5-Star Hotels in Dhaka

It was splendid. The receptionists are welcoming and understand English, was scared they won't understand. Their amenities are superb. Very clean, very posh. By the way, stay away from the minibar snacks, that's a deadly trap I fell for...lesson learnt. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

IIt was very good to stay at this hotel. It was comfortable, safe, and clean. However, there are two points I would like to mention: 1. The side water massage jets in the bathtub were very dirty. Whenever I turned them on, a lot of small black pieces of dust came out, even though I cleaned the tub several times. I hope this issue can be cleaned and checked soon. 2. Be careful about the large number of mosquitoes in the lobby during this season.

The room was clean, quiet, and highly recommended for business travelers, providing a good rest. The hotel service was also excellent, arranging airport transfers according to guests' needs.

Great clean western hotel in a nice central area. Supermarkets/amenities nearby (especially enjoyed the Moja Korean Restaurant across the street) Liked the breakfast! Likes the gym (it's fine for workout during travels). View from rooftop is also good. Got a juice and a hot towel at check in, also nice gesture. 10/10 Would come again.

During Ramadan period, the menu of breakfast is not buffet but a la cart within limited selection. I wanted to enjoy more variety of local food，but, no choice. Airport pick up service and airport transfer service are very good.

Extremely disappointed with the airport transfer service—completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Despite prior arrangements, I was left stranded at the airport for 30 minutes, as the hotel’s representative was waiting at the international terminal, even though I arrived via domestic. There was zero coordination and no communication from their side. I expected better from a so-called 5-star hotel. To make matters worse, they charged USD 90 for a simple 20-minute ride—an outrageous fee for a service that wasn’t even properly executed. No apology, no accountability, just an overpriced mess. That said, the rooms and amenities are commendable—clean, comfortable, and up to luxury standards. But service like this seriously undercuts the overall experience. Westin Dhaka, you can and should do much better.

The breakfast have a good selection of choices and it is different everyday. Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoy it. The people in Bangladesh are courtesy and welcoming. Everyone is helpful and the area of this hotel is near to many other food choices of walking distance of 10-15 mins. The next biz trip will still select this hotel as my choice of stay.

Luxury hotel located in Gulshan -good and safe neighborhood in Dhaka. Decent breakfast and restaurant inside the hotel. I ordered some Korean dish and it taste... Korean. Comfort hotel to stay in. Recommended.
