3-Star Hotels in Boracay Island

Great location, just a leisurely 10-minute walk to the beach, and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly and very responsive. Rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was daily, and the linens were changed frequently (about 7 times in 10 days). They even wished my husband a happy birthday, which was a lovely touch. When I fell ill, they brought me ginger and honey tea. The only thing missing was a balcony.

Great location, delicious breakfasts (fruits are extra), and a balcony! It wasn't noisy for us; we had a view of the road, but we're used to it since we're from a big, bustling city. The staff were good, and there's an excellent cafe downstairs called Pig Out with seafood and more. We ordered room service, and everything was great. The prices are good, just like everywhere else in the Philippines.

An Absolute Gem in Boracay! If you are planning a trip to Boracay, definitely check this out. Checks almost every single box for a perfect stay. The Room: Super affordable, nice, and beautifully maintained. Plus, the AC is ice-cold—which is exactly what you need after a long day at the beach! The Staff: The team here is SUPERB!! They are incredibly welcoming, helpful, and truly make you feel at home. Food & Amenities: The breakfast is good! it tastes great and gets the job done. The pool is also a very nice touch—there are a few broken tiles on the pool floor that could use a fix, but it's still a super lovely spot to hang out and relax. Whenever I return to Boracay, this will definitely be my go-to spot.

Everything was great overall — we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the coffee is excellent, and the staff are wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. The only issue we noticed was with the sunbeds. Many guests reserve them early and then don’t use them for the whole day. Because outside drinks aren’t allowed on the beach, guests can’t even buy a shake or another drink elsewhere and bring it in, so they’re left without a place to sit. I think the bar might be losing quite a lot of money because of this. Maybe it would help to introduce a policy where, if a sunbed isn’t used for, say, 2 hours, the towels could be removed and the spot made available for other guests. Two hours feels like a reasonable time. But overall, it’s a great hotel and we had a lovely experience.

I am generally pleased and satisfied with my stay at Nigi Nigi Too. The staff and cleaners are friendly and attentive. When booking at this hotel, here are a few things to keep in consider: - The standard room doesn’t have a refrigerator. Instead, there’s a large refrigerator available for everyone to use on the first floor. - Free drinking water is also available on the second floor for everyone to use. - The hotel only provides mugs inside the room, so it’s a good idea to bring your own water container or thumbler. - There’s no cabinet to store your clothes, but there’s a designated area where you can lay them out. - Hangers are included in the room. - I was provided with two bath towels. - You can always request to clean your room during the makeup room hours. - There’s no elevator, so if you’re staying on the third floor, you’ll have to take the stairs. The room is well-equipped with a functional air conditioning system, a TV, a lampshade with a small table and two chairs, and a clean, unclogged bathroom. The bathroom also features a working water heater, a bidet, and a lavatory with complimentary dental kits. Additionally, they provide body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. The WIFI works perfecty fine too. You can always request a beach towel daily. However, slippers are not provided during my stay. The breakfast is excellent. As a solo traveler, I booked a room that accommodates two people, but I was still able to receive two breakfast meals per day. My room is located on the third floor, at the very end of the building in the resort. I highly recommend booking a room on the second floor. You’ll be conveniently close to the water dispenser and the first floor. Additionally, it’s just a minute’s walk to the beautiful white beach. There’s a bar at the hotel entrance, so it might get quite noisy at night. The walkway to the end building is beautiful; it’s like walking through a garden. The rates at trip.com is cheaper rather than booking direct at the hotel. Overall I am happy with my stay will sure keep this hotel in mind when i plan to go back to Boracay. I enjoy my stay in this hotel. Upon check-in, the front desk staff on the other side assisted me well even after I asked for a room change. I am not pretty sure of his name, but it was Aldrich, Aldrick? Whatever, the one who assisted me with my luggage during check-in was sooooooo nice; he silently assisted me even during the transfer. A huge thumbs up. However, the staff in the pool was quite rude; he's a bit impatient, and some of the front desk staff are lacking in unity/endorsement. I repeated myself several times to just simply assist my mother. I told them several times that she already registered as my companion, yet one of them told her that the visitor isn't allowed. Even one of them wrote something on the paper; what is it for? Yet in the end, I got disturbed in my work, and my mother even got more confused lol. Aside from that, I requested extra toiletries and coffee, but it takes an hour to arrive; in fact, it didn't arrive at all. Instead, I just approached the housekeeping in the hallway for it. The hotel was good, but the staff, especially the front desk staff, didn't pay attention to their guests' requests or instructions. Only that kind concierge/bellman that helped me during the check-in with my luggage left a good impression when it comes to the staff of this hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated between the 2nd and 3rd stations. It's quieter than being right on the beachfront, yet the beach is still close by, and all amenities are conveniently located. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful with everything, responding promptly to requests, and even assisted with my airport transfer! There's a pool on the 7th floor, which I, funnily enough, never got around to using 🤣. I booked a huge room for myself; it was clean, great, and had everything I needed – the air conditioning worked, there was a safe, a hairdryer, and even a drying rack on the balcony! I'm really glad I stayed here; the price-to-quality ratio is perfect!

Excellent beachfront location with very friendly and responsive staff. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the location and service more than make up for it. There's no currency exchange at the front desk, and a 1000 peso deposit is required at check-in. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. There's a cafe and bar in the hotel courtyard offering various breakfast options and easy snacks. The hotel also provides sun loungers and beach towels. Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️. I also strongly suggest having lunch or dinner at the Villa Caemilla hotel restaurant (just 30-50 meters from this hotel, towards the port). The service and cuisine there are among the best in Boracay, and it's only slightly more expensive than other places.

I recently stayed at Grand Boracay Resort, and its biggest advantage is easily the location. It is probably one of the best locations on the entire island. Being right in D'Mall means you can walk almost everywhere and rarely need to pay for public transportation or e-trikes. The Deluxe Rooms are just okay, 6/10 in my opinion. They are spacious enough for 2 to 4 people, which is great for families or small groups. However, the mini fridge was empty, and if you want drinks or snacks, you need to purchase them at the reception near the entrance. The 2 beds for two people was just about adequate but definitely on the smaller side. It was manageable for a short stay (5-7 days), but couples who prefer more sleeping space may find it a bit cramped. The curtains provide good privacy, so nobody can see inside the room, but they do not block much sunlight. Also, since many rooms face walkways, you will hear people passing by outside, and the noise can be a bit distracting throughout the day. Cleanliness was acceptable, around 6.5 to 7 out of 10. The property feels quite old-fashioned and could use some modernization, but that is also reflected in the reasonable room rates considering the prime location. Overall, if you are looking for an affordable place in the heart of Boracay and mainly need a room to sleep, shower, and change before heading back out, Grand Boracay Resort is a solid choice. If you are expecting a modern, comfortable, resort-style experience with luxurious amenities and Instagram-worthy rooms, this is probably not the right hotel for you.

Convenient location, value for money, good amenities , free breakfast, but needs some little bit of renovation. Excellent staff, very accommodating and good services.. I would consider coming back in this hotel. Thanks Crown Regency Beach Resort for the good experience
