Upon entering the hotel, you'll first see the Wanping Cliff Ecological Park, which is exceptionally beautiful. The hotel staff are very friendly, and our butler, Xiao Feng, thoughtfully upgraded our room for free, greatly enhancing our experience. Our room featured a huge floor-to-ceiling window offering breathtaking views of the garden and the sea. The room was very clean, and the mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks. The hotel boasts a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, and even a record room… we practically didn't want to go anywhere else. Highly recommended! If you're a photography enthusiast, you'll definitely capture stunning photos. The only slight drawback is the limited breakfast options, which could be improved."

The staff were warm and attentive. Whether it was for the views, photos, or the overall stay, everything was top-notch. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm by the sea!"

"Overall, it was great! Even though it's in China, it feels a bit like the Maldives. For a domestic hotel, it's really good! **Facilities:** Overall excellent, the best part is the pool. The water is warm, not cold at all, and pool rooms have direct access to the outdoor pool, which is fantastic. Beachfront rooms also lead directly to the beach. **Environment:** The exterior is lovely, with many charming little bungalows. The self-built houses are very pretty, and there are even live singing performances in the evening. The room also came with lots of fruit and beer, which was a nice touch. **Cleanliness:** Generally good, though the private hot spring pool might have a bit of dust. However, you can ask the staff to clean it, and it's unavoidable as it's outdoors. But it's a minor detail that doesn't detract from the overall experience. **Service:** The service was the absolute best! The staff, both male and female, were incredibly gentle and thoughtful. The pick-up and drop-off service was also excellent – they even came to help with luggage. The young woman with glasses was particularly wonderful, and the young man with his hair tied back was also very gentle. Hundred-star rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"First-line sea view and excellent hardware facilities. Regarding service, I called the front desk previously to ask about something. They normally offer pier shuttle service, so we inquired, unaware it wasn't included in our package. However, the front desk staff had a very bad attitude and was quite rude. When we asked if they could still provide the service, they very firmly stated it wasn't included in our package. It's fine if they explain it clearly, but they kept repeating the same thing several times, each time with a harsher tone, and showed no willingness to discuss it. This really left a bad impression. We ended up having Ctrip communicate with them about other matters. Besides the service, everything else was great."

"The most satisfying thing about this trip is the hotel, which is very close to the beach, and the brothers and sisters are also very enthusiastic. Before arriving at the check-in, a brother will ask about the arrival time of the itinerary, and make an appointment in advance with the driver to wait at the station and pick up the hotel. Because this time I took the children to experience the sea, the location is very, very convenient. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the entrance of Silver Beach. Even if the children don’t bring clothes, they don’t have to worry about catching a cold. The room is consistent with the picture, fully intelligent, and the swimming pool is also very clean. The B&B can also rent a car, and also provides toys such as sand shovels for children to play. There are small gifts at check-out, which is really great. "This hotel is simply my happy hometown! From the moment I walked in, Xiao Yang's smile at the front desk made me feel like I'd won the lottery. The room was so clean you could eat hot pot on the floor, and the mattress was just the right firmness—lying on it felt like being embraced by a cloud. The most amazing thing was the soundproofing; I couldn't hear a thing when the neighbors were snoring. The breakfast selection was so vast it was hard to choose, and the staff were all incredibly helpful, recommending attractions, giving directions, and always ready to assist. The location is superb, very close to the attractions. I almost cried when I checked out because I really didn't want to leave. Next time I come to this city, I'll definitely stay here again; after all, such a perfect hotel is simply too good to pass up!"

"This beachfront villa is a hidden gem! It's just a 5-minute walk to the sea, and we could be on the soft sand shortly after stepping out of our room, which was super convenient for taking the kids to dig for seashells. The hotel has its own pool, and the kids absolutely loved the swing in the courtyard. The most thoughtful touch was the free beach toys provided, so we didn't have to bring our own. The bed was enormous; there was plenty of space for two adults and one child without feeling cramped. The bathroom was also very spacious, making getting ready hassle-free. Attention to detail was definitely a highlight. The whole hotel is incredibly quiet, a real escape from the hustle and bustle. Plus, they offer complimentary snacks and drinks. The breakfast spread was diverse and fresh, and after a satisfying meal, we'd head to the beach for a stroll – pure bliss!"

The front desk lady, Xiao Zhang, is beautiful and welcoming, providing attentive and heartwarming service. Another lady was also very welcoming. The hotel provides breakfast, lunch, and a late-night snack. It's very thoughtful, and the room is very clean and hygienic. I'll stay here again next time. When I checked out, the lady even gave me a gift bag. It's very close to the old street."

