Guest UserThe room was very clean and the environment was great. The greenery in the courtyard was absolutely stunning, and it was quite close to the beach. The service attitude was super good, and they even added an extra bed for us for free, plus there were all sorts of activities.
We also enjoyed the 4000㎡ Xingqi Paradise outdoor playground: it's huge, and the weather these two days was just perfect, not too hot and not too cold.

It was really pleasant to soak in the hot spring and enjoy an iced coffee in the room on a rainy day, especially with Dalian's comfortable weather.
Facilities: The room facilities had a charming, retro feel from an earlier era. While a bit old, they were fairly well-maintained.
Hot Spring Ticket for Two (Single Entry): The hot spring itself was quite good, though the massage services closed a bit early.
Service: Brynn provided attentive and warm service, which definitely enhanced our entire trip.
Breakfast was pretty standard, but the scrambled eggs with shrimp from room service were surprisingly good.

Guest UserLocation: Just a 5-6 minute walk to the beach, and right next to the Water City and popular Instagram spots. The Fountain Square is about a 20-minute walk away. There are snack shops and Xiding (a restaurant) nearby.
Facilities: The hotel facilities are quite good and well-equipped, including a refrigerator, washing machine, and induction cooker.
Environment: The overall hotel environment is excellent, and the soundproofing is also good; we barely heard any noise during our two-day stay. Although it's a very tall building (67 floors in total), there are plenty of elevators, making it convenient to go up and down. We stayed in a city view suite, and the views were fantastic.
Service: The hotel staff provided excellent service. The lobby is on the 66th floor, which is also where check-in takes place. The housekeeping staff did a very thorough job cleaning our room.

Li、xianshengI rarely write reviews, but this hotel absolutely deserves a huge thumbs-up!
**Amenities:** The pool on the third floor is great for kids! The depth ranges from 1.2m to 1.6m, so remember to bring swim rings. A special note: swim caps are mandatory to enter the pool.
The sky garden on the fifth floor is stunning, especially at night. It's a fantastic spot for photos, with the ocean in front and a lit-up castle behind – unbelievably beautiful! Also, the kids' play area on the fifth floor is highly recommended. When booking through Trip.com, sometimes a package includes access to the 'Kids Castle,' otherwise you'll need to buy tickets (60 for one child, 88 for one adult and one child). My child absolutely loved it and couldn't get enough, and honestly, even the adults had a blast – it's that much fun!
**Cleanliness:** The hotel is spotless and well-maintained. Even the nooks and crannies are clean!
**Environment:** The environment is beyond words; every corner is incredibly photogenic. Whether you're traveling with family and kids, as a couple, or for any other reason, it's definitely a picture-perfect destination!
**Service:** I have to dedicate a bit more space to this. We booked two rooms without breakfast. The manager, seeing we had a baby, specially offered us a complimentary breakfast. Moreover, any issues we had during our stay were resolved perfectly and immediately! The service absolutely deserves full marks!

As a chain international hotel apartment, this place is top-notch in China, from its hardware and facilities to its software amenities and service. First, the location is unbeatable, right above Capitaland Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Second, the room setup is excellent, with a washing machine, microwave, induction hob, and a full set of tableware, all from well-known brands. There are even robots delivering items throughout the building. I must also commend the cleaning staff; they are observant and proactively restock supplies. Of course, there are minor drawbacks, like the room being a bit small, and the deluxe studio not having a larger dining table, only one chair, etc., but these are minor issues that don't detract from the overall experience. I'm giving it a perfect score not because it's absolutely flawless, but because it delivers everything a hotel apartment can offer. I wish every city had a Fraser Place.

Xixixixi321The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite Happy Beach Gate 4, and within walking distance of Discovery Kingdom. Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a sea-view room, which I really appreciated.
However, I can't give a good rating for a few reasons:
1. As soon as we got to the room, I called the front desk for children's slippers and toothbrushes. After waiting half an hour with no delivery, I ended up getting them from a housekeeping staff member in the hallway.
2. In the afternoon, I called the front desk for disposable cups. Again, after waiting half an hour, they still hadn't arrived. I had to call again to follow up before they finally sent a robot to deliver them. We then left the room, and when we returned in the evening, we found two disposable cups sitting on the floor outside our door! Isn't putting paper cups on the floor unhygienic?
3. The hotel advertises free sand-digging tools. We stayed for two nights, and every time we went to get tools, they were either unavailable or broken!
4. Our room on the fifth floor wasn't particularly noisy, but as soon as you stepped out of the elevator, the hallway had an odd smell that I couldn't quite place. The bedding also felt damp, making for an uncomfortable stay.
For a Trip.com 5-diamond hotel with such a prime location, this was truly disappointing. It seems you really do get what you pay for!

Guest UserThis hotel belongs to the Hong Kong-based New World Hotels & Resorts group, which also has properties in Beijing and Shenyang. This particular Dalian location stands out for its excellent service, though it does have several minor issues with its facilities. The in-room dining menu is bulky and takes up too much space, with an outdated layout lacking clear categories. It even had leftover food residue from a previous guest, making it only useful for propping up takeout. The room TV is quite small, and both the decor and furniture styles are old-fashioned. The carpet had a strange odor; even after switching rooms twice, the smell persisted and only improved when the windows were opened. I hope the hotel addresses this and gets rid of the odor.
However, the service was exceptionally thoughtful. A front desk staff member even provided tokens for my child to play claw machines, and the manager was very considerate. The bathroom was spotless. The north-facing rooms offer great views, while the south-facing rooms can get stuffy due to insufficient air conditioning. Despite these flaws, the overall value for money is good.
Its location is absolutely fantastic, close to Donggang and Zhongshan Square, surrounded by numerous seafood and Japanese restaurants. There's an incredible variety of food choices, making it a perfect place to stay if you're looking for a culinary adventure in Dalian. I sincerely want to give a big shout-out to all the hotel staff. I wish everyone smooth work and hope the hotel business thrives. I look forward to experiencing New World Hotels in other cities next time.

Guest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location, with high-floor rooms offering superb views of Zhongshan Square. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the bathrooms are particularly large. Enjoying the happy hour buffet dinner at the executive lounge while watching the harbor sunset was incredibly pleasant! The breakfast was very rich and featured Dalian specialties like sea cucumber congee with sea cucumber sausage, sea jelly, clam noodles, and Roujiamo (Chinese meat burger). The InterContinental staff were all very welcoming. Ella handled my check-in professionally, efficiently, and with great warmth. Sherry processed my check-out, providing thoughtful service that truly enhanced my experience.

NickRZI enjoyed staying in this hotel. 5 stars but reasonable price. The room was clean and spacious and the view outside looked out towards the sea and harbour. They made the beds every morning. I did not eat the breakfast as downstairs and surrounding area had plenty of cheaper options due to being next to many shopping malls. The metro stop is not so far but a little more inconvenient to get to the main train station by walking. Line 2 takes you to the airport in less than 40 minutes for 4RMB. As the metro is nearby you can get to many local tourist places quickly and cheaply. Highly recommend if you want to spend a little more but have close access to get around.
