GGuest UserWe were given a free upgrade to an unbeatable family room with a panoramic sea view, and the view truly lives up to the 'unbeatable' description! The huge floor-to-ceiling windows face the Jinshitan coastline directly. You can lie in bed and watch the sky and sea merge into one, and at sunrise, the entire ocean turns golden – it's incredibly therapeutic. Honestly, though, the room itself was a bit compact, especially after setting up the kids' bed and luggage, leaving limited moving space. However, it was well-designed, and the family-friendly amenities were complete (kids' toiletries and small slippers were all provided). Right outside the hotel is a long stretch of beach, actually seven of them, with fine, soft sand and clean water. The kids dug in the sand, played in the waves, and collected seashells, refusing to leave until dark. The best part is how convenient it is – you just go downstairs and you're at the sea. Transportation is also easy, with a tram and electric carts available, which is fantastic for families with kids. Overall impression: Although the room was small, the view and convenience were absolutely worth the price. It's perfect for families seeking a sea view and a relaxing trip with children. If you're particular about room size, you might need to adjust your expectations, but for this sea and beach, I think it's well worth it. Our stay was a fantastic experience overall; the kids had a blast, and the adults relaxed. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a family trip to Jinshitan, Dalian!

GGuest UserFor a relaxing winter weekend getaway, Luneng Hot Spring is always our top choice. We trust the facilities, but what really makes it comfortable is the warm and friendly service. Mary recognized us as returning guests right away and proactively handled our check-in, even upgrading our room. Throughout our stay, she checked in on our needs and provided a fruit platter. It was a wonderful weekend, full of warmth, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.

Located in the heart of Donggang, it's right downstairs from Venice Water City, and within walking distance to the seaside boardwalk and subway station, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning, unobstructed ocean views; you can wake up and admire the endless blue sea from your bed. At night, you can even watch the musical fountain show downstairs. The rooms are spacious and spotless, featuring smart bathroom facilities, laundry equipment, and soft, skin-friendly bedding. Some room types even include a kitchen, which is very practical for family extended stays. The staff provides attentive and meticulous service, handling things efficiently. For those driving, free parking is available. This hotel is perfect for both family vacations and business travelers.

GGuest UserTraveling during off-peak season, this hotel offers incredible value for money. The location is fantastic, making it super convenient for kids to go crabbing. The service is also excellent; it's so much better than the unhelpful one next door! A big thank you to 'Eason' (Chen Yixun) who brought us plenty of water when he saw we had a large group – it felt great to have all our requests met. There was also a very handsome manager who gave the kids fun toys. Overall, it provided a wonderful vacation experience. The hamburger and fish and chips were also great and very popular with the children. On the first floor, there's even a DJI drone available for a test flight, which the kids loved. The only downside is that because it's so close to the sea, the bedding can be a bit damp. If you're traveling with small children, you might want to bring your own sheets.

The location is unbeatable; it's incredibly convenient for visiting Donggang and Zhongshan Square, making sightseeing and shopping a breeze. Upon arrival, the doorman and concierge staff were exceptionally attentive, immediately helping us with our large luggage. Knowing we had elderly family members with us, they meticulously guided us and reminded us to watch out for steps, providing truly thoughtful and warm service. Our room offered fantastic views; the scenery was expansive when we opened the window. The room itself was immaculately clean, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel's overall decor is in a classic, established style, leaning towards a vintage and stately design. While it's not a trendy, minimalist look, it certainly doesn't detract from the daily guest experience. Overall, it perfectly balances convenience for sightseeing with attentive service, making it ideal for staying with elderly family members. I would definitely book this hotel again when I bring my family back to the area.

He was gentle and polite, communicated patiently and thoroughly, and answered all my inquiries with clear explanations, demonstrating a solid grasp of his work. He handled all check-in related matters efficiently and reliably. The overall service was incredibly professional, his demeanor was appropriate and perfectly balanced, never perfunctory. His excellent service attitude and strong professional skills significantly enhanced our stay, making us feel at ease and comfortable. He truly deserves high praise.

BBenxiangqiandedashaguaxiansenThe bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bedding was excellent. The only drawback was that the shower leaked, with water pooling all over the bathroom floor. Given that it's a coastal location already prone to humidity, a wet bathroom floor immediately detracts from the hotel's quality. While the facilities and service were both very good, this one detail was a significant oversight. Another minor issue was the scarcity of tissues in the box – something you rarely encounter in a 5-diamond or 5-star hotel. However, these minor flaws didn't overshadow an otherwise excellent stay. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation, ample parking for those driving, and it's located right next to Wanda Plaza with a Bi You Te supermarket.

YYemzyThe experience at this hotel was good my daughter was so happy with the Balala fairy room she enjoyed herself so much, and many thanks to **** for checking up on us as we left the hotel, we loved the atmosphere the breakfast was absolutely amazing and the F&B manager went out of his way to make sure that we sat comfortably and we were served exceptionally well, whenever we come back to Dalian for our next vacation this hotel will be definitely be one of our choice among the many hotels that we will book 😀 I enjoyed my stay, and the reception stuff was very warm and friendly, the bed was absolutely comfortable considering the we traveled for well over 16 hours from our city. I definitely had a relaxed night. My husband rested well, and he was at ease.

NNickRZI enjoyed staying in this hotel. 5 stars but reasonable price. The room was clean and spacious and the view outside looked out towards the sea and harbour. They made the beds every morning. I did not eat the breakfast as downstairs and surrounding area had plenty of cheaper options due to being next to many shopping malls. The metro stop is not so far but a little more inconvenient to get to the main train station by walking. Line 2 takes you to the airport in less than 40 minutes for 4RMB. As the metro is nearby you can get to many local tourist places quickly and cheaply. Highly recommend if you want to spend a little more but have close access to get around.
