My recent stay at HaiXuan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff who made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, with easy access to beach.Everthing was very clean and brand new, What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, always with a smile and a willingness to help. They even transfered us train station for free. If one day i return Beihai i will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend HaiXuan to anyone looking for a top-tier hospitality experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I loved this hotel! The rooms were nice and clean, I especially liked the style. There is everything you need for comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are always some treats for the guests in the lobby. The location is relatively close to Silver Beach, can even walk there. We stayed on the first floor, next to the lobby and unfortunately it was a bit noisy, because of some of the guests. I complained to the front desk and they helped me to handle it. Even though some guests were loud and inconsiderate about other guests on some days at the quiet hours (between 10pm and 8am), the staff did their best.

The boss was very considerate and turned on the air conditioner for us in advance. As soon as we arrived at the B&B, he came to help us with our suitcases. He was very enthusiastic. The TV in the room won't turn on, come and help immediately. Very satisfied. It was just that the weather was cool this time, so it was a pity that I couldn't swim. The swimming pool in the B&B is also great. It is very close to Silver Beach. We go to the beach to play every day after waking up. The children are very happy.

I stayed here last year too. It was very convenient with my child. The view from the higher floors was great, there was a small park next door, a large supermarket across the street, and various snack and convenience stores. It was very close to the train station and the old street and ancient building complex. The service was excellent; anything I needed was promptly delivered to my room. The receptionist, Xiao Li, was attentive and welcoming.

We loved our stay here on Weizhou Island and this accommodation We had fantastic views from our room. The hosts could not do anymore for us. The service we received was amazing. We received complimentary transport to and from the ferry. One day we bought a fresh fish from the market. The hosts cooked that fish for us and we ate it at the hotel.

The parent-child family room is very spacious and has a private small pool. The decoration of the whole homestay is very comfortable, and the furnishings and decorations feel like home. The boss family is very enthusiastic and recommends reliable restaurants in Beihai to inform tourists of the precautions. The location of the inn is very close to Yintan, a 3-minute walk, it is too convenient. There are also tools to dig sand and catch the sea. Unfortunately, I stayed in Beihai for one night. Will stay here next time. I have recommended friends and family to live here, a trustworthy homestay.

The boss was very kind. He came downstairs to pick us up, let us check in early, and recommended Beihai guide to us. The room was clean, the view was very wide, and it was an excellent choice for catching the sea in the mangrove forest!

It was a very satisfying trip. Because it was the off-season, there were not many people on Weizhou Island. We could quietly feel the sea breeze caressing the island, the waves washing the beach, and the sound of boats in the distance slowed down time. The owners of the B&B were also very enthusiastic. Not only did they upgrade our room at a low price, but they also provided us with sea-catching props for free. The young lady and grandmother were also very enthusiastic and often came to help. They also gave us homemade refrigerator magnets. The food made by the chef was also very delicious. I enjoyed the food accompanied by the sunset, and there was a big rhubarb guarding my mouth next to me. I really hope to stay in that moment forever.

The room is very new, the air conditioning is very powerful, everyone from the front desk to the room aunt to the breakfast aunt are very warm and polite, they greet each other actively when they meet, which is great. The hotel is in a good location, the old street is across the alley in front of the hotel, and the sea is behind the hotel. It has its own parking lot, which is very convenient for driving in and out. It is still a little far from Silver Beach, but Didi is very convenient to go back and forth, and orders are also accepted in seconds during the May Day holiday.

The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are clean and refreshing, the facilities are very new, and the living is particularly comfortable. The rooftop leisure area is especially suitable for relaxation. If you want to eat barbecue, you can go downstairs and buy it. It is especially convenient. The hotel also has draft beer to drink, blowing the sea breeze, watching the sea view to relax, the days are flat and comfortable. The overall living experience is quite good, the overall price is very high, it is really worth staying in Weizhou Island.
