This was by far the best homestay experience I've had while traveling. The service was absolutely top-notch, with a dedicated butler providing personalized assistance throughout my stay. Any request I had was met with an immediate and effective response. The room was clean and tidy, and they offered complimentary afternoon tea, a late-night snack, and a delicious and refined breakfast. The mini-fridge in the room was stocked with a great selection of free snacks and soft drinks. The hotel's location and environment were also excellent, perfect for photos, and offered a fantastic spot to watch the sunset over the sea. They provided free shuttle service to and from the pier, and even gave me a farewell gift when I left.

Guest UserTraveling with my kids and parents, I booked three uniquely themed rooms. The beach king suite offers direct access to the beach, and the twin pool suite has a pool that connects directly to the main scenic pool, which was a hit with the kids. The tranquil twin room was very quiet and perfect for the elderly to rest.
The service was excellent. The butler's welcome and farewell services were outstanding, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. The staff were very professional and attentive to all our needs. There was also a complimentary laundry service every day. Breakfast was exquisite and delicious, and could even be delivered to the room 👍. Dinner required advance reservations, and you could really tell the chef's skill was exceptional 👍.

I am not a trust, I really recommend hahaha service is really impeccable, provide business car transfer, help carry luggage throughout the island, especially worry-free. I proposed to the housekeeper that I want the swimming pool floating afternoon tea, the demand is refreshing, the layout is beyond expectations, and the photos are great! There are many choices for breakfast. Although the latte is generally the same, the American style can still be ordered. The smile on this cappuccino is painted by myself or quite cute hahaha
The booked sea view room faces the sea, the view is wide, the room details are full, and the anti-mosquito spray and anti-mosquito stickers are carefully prepared. The island just needs to be considered.
In the evening, I went out with wine to chase the sunset. Unfortunately, I couldn't catch up with the sunset, but I still took photos of the atmosphere. There are many takeaway options around the hotel. The food I ordered is online and there is no thunder at all.
The staff is gentle and patient, and will try their best to meet the needs of large and small. The environment is quiet and healing, the facilities are new and clean, and you can't go wrong if you want to lie down and watch the audition. If you have friends who want to come to play next time, I will recommend 👍

Stayed for four days and three nights. Although Tiangong is not beautiful, the intimate service of the hotel and the housekeeper Xiao Zhao is definitely the ceiling of the industry. First, the island is free to use a car for sightseeing. Where to go, you can contact the housekeeper to set off, eliminating the trouble of renting a car on the island. Second, after buying in the seafood market and then processing at the hotel, not only the processing taste is top-notch, but also the amazing display! Every dish is not only delicious but also beautiful, this detail is really amazing! ! Third, every day breakfast is different, just go to the table and wait, it is also very hard. Fourth, Xiao Zhao and the butlers' service is too good, not to mention the car pick-up, and will also recommend reliable play and restaurants. Continue to live here next time! !

The room has an amazing view; I could watch the sunrise and sunset right from my bed. It was clean, well-equipped, and the service was thoughtful. The sea-view balcony was perfect for photos. Great value for money, I'd definitely choose this place again next time. Housekeeper Xiao Ma provided meticulous service, was kind and polite, and genuinely took care of me during my stay. Full marks for the experience!

This is hands down the best family-friendly resort in Beihai. The hotel's location is fantastic, right by Silver Beach Scenic Area, and it even has a private access path directly to the beach. Our room offered comfortable sea views, and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. The hotel lobby's design is unique, with a beautiful spiral staircase that's perfect for photos – many photographers come here to shoot. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, and we had bellhops assist with our luggage. The security guards at the entrance were also very friendly. Breakfast was decent. The hotel boasts several swimming pools, which are great for kids who love to splash around, and there are plenty of family-friendly recreational facilities, some free and some with a charge. Our butler, Julia, was wonderfully warm and attentive; we were very satisfied with her service. Beyond Silver Beach, the hotel is also conveniently close to Mangrove Forest and Qiaogang, making it easy to get around!

bessileMaybe the geographical location is not the best on the island, most people would choose to live in Dishuidanping or Shiluokou. Attracted by the farmhouse's public welfare concept of revitalizing the rural economy, I chose to stay at this farmhouse. It was really the most surprising experience recently! Must give five stars!
As soon as you enter the door, the fresh and simple decoration style will catch your eye. The front desk with the characteristics of Weizhou Island coral, the personalized decorative paintings on the wall, and the green plants arranged in a staggered manner, every detail is full of natural breath, which instantly isolates you from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The dishes are even better! A five-star chef prepared a New Year's Eve dinner for more than a dozen family members. The portions were generous, the seafood was large, the taste was good, and the price-performance ratio was high.
The service is also very considerate, with quick responses, helping with car rentals, contacting whale watching organizations, recommending travel photography, etc. The recommended delicious and fun places in the surrounding area are all very unique. The one-to-one butler-like service makes people feel the enthusiasm and beauty of Weizhou Island.

