Every day, he greeted us warmly, proactively asked about our plans, and shared tips on fun things to do and great places to eat in Dalian. As first-time visitors, his recommendations were incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome. Another young man, who worked the night shift, truly touched me. My family was staying in different room types, and my two nephews were waiting outside their grandfather's room. Their grandpa had fallen asleep, and they couldn't reach him or me. The front desk attendant noticed them and didn't ignore them; instead, he stayed with them, patiently looking after them until I arrived. What impressed me even more was his professionalism and caution. When I got there, he thoroughly verified my identity and confirmed I was a guest for that room before helping us open the door. That level of security awareness and responsibility is truly commendable. A great hotel isn't just about the facilities and environment; it's about encountering staff who genuinely care for their guests. And I must praise the beds here! They are so incredibly comfortable! I usually have trouble falling asleep, but these past few days, I've drifted off almost as soon as I lay down, and my sleep quality has been excellent. Thank you for your thoughtful service; it made this trip to Dalian even more wonderful. Next time I'm in Dalian, I will definitely stay here again ❤️

I specifically chose a hotel near Xinghai Square for my trip to Dalian this time, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my journey! First off, the location is unbeatable. It's just a few minutes' walk to Xinghai Square, making evening strolls and enjoying the sea breeze incredibly convenient. Plus, there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. What truly impressed me was the service: everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was incredibly friendly and had a warm smile. During check-in, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions and even thoughtfully reminded us about the sunrise time. When we requested extra pillows for the room, they were delivered promptly – excellent attention to detail! The tatami room was also perfect for our baby. All in all, whether you're traveling with family or on a romantic getaway, I highly recommend this place! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dalian.

What I was most satisfied with was the service; everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was very polite. They even offered warm porridge in the evenings. When checking out, they proactively asked if I wanted a bottle of water for the road, which was a particularly heartwarming detail.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a unique, almost ethereal, 'cultivation' vibe. The owner must be a huge fan of 'Eternal Love' (San Sheng San Shi) – they even made a video, but I can't upload it, so never mind. It was a really comfortable stay. The front desk staff, dressed in traditional Hanfu, were lovely; their voices were pleasant, and their service was impeccable. The location is perfect, right next to Xinghai Square, close to all the attractions. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants downstairs. The price wasn't bad either. It was a fantastic experience overall. I'll definitely bring my family here again next time we visit!

The lobby on the first floor is quite beautiful; it's a nice place to relax while checking in or waiting for a taxi. Cleanliness: It was very clean. Environment: Located in the city center, but it's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. There are many restaurants nearby, so dining is very convenient. It's also not far from the various attractions in Zhongshan District, and it's easy to get around by bus or taxi. Service: Very good.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel does have some positives — the facilities feel relatively new, the gym is better equipped than many hotels in the same price range, and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. However, the overall stay was disappointing. The sound insulation between rooms was extremely poor. Interestingly, I barely heard any noise from the nearby bar, but I could clearly hear conversations, shower sounds, and other noises coming from neighboring rooms. The check-in experience also felt unprofessional. When I asked whether there was a quieter room available because of the nearby bar, the staff said they could “upgrade” my room and spent time introducing the larger room before finally mentioning that it required an extra charge. I completely understand paid upgrades, but the way it was communicated felt more like a sales pitch than genuine hospitality. What made the experience unacceptable in the end was finding a cockroach in the bathroom. Combined with the poor soundproofing and overall service experience, this stay did not meet the standards I expected.

The auntie at breakfast was also lovely, proactively telling me about other delicious options. The hotel's decor is very unique. I'll definitely come again; the sea water is exceptionally blue.

When I moved them, a lot of rubbish was revealed underneath, indicating that the daily cleaning isn't thorough. However, this seems to be a common issue in most hotels, so I can accept it. The hotel appears to be an older property that's been recently renovated. While the overall facilities aren't brand new, the room design is very practical and suitable for family trips. Of course, the hotel's location is excellent, being very close and convenient to all the attractions. It's worth noting that all the popular internet-famous restaurants I wanted to visit were nearby. Parking was also convenient, which made for a very satisfying trip.
