Amazing
MMRSpi.My husband and I were extremely happy with our stay at this accommodation in Boracay. From the very beginning, we felt genuinely welcomed, and the hospitality we received was outstanding. The location is exactly as described – very quiet and peaceful, and equipped with all the facilities presented in the listing. The room was spacious, spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a lovely fresh smell. There was no trace of any damp or musty odour; it was clearly well-ventilated and thoroughly cleaned. Everything was impeccable. Each room also has a minibar, which is very convenient if you would like to enjoy drinks or local snacks (available at an additional cost). Breakfast was very tasty, with only a few limitations. You can choose one menu and one drink per person, and not all beverages from the drinks list are included in the complimentary breakfast, but you can order extra items for an additional charge if you wish. We also had lunch at the hotel (paid separately), and the food was delicious and very fresh. The service was excellent, and the reception staff were always available and willing to help. At one point, I got sunburnt, and they kindly offered me after-sun cream free of charge to soothe my skin, which was a truly thoughtful gesture. Overall, everything was wonderful, and we would definitely recommend this place. We were genuinely disappointed that we could not find availability for more nights, as we would have loved to stay longer. The only downside was the sea directly in front of the property, as that area tends to gather a lot of seaweed, making swimming difficult. However, this is easily solved by walking a few minutes towards Station 2, where the water is much clearer and perfect for swimming.

GGuest UserIIt was a wonderful experience on all fronts. Upon arriving at the hotel, an employee offered us cold towels to wipe of the sweat and humidity of the hot morning, later providing us with glasses of icy pineapple juice. They asked for a 5000PHP deposit upon check in, which they gave back once we checked out. The room was gorgeous, extremely clean, and the AC was powerful and very useful considering the hot and humid Boracay weather. We had breakfast included in our package and it was incredibly good every single morning (breakfast was served from 6AM to 10AM).  They provide five breakfast choices: Filipino, Western, Pancakes or Waffles, Eggs Benedict, and omelette. All dishes could be served accompanied either with house cured bacon or sausage; for what concerns the drink choices we could choose between coffee, milk and orange juice. Everyday housekeeping cleaned the room excellently and redid the bed, changing the sheets if we required it. The hotel provided us with beach/swimming pool towels if we asked for them. Moreover, the hotel provides for multiple services and activities if required such as spa treatments and island hopping. We tried both of them and they were excellent and cheap all considering. We paid around 20 euros for the island hopping activities, visiting Puka beach, Crystal Cove Island and snorkeling with fishes in a gorgeous marine environment. Lunch was also included in the package and we ate in a resort in Mactan Island called Mega Parau (the resort offered buffet and everything was tasty and good).  We tried the spa as well, and I got an Hilot Massage and a Foot massage/Reflexology: both were insanely good and relaxing, and I felt like it drained all the stress and tension I had in my body. They last 1 hour each. Both massages cost me a total of 1700PHP (around 25 euros), which is cheap considering the service. One day we had a problem with the AC because it dripped water on the floor and they replaced it in the span of an hour with a new one, once again proving to be professionals. They also called a tuk tuk (the common public transportation within the island) when we needed it to reach a dmall.  They suggested us places where to eat and gave us advices when needed, all considering they were extremely kind and were proactive in solving problems, offering their help with everything. 10/10 would recommend. If you’re unsure on where to stay, Ondus Resort is the one you’re looking for.

AAnonymous UserThe airport transfer service was very convenient, helping us avoid the crowded public pier. The staff were also very welcoming. I'd likely choose this place again next time. They even took a commemorative photo for us during check-in, which was a lovely touch and highly recommended. There are beach chairs right outside the door, and the service was excellent – they were very efficient at laying out towels and providing water. The room was also clean.