"Traveling with my child, the room was tiny. The price was over 900 yuan a night during the National Day holiday, and the air conditioner was just 50 centimeters from the bed. No matter how I adjusted it, the airflow was directly blowing on the bed. Even though it's summer and the blankets are thick, we were told they only had this type of all-season blanket and no extra thinner ones. Customer service suggested either lowering the air conditioner temperature or sending a duvet cover so we could raise the temperature. I could only turn it down, but the air conditioner was blowing directly on the bed and my child. I didn't sleep a wink all night. I lowered the temperature, covered my child with a thick blanket, wiped their sweat, changed their clothes, and kept adjusting the temperature to prevent them from kicking off the covers. Finally, at 2 AM, when I was completely exasperated and threatened to complain, the hotel customer service brought me a wind deflector and asked if I wanted to try changing rooms. This is supposed to be a family-friendly hotel, but it can't even provide the most basic facilities and services. The bedtime warmer, hot milk, and elaborate breakfast presentation are all just fancy gimmicks; the actual facilities and services are lacking. I'm being polite with this rating; whether I complain later depends on my mood."

"The facilities are relatively old. When I first entered, the balcony was not clean (Picture 2), the bed creaked, and breakfast cost an additional 20 yuan per person. These experiences are not very good, but this price is still acceptable in the same area. After all, it is just a few steps to the beach."

"The whole house viewing design is really amazing. The room has its own large floor-to-ceiling windows + sea view terrace. Opening your eyes is the beautiful view of the sea and the sky. The most pleasant surprise is the service. It is a 5-minute drive from the pier. It is picked up on the island and helps with luggage. The butler service is super good. It will pull the group and give full emotional value. There is a need to be on call. The hotel has afternoon tea and evening products. Breakfast can also be delivered directly to the room without going out."

"The hotel service was excellent. They had a dedicated contact person in a group chat to handle all our requests. They also arranged pick-up and drop-off services to the pier. In the evenings, they even offered complimentary goodnight refreshments, and breakfast could be delivered to our room. The complimentary five-shot travel photography session was particularly great value. The photographer was very good at directing poses, and the staff helping us select photos was incredibly patient. It was so hard to choose because all the pictures looked so good! I heard they also offer other services like sunset photography; I'll definitely try that next time I have the chance."

You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into every detail. The independent round bathtub in the room was a personal favorite – it's incredibly photogenic and perfect for unwinding at night. A relaxing bath paired with a movie on the giant projector screen creates an unparalleled ambiance, offering pure comfort and relaxation! 🌙🛁 The night view of the public areas is also super cozy, with stylish lighting and well-maintained greenery. It's a perfect spot for a post-dinner stroll to aid digestion and de-stress. And I must especially commend the owners! They are truly wonderful people! Throughout my stay, they were incredibly warm, friendly, and patient, with no hint of pretentiousness. It felt like chatting with long-time friends. Communication was effortless and pleasant, and any requests were addressed immediately. Their service truly went above and beyond. ❤️ It's hard not to fall in love with a hidden gem like this, with its beautiful environment, thoughtful facilities, and heartwarming service. "The environment is very good. It is very close to Silver Beach. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk. The house is very beautiful and well decorated. The landlord is also very nice. The only drawback is that it was too cold when I went there that day. The quilt was super thin at night. My partner was too cold to sleep at two o'clock in the middle of the night. There was a man on duty and he didn't ask for a quilt. If you go there, remember to ask for an extra quilt in advance. Super recommended ~"

"Upon arrival at the hotel, a butler proactively helped with our luggage. During check-in, the front desk also asked us to add the hotel butler on WeChat; we could contact them anytime with any needs. The front desk staff even upgraded our room for free! 😊 The room's decor was beautiful, with a French retro feel, and the soundproofing was excellent, which was perfect for light sleepers. The hotel service was truly commendable! We ordered two drinks and a bedtime stew, all delivered to our room by the butler. They also contacted us via WeChat the night before to ask what we wanted for breakfast the next morning; we could either come downstairs or order and have the butler deliver it to our room at a specific time. The service was truly amazing! 👍🏻 Since we arrived at the hotel around 7 PM and had to catch a flight back to Chengdu early the next morning, we didn't have time to take photos of the garden included in our package 😭 I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beihai; the service is truly superb."

It's not far from the high-speed rail station. Disadvantages: The breakfast selection is too limited. They don't provide yogurt, and everything is scarce. I stayed for two nights, and breakfast was always very little, regardless of when I went. The rooms are also too small."
