GGuest UserOur stay here was incredibly comfortable, and overall, we were extremely satisfied with everything. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. Our room was spotless and tidy, with a bathtub liner and toilet seat cover provided. The housekeeping staff cleaned our room promptly every day and thoughtfully restocked all toiletries and consumables, showing great attention to detail. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's overall environment was elegant and beautiful, with scenic views everywhere you looked, perfect for photos. On a sunny day, the sea-view room offered fantastic photo opportunities, and the rooftop terrace was an excellent spot for sightseeing and pictures. Even the lobby and restaurant decor were exquisitely tasteful. Friends who love photography will absolutely adore this place. What truly stood out was the warm and attentive service. The front desk staff were thoughtful and thorough; they not only proactively reminded us about afternoon tea times, helped with our luggage, and kindly informed us about the weather, but also suggested we use the shawls and blankets in the lobby to ward off the cool breeze. They also enthusiastically recommended local restaurants that served authentic and delicious food at great value. The most touching moment was when we accidentally left an item behind after checking out. The hotel actually contacted us and arranged to mail it back, demonstrating incredible meticulousness and sincerity. Overall, our experience was perfect. The environment, cleanliness, and service were all faultless. It's definitely a place we'd love to return to.

QQuinnomI had the most wonderful stay here. Firstly, the homestay itself is so clean and pretty. My room was exactly as it was in the pictures. I had a bathtub by the window with a seaview and a large room all to myself. The warm lighting made the ambience even more spectacular. I absolutely loved the New Chinese Style Interior Design. It is one of my favourite interiors, and it was such a dream to stay here. The complimentary Chinese tea set was refreshing. The staff here is excellent, too! I was attended by Mr. Sun, who spoke good English (which was very helpful for me as I am a foreigner with limited Mandarin). Upon my request, Mr. Sun provided me with a vegetarian breakfast and even brought it to my ropm to enjoy. It was a very substantial breakfast: millet porridge, warm milk, steamed sweet potato, corn on the cob, Broccoli, carrots, pumpkin, and a vegetable bao with fruits. There is also a complimentary bracelet-making station for homestay guests. Mr. Sun also provided me with free-flow drinking water as the weather was lovely and sunny. Location-wise, you can walk to the nearby theme park by crossing the pedestrian bridge and there are plenty of (high-end seafood restaurants) but there is also a supermarket and restaurant next door that was within my budget. The view of the bridge from my room at night was absolutely beautiful with the lights. Overall, I would really encourage anyone visiting Dalian to stay here! 😍😍 Thank you so much, Qingsong Yaju!

GGuest UserThe service attitude was excellent, and I was offered a cup of hot tea upon check-in. The facilities are quite new, and the bed was very comfortable. Watching the elementary and middle school students playing during their breaks next door really brightened my mood. Plus, Dongguan Street is right nearby, and the street and shops are very photogenic and interesting.

YYujiuyuMy stay here was fantastic! The lobby was clean and grand, and the room was spotless with no strange odors, plus it came with a complete set of toiletries. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable, and it was really quiet at night, no disturbances at all. The staff were polite and patient, and check-in and check-out were both very quick. It's also super convenient for dining and getting around. I truly recommend it!

GGuest UserWhen visiting Dalian, it's really important to choose a good hotel, and this one is an excellent choice. It's relatively new, less than two years old, with a charming Chinese-style decor. All the room amenities are automated, which is a nice touch. The service from Xiao Wei was fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Plus, it's only a few minutes' walk to the subway station, making transportation super convenient! We also visited the popular roast duck restaurant and Pin Hai Lou – honestly, thumbs up!

Environmentally, it's nestled in a quiet bay, and from our window, we could see the clear blue sea and sky. Every corner of the interior was clean and elegant. The service was impeccable, from proactively communicating our needs to thoughtfully preparing children's amenities – every detail was meticulously handled. The biggest surprise was how perfect it is for kids: our children had so much fun they didn't want to leave, and the adults were completely relaxed. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit!

GGuest UserThe price is good and the location is decent. There's always security to help with parking. Breakfast is just okay, nothing special. Even though it's a newly renovated hotel in 2024, the shower is still over a wide and high bathtub. It's really easy to slip and fall when stepping out after a shower because the floor gets wet. There's an outlet next to the toilet, but it's an old-style toilet with low flushing power. The funniest thing is that the air conditioning was under maintenance during the May Day holiday? So we could only open the windows for ventilation. Dalian's weather has been so unpredictable lately, hot one minute and cold the next, so not being able to control the room temperature was really uncomfortable. Plus, it was noisy with the windows open. This is really unreasonable; they totally could have checked and fixed it beforehand.