GGuest UserI love everything about the hotel from service, amenities, and the breakfast. Check in and check out was smooth. The hotel bed was so comfortable and it's worth all the money. Water pressure was good. AC was also good. It was even hard for us to come out of the bed because it was that comfy. It really cured our stress and it really felt a vacation like we could nap multiple times a day. Lol. Really also enjoyed the pool bar with the floating bed. The drinks were reasonable as well. Staff was very friendly and nice. Really enjoyed our stay and we will come back. Only downside was, it wasn't beachfront. You had to walk 7mins from the hotel to the beach. Wasn't really a big teal because we enjoyed the pool and overyexperience of the hotel. It sounds like you want to turn that into a polished hotel review. Here’s a cleaned-up version that keeps your tone but improves the flow and grammar: Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. I loved everything about it - from the service and amenities to the breakfast. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. The bed was incredibly comfortable and definitely worth the money. It was honestly hard for us to get out of bed because it was that cozy! The water pressure in the shower was great, and the air conditioning worked perfectly as well. Our stay felt like a true vacation. We were able to relax so much that we ended up taking multiple naps during the day. Lol! It really helped us unwind and forget about stress. We also really enjoyed the pool bar, especially the floating beds. The drinks were reasonably priced, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back. The only downside was that the hotel isn’t beachfront. You need to walk about 7 minutes to reach the beach. However, it wasn’t really a big deal for us since we enjoyed the pool and the overall hotel experience.

GGuest UserThis is unexpected booking but super worth it. They gave us excellent services from the early check in and room service. They checked if the guess are ok & some concern. The room are bigger than we expected. The buffet even just 2-3 options it’s delicious. Lots of option in bread and super yummy.everyone in hotel are friendly but need some training how to address the guess especially it’s obviously im a trans with big boobs and very feminine. Some staff especially the boys called me Sir which are very awkward and unprofessional if my boyfriend with me it’s going to be fight🫩 but In total it’s recommended hotel in boracay. It’s worth it our stay❤️

MmariascapesWe stayed in Boracay for 8 days, and Paradise Garden Resort was the third hotel we checked into during the trip. Surprisingly, among all the hotels we stayed at, Paradise Garden was one of the more affordable ones yet it ended up giving us one of the best overall experiences. We’re currently staying at Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay, which has a higher rate and supposedly more premium services, but honestly, Paradise Garden stood out so much more because of how consistent and exceptional their service was. From the moment we arrived, the experience already felt smooth and welcoming. The lobby had plenty of seating for guests checking in and out, which was a huge relief especially after being out in the heat. Check-in was hassle-free, and we were even allowed to check in earlier than the standard 2 PM time. Someone also personally assisted us to our room which makes sense because the property itself is huge. At first, I thought we wouldn’t even use the pools because, well, you’re already in Boracay. But surprisingly, we still enjoyed them a lot. The pools were clean, well-maintained, and not a hassle to use at all. The resort itself definitely shows its age, and you can tell it has been operating for a long time, but despite that, the service remained exceptional. The staff were consistently courteous and accommodating. I also loved that they had a beachfront area exclusively for Paradise Garden guests. We were able to borrow beach towels for free, and the seating area in front was actually really nice. There were also thoughtful extras like live band performances, massage services by the beach, and even a pool area with a functioning open bar not just something “for display,” but something guests could genuinely enjoy. The room itself was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I’m very particular about beds and sheets when staying at hotels, and I honestly slept so well there. Our experience was so good that I genuinely wished we had stayed there for three days instead of just one night. Even checking out was seamless. No issues, no stress just consistently good service from start to finish. That’s probably the best way I can describe Paradise Garden: consistent. Out of the four hotels we stayed at during this Boracay trip, Paradise Garden is honestly the one I would choose to return to. For me, it’s such an underrated hidden gem in Boracay.

Mmystery mrmkOverall, it was a great stay for the budget, especially since the hotel residence offers a kitchenette where you can cook your own meals. The staff were super friendly, esp Mhaey, accommodating, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, right in the center of everything, with easy access to the beach, D’Mall, market, shops, restaurants, and spas. The beach is also just a 2-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The only thing that could use improvement is the TV. It would be much better if they upgraded to Smart TVs, as the current ones feel outdated and the channel reception/screen quality is not that great.

GGuest UserResort is locatd at Station 3, so the vibe is more chill and quiet. The room is clean and we can go straight to the pool. Breafast buffet is very nice, so many options from Asian to Western cuisine. And one more special here is staff. They're very friendly and supportive. They supported us pull the luggage in whitesand, so appreciate this this thing

GGuest UserWe had non refundable pre paid booking at Soleil de Boracay from 20th to 24th Feb 2026 to celebrate our 47th marriage anniversary. Unfortunately my husband fell ill in January and had to undergo a heart procedure in Feb . We requested trip.com as well as Soleil de Boracay to refund the booking amount and also submitted the medical papers as required. But trip.com and Soleil de Boracay kept passing the buck to each other saying we have to contact the other one for refund. Really disgusted with both for such behaviour. They could have kept the pre paid booking amount for future bookings as this was a genuine distress case and not change of mind.
