Absolutely fantastic! The owner is a very gentle and attentive woman. The accommodation is comfortably decorated, and the second floor of the loft has a great ceiling height. I'm an architecture student, and you can book this apartment with confidence. In terms of location, safety, and interior comfort, it's excellent value for money! It's rare to find accommodation with such good natural light at this price point! Because it was quite cold during our stay, the owner upgraded us to a loft with better underfloor heating for free. The room has a fresh air system, and the underfloor heating prevents the air from being too dry compared to other places in Shenyang. The subway station is right outside the back door, and there are many restaurants nearby. Since we were tourists, we asked the owner for recommendations, and she gave us detailed introductions to local specialties. We tried a few places, and they were indeed very good.

The room facing the sea offered a fantastic view, and it was clean and tidy. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Always a great stay! Every time I visit Dalian, I choose this hotel for two nights. I love watching the sea, seeing the sunrise from my bed, and the Venetian Water City downstairs has a stunning night view!

The room itself is clean and tidy, well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine and kitchen. The decor is cozy and comfortable, and the bedding is so soft I slept like a baby. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply is consistently stable. Outside the window, there's a stunning sea view with an expansive vista that just lifts your spirits. The service is attentive and thoughtful, making for a truly excellent stay. I've been here three or four times already, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

This was my first time staying in an apartment hotel like this, and it was surprisingly good! It was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with disposable face towels and bath towels provided. The living room was huge, and the dining table was massive, making it perfect for a family stay. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across two floors, offering great privacy. The kitchen, fridge, washing machine, and even a mahjong table were all very practical. The location is excellent, with a supermarket, snack shops, and local specialty stores right downstairs. Xinghai Square is also within walking distance!

The price was fantastic – definitely cheaper during the off-season and great value for money. The owner was also very kind; you meet a lot of good people from the Northeast region. The location is convenient, and the environment is elegant. The front desk service was warm and professional, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to excellent sleep quality. This hotel's location is genuinely brilliant, right in the city centre next to the Zhongshan subway and plaza, and for this price point, you really can't ask for better. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier (Google Translate sorted us out fine), and the cleaning team were lovely too. The room was decent and properly clean, I checked for dust and there wasn't any. However, the hotel is quite old, and there was some mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom and shower curtain. It didn't bother me personally, but worth noting, and a bit of spray would be great. That said, Dalian was incredibly humid when I visited in late August, so I suspect this is partly a climate issue. Even my own towels wouldn't dry properly. The place was quite busy, mainly Chinese customers, but they were quiet and discreet. Practical bits: they provide two bottles of water daily and disposable paper towels (which actually came in handy given the humidity). The room also had a washing machine (bring your own detergent) and you can hang clothes outside on the 9th floor veranda. There's a bus stop right outside with direct services to Xian Lu (shopping and basement food market) and the Transport University area night market, the subway goes straight to the airport, and you're walking distance from the main tourist spots like Russian Street, the old tram etc. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. And two convenience stores on ground floor. This place accepts foreign tourists and check-in was quick and easy. Internet was fast but slower in the evenings. Honestly, some of the complaints I've read here seem a bit harsh considering what you're paying. You get what you pay for, and at this price point in this location, I think it's fair value. I'd stay here again, especially if travelling on a budget. Thank you, we had a lovely time in Dalian!
