Every day, he greeted us warmly, proactively asked about our plans, and shared tips on fun things to do and great places to eat in Dalian. As first-time visitors, his recommendations were incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome. Another young man, who worked the night shift, truly touched me. My family was staying in different room types, and my two nephews were waiting outside their grandfather's room. Their grandpa had fallen asleep, and they couldn't reach him or me. The front desk attendant noticed them and didn't ignore them; instead, he stayed with them, patiently looking after them until I arrived. What impressed me even more was his professionalism and caution. When I got there, he thoroughly verified my identity and confirmed I was a guest for that room before helping us open the door. That level of security awareness and responsibility is truly commendable. A great hotel isn't just about the facilities and environment; it's about encountering staff who genuinely care for their guests. And I must praise the beds here! They are so incredibly comfortable! I usually have trouble falling asleep, but these past few days, I've drifted off almost as soon as I lay down, and my sleep quality has been excellent. Thank you for your thoughtful service; it made this trip to Dalian even more wonderful. Next time I'm in Dalian, I will definitely stay here again ❤️

It's just a few minutes' walk to Xinghai Square, making evening strolls and enjoying the sea breeze incredibly convenient. Plus, there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. What truly impressed me was the service: everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was incredibly friendly and had a warm smile. During check-in, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions and even thoughtfully reminded us about the sunrise time. When we requested extra pillows for the room, they were delivered promptly – excellent attention to detail! The tatami room was also perfect for our baby. All in all, whether you're traveling with family or on a romantic getaway, I highly recommend this place! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dalian.

What I was most satisfied with was the service; everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was very polite. They even offered warm porridge in the evenings. When checking out, they proactively asked if I wanted a bottle of water for the road, which was a particularly heartwarming detail.

The location is absolutely fantastic, within walking distance to popular attractions, making getting around super convenient. All your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs are covered in one spot. The sea view room I stayed in offered an unbeatable view; the oversized floor-to-ceiling windows provided panoramic vistas of the sparkling blue sea and the city skyline. Waking up to the sunrise painting the ocean gold in the morning and enjoying the sunset reflecting off the cross-sea bridge lights in the evening – every photo taken here is a masterpiece. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities and soft, comfortable bedding. Falling asleep to the faint sound of waves was incredibly peaceful. The service was warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and requests were handled promptly, showing thoughtful attention to detail. When visiting Dalian, staying here allows you to enjoy stunning sea views and convenient access to attractions, all at an excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

Feeding the fish is interactive and adds a lot of vitality to the environment, making a stroll through the area very pleasant. The guest rooms are clean and comfortable, with a well-designed layout and simple yet stylish interiors. The amenities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and the rooms are quiet, ensuring a very relaxing stay. The hotel offers free traditional Chinese costumes for guests to try on and take photos, which is a lot of fun. The location is a major highlight, as it's excellent and close to Xinghai Square, making travel very convenient. Nearby attractions and dining spots are concentrated, saving time and effort for sightseeing and business trips. The hotel breakfast is simple but delicious, featuring a refreshing Chinese set meal. GGuest UserThe room was spotless, and the location was fantastic. There's a really great restaurant right at the hotel entrance. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. During my stay, I missed the courier for a package, and they went above and beyond to hold onto it for him to pick up later. They also patiently assisted with a late check-out, which made my entire trip so much smoother and stress-free. Highly recommend!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel does have some positives — the facilities feel relatively new, the gym is better equipped than many hotels in the same price range, and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. However, the overall stay was disappointing. The sound insulation between rooms was extremely poor. Interestingly, I barely heard any noise from the nearby bar, but I could clearly hear conversations, shower sounds, and other noises coming from neighboring rooms. The check-in experience also felt unprofessional. When I asked whether there was a quieter room available because of the nearby bar, the staff said they could “upgrade” my room and spent time introducing the larger room before finally mentioning that it required an extra charge. I completely understand paid upgrades, but the way it was communicated felt more like a sales pitch than genuine hospitality. What made the experience unacceptable in the end was finding a cockroach in the bathroom. Combined with the poor soundproofing and overall service experience, this stay did not meet the standards I expected.

GGuest UserAlways a pleasure to stay here, the ambiance is fantastic. The hotel has changed a bit since my last visit; the snacks are now domestically sourced. However, it's still good value for money. The toiletries have been switched from Japanese brands to the same ones used at Four Seasons, and my room got an upgrade. The only downside is that the restaurant has gone downhill compared to two years ago; my favorite dishes are gone, and they no longer offer freshly ground lattes at breakfast. On the bright side, the prices have also come down, and there are still made-to-order dishes available, so it's acceptable.

GGuest UserUpon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a suite, which was very comfortable. Dalian is lovely and cool this time of year, and we could open the windows in the living area directly, keeping the room cool without needing AC. While the overall facilities in the room are a bit dated, you can tell it was once a four-star standard, and it was clean with no strange smells. It was also quite soundproof. The bathroom deserves a special mention for being very spacious – much better than many other hotels. The hotel's location is excellent, with a supermarket nearby for convenient shopping, and taxis can get you anywhere quickly. The elevators are fast. My only wish is for a wider variety at breakfast.
