Every day, he greeted us warmly, proactively asked about our plans, and shared tips on fun things to do and great places to eat in Dalian. As first-time visitors, his recommendations were incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome. Another young man, who worked the night shift, truly touched me. My family was staying in different room types, and my two nephews were waiting outside their grandfather's room. Their grandpa had fallen asleep, and they couldn't reach him or me. The front desk attendant noticed them and didn't ignore them; instead, he stayed with them, patiently looking after them until I arrived. What impressed me even more was his professionalism and caution. When I got there, he thoroughly verified my identity and confirmed I was a guest for that room before helping us open the door. That level of security awareness and responsibility is truly commendable. A great hotel isn't just about the facilities and environment; it's about encountering staff who genuinely care for their guests. And I must praise the beds here! They are so incredibly comfortable! I usually have trouble falling asleep, but these past few days, I've drifted off almost as soon as I lay down, and my sleep quality has been excellent. Thank you for your thoughtful service; it made this trip to Dalian even more wonderful. Next time I'm in Dalian, I will definitely stay here again ❤️

GGuest UserLet me start by saying this: it's my first business trip to Dalian, and this is the second hotel I've stayed at – both have been excellent! How can the service be so good? I'm in love with Dalian! The location is superb, very close to Xinghai Square, and right by the seaside as soon as you step out. During my stay, I added the butler's WeChat, so I could conveniently message them for anything I needed. When I arrived, the front desk staff helped me with my luggage to my room, and I even received a welcome afternoon tea. There aren't many rooms on each floor, so it's very quiet, and the room itself is comfortable! The bed is neither too soft nor too hard, I slept so well. The curtains are automated with a button, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the bath towels are thick. I usually bring my own toiletries when I travel, but I actually used the shampoo here and it was fantastic – left my hair fragrant and smooth. Very satisfied!

It's right next to the subway station, just a 3-minute walk away. Nearby shopping malls, supermarkets, and food streets are all readily available, making it super convenient to return to the hotel after shopping in the evening without any hassle of planning your route. The hotel environment is surprisingly clean! Entering the lobby, I was immediately drawn in by the refreshing fragrance. The decor is simple yet stylish, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The corridors have thick carpets, ensuring complete privacy. The rooms are spotless, with white and soft bedding that has a subtle sunshine scent. The pillows come in two firmness options, which is perfect for someone like me with neck problems! The bathroom has a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the shower has instant hot water with stable water pressure, making a hot shower an instant way to relieve travel fatigue. The service is top-notch! Xiao Yang's smile was warm and welcoming. Check-in was incredibly fast, and the staff patiently explained the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. They even thoughtfully upgraded our room – such thoughtful details were incredibly heartwarming. During our stay, we had no requests, such as wanting to check out an hour late in the morning, and they readily agreed without any impatience. This kind of personalized service is truly endearing! The facilities are also excellent! The breakfast selection is plentiful, and the hotel offers a free gym and laundry room. The gym is fully equipped, and the laundry room has a dryer – essential for frequent travelers. Upon departure, staff member Xiao Yang even gave us a complimentary gift – such a thoughtful gesture. This stay was truly impeccable. The price was reasonable, yet the service and environment were of exceptionally high quality. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in this city, and I highly recommend it to everyone traveling. Trust me, you'll love it after just one stay!

Didnt dare to use the toilet for the entire 4 days. Beside the urine stained toilet, the staff didnt bother to put my pillows in place. Tea bags wasnt refilled until i feedback to the counter. Very slipshod cleaning work. Counter service: Excellent. Helped me contact rider when my parcel went missing. Bathroom: would prefer if theres hook inside the bathroom. Feels very cold coming out after shower to retrieve towes. Room: No soundproof at all. Wont recommend if you are a light sleeper. Lighting is good and bright.

OokoksosoI came to Dalian this time for a football match. I hadn't stayed at this hotel before, but after this visit, it completely exceeded my expectations! First off, the location is on par with hotels like Orange and Atour, but the price is competitive and the service is just as good, if not better! Secondly, the hygiene is excellent, and the cleaning staff are very polite and helpful. The front desk staff were patient and well-mannered, even reminding me that the mini-fridge drinks were complimentary. Although I didn't drink any, it shows their attention to detail and service awareness! My comment about it exceeding expectations isn't just talk; usually, you get what you pay for, but this place offers a service experience that goes beyond its price point.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel does have some positives — the facilities feel relatively new, the gym is better equipped than many hotels in the same price range, and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. However, the overall stay was disappointing. The sound insulation between rooms was extremely poor. Interestingly, I barely heard any noise from the nearby bar, but I could clearly hear conversations, shower sounds, and other noises coming from neighboring rooms. The check-in experience also felt unprofessional. When I asked whether there was a quieter room available because of the nearby bar, the staff said they could “upgrade” my room and spent time introducing the larger room before finally mentioning that it required an extra charge. I completely understand paid upgrades, but the way it was communicated felt more like a sales pitch than genuine hospitality. What made the experience unacceptable in the end was finding a cockroach in the bathroom. Combined with the poor soundproofing and overall service experience, this stay did not meet the standards I expected.

GGuest UserAlways a pleasure to stay here, the ambiance is fantastic. The hotel has changed a bit since my last visit; the snacks are now domestically sourced. However, it's still good value for money. The toiletries have been switched from Japanese brands to the same ones used at Four Seasons, and my room got an upgrade. The only downside is that the restaurant has gone downhill compared to two years ago; my favorite dishes are gone, and they no longer offer freshly ground lattes at breakfast. On the bright side, the prices have also come down, and there are still made-to-order dishes available, so it's acceptable.

GGuest UserThe price is good and the location is decent. There's always security to help with parking. Breakfast is just okay, nothing special. Even though it's a newly renovated hotel in 2024, the shower is still over a wide and high bathtub. It's really easy to slip and fall when stepping out after a shower because the floor gets wet. There's an outlet next to the toilet, but it's an old-style toilet with low flushing power. The funniest thing is that the air conditioning was under maintenance during the May Day holiday? So we could only open the windows for ventilation. Dalian's weather has been so unpredictable lately, hot one minute and cold the next, so not being able to control the room temperature was really uncomfortable. Plus, it was noisy with the windows open. This is really unreasonable; they totally could have checked and fixed it beforehand.
