the beach that faces the sunrise. The beach was nice and clean and not crowded. The breakfast spread changes everyday and food is delicious. Nice pool. Quie and peaceful. Staff are helpful and friendly. Perfect for digital nomads because internet is very fast. There's a 7-11 in the area so you can grab some food at anytime. The place is safe from hawkers.

Before our trip, we honestly thought Boracay might be a bit overrated because of all the mixed reviews and comments we had read. However, our stay at Belmont Hotel Boracay completely changed that perception. One of the things we appreciated most was having the best of both worlds. Whenever we wanted to experience the lively and crowded side of Boracay, we could easily head out and enjoy it. But after a long day at the beach and the busy tourist spots, it was always a relief to come back to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Waking up every morning to a quiet and serene environment made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel gave us the option to choose between the vibrant energy of Boracay and a more exclusive, tranquil retreat whenever we wanted to unwind. Because of that balance, we genuinely enjoyed every day of our Boracay vacation. What we initially thought might be an overrated destination turned into a trip filled with wonderful memories, comfort, and relaxation. This is a trip we will always treasure—truly one for the books. I had a wonderful three-day stay at this hotel. The service from the front desk, restaurant, and concierge was exceptional. The staff were all very friendly and promptly helped with any issues, making me feel very comfortable. The room was spotless and meticulously cleaned every day. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. From my room, I could see the beautiful pool outside, which was a lovely view and really brightened my mood. The hotel offers a shuttle service to D'Mall, which was incredibly convenient. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk to White Beach, so the location is truly excellent. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Everyone couldn’t have been more helpful. Great location one street back from the beach, so you were still super close but didn’t hear the noise at night. Big shout out to Glenn who was the most helpful person

Had a wonderful stay at Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel amenities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is convenient just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife areas. The breakfast selection was good, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly. Highly recommended for families and travelers looking for comfort and value in Boracay.

Pros The hotel is in a great location. It is right on the beach. Restaurants, bars and stores were all right outside hotel. As you walk out of hotel, you will be bombarded with people selling you things: hair braiding, excursions, seafood, tattoos, bracelets, massages… etc but that’s everywhere on the beach. Hotel staff were great!  They surprised my son with a birthday song and a treat on his birthday. We didn’t even let them know it was his birthday, so they must have noticed on his passport. They took photos and videos of this nice surprise. Upon checkout, hotel also gave us personalize bracelets as thank you gifts. Swimming pool was nice and not too busy. Breakfast was not bad. Lots of options. Great breakfast view.  Cons Our room was really far. We booked for 4 but only had 2 towels in the room. Had to request for more towels as well as hand towels and floor towels as the room don’t have any. Water pressure was terrible. At some point, there was no water coming out of the faucet at all. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands. Staff were super accommodating and changed our room the next day. 2nd room was closer and much newer looking. Water pressure was good but now wifi was not working.

The customer service here is impeccable. Special mention to Ms. Jenn, who accommodated nearly all of my special requests — most notably, she allowed me to use a private network one evening when I urgently needed to connect for an online meeting. That kind of flexibility is truly commendable. My only concern was a distinct barbecue smoke smell that had lingered in the walls of my room. It was quite noticeable, though I believe it was isolated to that particular room, as the other rooms we booked had no such issue at all.
