GGuest UserThe hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, with convenient transportation. The staff were very friendly and always smiling, and they even proactively gave me information about transportation around the hotel, which was fantastic. I really like this hotel; it was full of pleasant surprises. The electric curtains were a great touch, no need to manually open and close them! The room heating was ample, not cold at all, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. There's a supermarket right across the road, and a KFC and ramen shop downstairs, so no worries about food! Super convenient!

GGuest UserI arrived at approximately 2:00 PM, and although my room was not yet cleaned due to the holiday period, I understood the situation. I checked into Room 232, the 270-degree sea view room, which was the highest available category at the time of booking. Unfortunately, several issues significantly affected our stay. The condition of the room facilities was disappointing. In the first bathroom, the flush button was loose and partially detached, and there were visible cracks on the wall. In the second bathroom inside the sea-view bedroom, the door stopper was detached and the drainage system did not function properly. Additionally, the glass panel near the wardrobe had a long crack, which made us uncomfortable using the area as we were concerned about causing further damage. Most importantly, the refrigerator was not functioning. Although a technician came on the first day and informed us that there was no power supply, no proper resolution was provided. On the second day, another technician was arranged, but we had to wait for a long time, which disrupted our travel plans. Eventually, we were informed that the refrigerator could not be used temporarily. As my family stayed for three nights, this meant we were unable to use the refrigerator for the entire stay and had to leave items with the reception, which was very inconvenient and did not reflect the value of the room. Regarding cleanliness, the first day was satisfactory. However, on the second day, the housekeeping service appeared rushed. There were hair strands left in the room, and the bed was not properly made — the bed cover was simply pulled over without proper arrangement, and the bedding looked untidy and wrinkled. I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness standards. Furthermore, the booking was made for three guests, yet only two glasses were provided in the room. There was no tea available, only bottled water. Communication via WeChat was also quite slow when requesting assistance. On a positive note, the room view was beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff who assisted us before check-in were helpful. The room design and view are truly impressive. However, after check-in, the overall experience did not meet expectations. Additionally, the mirrors in the room had noticeable stains. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration for service improvement. Thank you for your attention.

AAnonymous UserIt was beyond my imagination. I didn't expect the decoration to be so good. It's well-decorated. You can cook, watch movies, and there's a projector. The bed is also very large. When I checked in, I told the housekeeper if I needed cleaning. I didn't clean it, and no one entered my room without permission. After I checked out, the front desk even watched my luggage for a long time. I went there in winter, and everyone says Dalian is even more beautiful in the summer. I plan to come back in the summer. If the price is acceptable, I would stay here again. It's also very close to the subway station.

CchinesesopranodivaI booked this place for convenience and the price being more economical than other places during this hot vacation season. Unfortunately I would say it did not even meet the basic standard of an economy hotel. Pros: location is good, in between Dalian North Railway station and the DLC airport, which is the main reason why I stayed there. Linens and pillows and towels were clean. Cons: There was no 24 hours reception as advertised. In fact, it's only open for a few hours a day. There were no one to receive us when we arrived, I wouldn't mind self-check in, but I don't like false advertisement. I ordered something online and the next day when I went to pick it up, the reception was again not open. I called the host to check the hours, he told me to check the message he left me myself then hung up. I was shocked about the service. Cons (continued): There were only 2 flat pillows. The TV did not work. The shower had no hot water. This review will most likely not affect them, because they might eventually change business name and move on if the poor reviews come in. But needless to say I will do my best to avoid this place in the future.

GGuest UserBefore my trip to Dalian, I spent days looking at hotels and B&Bs, worried about cleanliness and being too far from attractions. After three days of searching, and because my child loves loft-style rooms, I finally picked this place. It was such a pleasant surprise! The elevator on the first floor was very convenient. The owner specifically gave us a sea-view room where we could watch the sunrise, and it was also close to the elevator, which was great for the kids and elderly. The room was clean and tidy, and the amenities were very comprehensive. Downstairs is Donggang and Venice, and it's easy to get to Xinghai Square and the Oceanarium by subway or a 20-something RMB taxi ride. There's even parking downstairs. It was a truly enjoyable trip, highly recommend!

RRidanliusuansanbaimoThis was my second stay here, drawn by its excellent value for money: it's just a short walk from the Friendship Square subway station, and you can easily walk to Dashang Department Store and Zhongshan Square. There's a 24-hour Lawson and various breakfast shops downstairs. Although the rooms face the street, the soundproofing is excellent with the windows closed, just as quiet as the side room I stayed in last time. What deserves the most praise is its consistently cleanliness. For this price range, and considering it's not newly built or renovated, it's rare to find it so clean and tidy. Dalian truly is a place I'll never want to leave.

Best of all, it was a sea-view room. The price was fantastic – definitely cheaper during the off-season and great value for money. The owner was also very kind; you meet a lot of good people from the Northeast region. The location is convenient, and the environment is elegant. The front desk service was warm and professional, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to excellent sleep quality. SSimpleConvincerThe staff waited for me to arrive because my flight arrived at 11:15 pm and I arrived at the capsule hotel at 12:15 am. The temperature of the capsule rooms were just right. I love the free access to the bathhouse. The bathing facility is really clean and well maintained. I regretted not getting body scrub and massage and I should have explored the capsule hotel more. I think there is also a restaurant in the higher floors. Just take note that the bathing facility is open from 8 am to 12 am only. The subway station is near as well. As a foreigner who cannot speak nor read Chinese, I am very happy that there’s a McDonalds nearby. There are also nearby marts and Chinese franchise restaurants. My stay was very short so I wasn’t able to discover the other restaurants nearby. I would definitely book here again and I love the keychain that they gave me. The staff were really kind. There were some minor difficulties, such as difficulty of finding electric sockets and inside the capsule, the port was a USB A socket, but there was a phone charging station outside the rooms.