Guest UserThe Grand Whale Hotel is absolutely fantastic! Everything from the views, ambiance, facilities, to the service is top-notch on the island. It's a newly opened hotel this year, so all the amenities are brand new. The cliffside restaurant at the hotel offers incredibly beautiful views, perfect for watching the sunset. Before check-in, a dedicated hotel butler set up a WeChat group for us. There were four of us, and they thoughtfully upgraded our room. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows were truly stunning – I highly recommend experiencing this room type if you get the chance! You get to enjoy endless sea views right from your room. The hotel pays attention to every little detail. Our dedicated butlers, Xixi and Taozi, were also incredibly attentive and responded very promptly. When our transfer arrived, a butler was already waiting at the entrance to greet us, thoughtfully providing umbrellas and small fans. Upon check-in, we were offered welcome fruits in the lobby, and they even introduced us to the island's sights. The complimentary photoshoot offered by the hotel was also very professional. The photographer guided our poses and found beautiful scenes and angles. The photos turned out so amazing that we couldn't resist paying extra for a package. I genuinely can't recommend this hotel enough! The views are super beautiful and definitely comparable to the island's Spring and Summer Cliff Garden. The hotel has its own large French garden, showing how much effort they put in, and the lobby is also very grand and photogenic. The sun loungers by the pool are also perfect for just relaxing and gazing out at the sea.

Anonymous UserPuSu is my favorite hotel. Its design style, services, and selection of facilities and supplies have already ranked it first in my heart. If it weren't for the fact that the Banyan Tree opposite was under renovation and there was always noise, and if it weren't for the fact that you could see the renovation scenery opposite from the window from time to time, blocking the sea view, then his house would really be perfect. The breakfast dishes are very fresh, although there are not many choices but they are satisfying enough. The temperature of the swimming pool is OK, but it is too shallow and not suitable for real swimming. It is still OK for small children to play in the water. The disadvantage is that although it is close to the beach, there are too few supporting catering businesses. If you go to Nanwan Street to take a taxi, it will cost 100 yuan for a round trip. If you are not familiar with the road, it is not recommended to ride an electric donkey. There are no signs on the road and the road conditions are dangerous at night. The price of eating in the hotel is a bit expensive. If you go to Nanwan Street, I suggest you go to the second store of Xiaoshiguang. I recommend the spicy and sour potato shreds and seafood fried rice with squid rings, and choose the spicy one. I think the taste of this restaurant is a hundred levels higher than that of the whole Weizhou Island. The chef's level is very good, but with the contrast of his peers, he immediately stands out! If you rent a sightseeing car, I heard from the driver that the cheapest one can be 150 a day. The official price of the Xinyi on the boat is 200 a day. This is actually very cost-effective. Not only can you visit the five major attractions, but it also includes dinner pick-up. Anyway, it is much better than calling a car for a round trip for a meal for 100 yuan. If you can't make an official appointment for whale watching, you can contact the hotel front desk. The service is connected through WeChat, with both manual and robot service. I think it's very good and all requirements can be met. The recommended room type is 502 of Pu II, which has a very good value for money and is on a high floor, so the hot spring pool is directly located at the side of the sea view. Finally, I would like to praise the souvenirs from Pusu, they are very high quality! I hope it gets better and better. Please convince Xiao Shiguang to open three stores near your home. Although I don’t want to say that Weizhou Island is a food desert, the other restaurants are really terrible...

The overall service at this hotel was very mediocre. After checking in, there was no room available. They said they would text me when a room was ready, but I never received any message. After waiting for three hours, I went to the front desk, only to receive the same response (by then, it was already an hour past the normal check-in time). Eventually, one room was made available, and the second room was only ready after another hour's wait.
I also asked the front desk if reservations were needed for the beachfront BBQ, and they gave me a phone number. However, I tried calling it all day without success. Due to a light rain, I asked the front desk if the beachfront BBQ was canceled, and they very confidently said it was. Yet, when my family and I went to check it out, we found the beachfront BBQ was not canceled at all. There were only four tables, and they were all reserved by other guests. It was a really disappointing experience, and not once did any staff member apologize throughout the whole ordeal.
