It is worthy of being a hotel with zero negative reviews. Choosing Kafka in Weizhou Island is the right thing to do. The service staff is good and patient Three days in advance, the hotel staff took the initiative to contact us to arrange for the boat ticket and passport and tickets to the island. On the first day, he carefully told us the whole island's travel strategy and filming locations~ He was available on call during my stay. I got sick due to the unfamiliar climate when I first arrived on the island. The housekeeper also helped me buy medicine and electrolyte water. She was super nice! The afternoon tea desserts were very delicious. During our stay, a neighbor had a birthday and we all shared the birthday cake. All in all, it was a really pleasant living experience.

Had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The service was absolutely impressive where free laundry service and daily afternoon tea with fresh fruits and cakes were served. They also helped to arrange free transport between the harbour and the hotel. The door gift is particularly thoughtful which contains a nice UV protective umbrella, mosquito repellant and sun block. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully designed! Ours was the ground floor room with the garden view. Though the hotel swimming pool is right outside, the lush greenery offered great privacy. The air-conditioned and pleasantly perfumes room was literally my oasis during this short island trip! And it is quite budget friendly!:) Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who’s planning to visit the island! Overall A+ experience! (Though it’d be a plus point if the laundry could be ironed.)

Perhaps due to the Spring Festival and the island location, the rooms were relatively nicer than some other guesthouses in the area. However, the bathroom was hard to describe. It wasn't dirty, but rather it had accumulated grime over time, making it look quite uncomfortable.

The hotel's location is super close to the Guizhou Road seafood market, within walking distance. There are shared electric scooters right downstairs, which are really convenient for exploring the old town. The hotel service was excellent, really great, and they even upgraded my room. The monk fruit tea in the lobby was delicious. The smart control system in the room was very convenient. The only slight downside was that it was a bit noisy downstairs with people singing. Homestays in Beihai can be hit or miss, so having hotel service guarantees a better experience. It was great, I'll definitely come back again.

I highly recommend this homestay! The service is impeccable. Before checking in, the homestay thoughtfully created a group, and the 6 service staff were warm and thoughtful, and also sent a detailed guide to Beihai. The private hot spring swimming pool we booked was changed for each guest and cleaned spotlessly. The hotel has an elegant environment and is located in the Silver Beach Villa District. The breakfast is delicious. On the first night, we bought seafood and the chef helped to process it. The taste was amazing. The salt and pepper mantis shrimp and spicy fried crab were a must. The fish caught in the afternoon was also very delicious after the chef cooked it. Any service needs can be responded to in a timely manner, and the service attitude is cordial and friendly. In the end, we didn't have time to book a car, and the hotel also helped us load our luggage and take pictures. It was really reliable! When I come to Beihai in the future, I will definitely recommend this homestay to every friend!

And it's a clean, uncrowded beach, with lots of photo props, a restaurant, and a cafe nearby – super convenient! ✅ They offer a complimentary photography service, which is a great bonus for getting good shots. ✅ Pier transfers are provided, adding another layer of convenience. ✅ The room is spacious, and all the facilities are new, clean, and odorless. They even thoughtfully provided insect repellent (🌟 and the juice in the mini-fridge was delicious!👍). ✅ The service was top-notch! A special shout-out to our housekeeper, Quan Quan, for her enthusiastic, thoughtful, and dedicated service. After booking, she proactively set up a WeChat group for us, confirmed our island arrival time, and arranged a car pick-up in advance. Upon arrival, she immediately explained the island map and key attractions, even meticulously marking things for us. The two restaurants she recommended were not only tasty but also great value for money! ✅ Overall, our two-day experience on Weizhou Island was fantastic, with the guesthouse contributing significantly to that. When my friend fell ill, the front desk even had emergency medicine. And when we left, they prepared souvenirs, disposable raincoats, and motion sickness patches – their sincerity truly shone through! 👍 Highly, highly, highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the train station, convenient parking, free tea in the lobby, clean and tidy rooms, good service, and a laundry room in the hotel, which is very helpful for friends who need to do laundry every day. In short, the price-performance ratio is good [strong]

Choosing the right hotel truly elevated the happiness of my entire trip to Beihai! The stay at Beihai Yintan Holiday Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. From its location and facilities to the service, everything perfectly met my vacation needs, making it a hidden gem right by Silver Beach. The location is truly unbeatable! It's just a few minutes' walk to the core area of Silver Beach, making it super convenient to walk barefoot on the white sandy beach and watch the sunrise and sunset. The hotel's back door leads directly to the scenic area entrance, saving you the hassle of commuting. It's only a 5-minute drive to Qiaogang Style Street, which is incredibly convenient for enjoying seafood stalls and Vietnamese snacks. It's also close to the International Passenger Port, making it a stress-free option if you plan to visit Weizhou Island. The front desk even kindly shares tips to avoid common pitfalls and travel routes.

I had a fantastic stay at this北海海悦. The location was near to Beihai Railway Station convenient and central for major attractions. There are little dirty spot marks at the carpet and other then are well-maintained. The housekeeping staff ensured fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, allowing for a great night’s sleep. There were two washing machines and two dryers that were free to utilize. I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a week and the house keeping services were missed one day. We need to speak to the front desk for the cleaning services. Floor wasn't clean as dirty spot was found! Food provided at breakfast didn't have many choices, they didn't change the menu at that week we stayed!! Child at 2 & half years old needs to pay. We didn't know it when we booked the hotel!! There is no written policy about the charge fee for kid's breakfast!! There is a coffee and pastry shop next to the lobby. No one clean the seating area at the coffee shop overnight!! We saw trash around the area in the morning when we passed the shop. There are children library, indoor ball pool, water slide, children are happy to hang out. Walking to Silver Beach takes about 15 minutes but DiDi or taxi is around!!
