Seriously, I loved it at first sight and I've never been disappointed when booking hotels here!!! 😂😂😂 What's it like to stay in a castle in Jinshitan National Resort? 😎😎 It's perfectly situated, with Golden Pebble Beach to the south and Discoveryland Theme Park to the north!
We arrived by taxi, and the staff were incredibly helpful, carrying our luggage all the way to our room – everyone was so welcoming. The front desk lady was super efficient and had such a lovely personality. She even recommended some local Dalian specialties like sea urchin and 'menzi', as well as nearby restaurants. Huge thanks! ❤️
The room offers stunning mountain and sea views, and the balcony design is truly unique, with an exotic flair – perfect for photos! 📸📸📸 As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a pleasant fragrance. 🥰 The furniture and bathroom were spotless (I saw the cleaning staff tidying rooms in the hallway in the morning, and they were still at it when I returned in the afternoon – very thorough! 👍👍). A safe, refrigerator... everything you need!
My favorite part was definitely the public areas! The colorful chandeliers in the lobby, the lobby bar, the book bar, the gentlemen's bar, the spiral staircase, the piano – it all felt more magical than any castle. The Chinese restaurant, Western restaurant, and cloud restaurant are open for extended hours, which is perfect for my night owl schedule! 😹
The third floor is also fantastic to explore. There's a swimming pool, a gym, and surprisingly, three kids' areas! With books, building blocks, and slides, even adults will want to join in! 🤫 It’s really great for families with kids, offering different interactive craft activities daily, probably over 30 options!!
Some things are better experienced than explained. 🫣 You won't regret staying here! 🤗🤗 The weather in Dalian has been lovely recently, with clear skies and a pleasant sea breeze! In short, visiting Dalian without going to Jinshitan is a wasted trip, and going to Jinshitan without staying at the Hilton is a wasted experience! 🥳🥳🥳🤓🫶🫶👏👏👏✌️✌️✌️

GGuest UserIt was really pleasant to soak in the hot spring and enjoy an iced coffee in the room on a rainy day, especially with Dalian's comfortable weather.
Facilities: The room facilities had a charming, retro feel from an earlier era. While a bit old, they were fairly well-maintained.
Hot Spring Ticket for Two (Single Entry): The hot spring itself was quite good, though the massage services closed a bit early.
Service: Brynn provided attentive and warm service, which definitely enhanced our entire trip.
Breakfast was pretty standard, but the scrambled eggs with shrimp from room service were surprisingly good.

GGuest UserLocation: Just a 5-6 minute walk to the beach, and right next to the Water City and popular Instagram spots. The Fountain Square is about a 20-minute walk away. There are snack shops and Xiding (a restaurant) nearby.
Facilities: The hotel facilities are quite good and well-equipped, including a refrigerator, washing machine, and induction cooker.
Environment: The overall hotel environment is excellent, and the soundproofing is also good; we barely heard any noise during our two-day stay. Although it's a very tall building (67 floors in total), there are plenty of elevators, making it convenient to go up and down. We stayed in a city view suite, and the views were fantastic.
Service: The hotel staff provided excellent service. The lobby is on the 66th floor, which is also where check-in takes place. The housekeeping staff did a very thorough job cleaning our room.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Dalian Golden Pebble Beach for two nights over the Dragon Boat Festival, booking two rooms, and we were absolutely delighted! From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptional. The front desk staff were all incredibly welcoming, especially Yi Yangqianxi, who even upgraded our rooms. We had a fantastic view of the ocean from our floor, which was such a mood booster. The hotel itself has a vibrant musical vibe, with a distinct rock 'n' roll flair 🤘. The rooms were great too. It's right by the beach, and Discoveryland is only a few hundred meters away, so the kids had an amazing time. The breakfast selection was quite diverse, with something to please everyone. In the evenings, we also visited the hotel's own bar and enjoyed a couple of drinks – it was fantastic! There was even a foreign resident singer who performed beautifully, making it a perfect spot to unwind. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

DDawn__99This hotel fully lives up to its excellent reputation; my overall stay was incredibly comfortable and pleasant! I really have to commend the staff here. The front desk receptionists were exceptionally warm and welcoming, and they handled my check-in with such patience and meticulousness. I felt a sense of genuine hospitality the moment I walked in. I encountered a minor issue during my stay, and when I approached the duty manager, they resolved it swiftly and efficiently without any hesitation or delays. They truly thought from a guest's perspective to find a solution, and the problem was handled perfectly in no time, clearing up any previous worries and making me feel completely at ease.
The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, not far from both Donggang and Zhongshan Square, making it very convenient to get to various attractions and shopping areas. The in-house facilities are also excellent; the swimming pool in the gym was meticulously clean, and my child had a blast playing in the water. Whether it's the service, the location, or the recreational facilities, I couldn't find a single fault. This is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Dalian, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next trip.

DDaixiloulouThe room was fantastic and spacious, with a great view from the high floor. The hotel service was exceptional, and the breakfast was one of the most plentiful I've ever had at a hotel. The intern was very friendly and provided excellent service. My family was also very satisfied. We'll definitely stay at Crowne Plaza Xinghai again on our next trip.

GGuest UserWe were here with our child for a competition, and this was the designated hotel. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and promptly upgraded us to a suite. After checking in, we found there were no children's slippers or toiletries in the room, so we had to call to have them delivered. Later that evening, when my child wanted to take a bath, we discovered some curly hair on the bath salts – it was quite unappealing, and we had to ask for them to be replaced. We also ended up receiving children's toothbrushes four times, delivered by a combination of three staff members and a robot. To top it off, the comb packaging was empty.
Admittedly, the staff's attitude was consistently excellent, and the facilities met five-star standards, with free parking for guests. Despite these inconveniences, I still rated it five stars, understanding that running a hotel is no easy feat. I would suggest the hotel improve its hygiene and attention to detail to provide guests with an even better experience.

However, the decoration looks quite old, corridor lighting is very dark, looks like a 3* hotel only. The breakfast at 100RMB has no much to eat and drink. It’s definitely not a 5* hotel. I can hardly consider this hotel again.
