5-Star Hotels in Dhaka

The hotel breakfast selection might not be extensive, but it still offers options suitable for people from different regions. Having spent a few days traveling, I was pleasantly surprised to find such high-quality Western food (especially the steak) and Japanese food (gyoza) for breakfast, especially since I wanted to return to more familiar flavors. The room also had complimentary welcome fruit, a welcome relief if you forget to eat fruit while traveling. The hotel facilities are surprisingly complete, with a lobby for relaxation and a swimming pool and gym. The rooms were clean, and the air conditioning quickly reached a comfortable temperature. Within walking distance are various shops and restaurants in the Golsong area, making the surrounding environment relatively quiet and with fresh air compared to Old Dhaka – a truly relaxing place.

The hotel rooms and restaurant are very tidy, and all the waiters have a friendly attitude! The service level is very high, and the kind and friendly treatment of Mr. MD Shakli the waiter, left a deep impression on me👍 I will stay at this hotel again next time😊

Extremely disappointed with the airport transfer service—completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Despite prior arrangements, I was left stranded at the airport for 30 minutes, as the hotel’s representative was waiting at the international terminal, even though I arrived via domestic. There was zero coordination and no communication from their side. I expected better from a so-called 5-star hotel. To make matters worse, they charged USD 90 for a simple 20-minute ride—an outrageous fee for a service that wasn’t even properly executed. No apology, no accountability, just an overpriced mess. That said, the rooms and amenities are commendable—clean, comfortable, and up to luxury standards. But service like this seriously undercuts the overall experience. Westin Dhaka, you can and should do much better.

This is the first time I visited (Dhaka) Bangladesh 🇧🇩 for holiday during Chinese ***** new year 🧧  I will like thank and Grateful for the Crowne plaza staff have taken care of my stay and need first of all I will like to thank for the service that they serve start from the reception here the name of the list (MASUM) (RAIHAN) (SADIK) (ZIHAD) (IMTIAZ) and the housekeeping (RASHED) always taken good care of my room and the security (SHOHAN) always help me with the uber and price for taken care of and one more security guard I never take him name but also help me with the uber  once last person on the breakfast side (LIMON) doing at the eggs station always approach me and cook for me the Scramble egg that I like the most thank everyone in the team have done a good job

Overall, I really liked everything. The hotel is clean and quite new. The breakfasts aren't very diverse but they are tasty. There's a dedicated floor for the fitness area and another for the spa, pool, and a very good sauna. The massage room wasn't working, which was a bit disappointing. The location is excellent, and the rooms have heating, though it was turned off at 10 AM on our check-out day.

Terrible Services they provided. Really not worth of staying. We couple staying there newly married as we mentioned and keep telling them, but they not providing us any extra complimentary cakes or anything for this. So poor service as well

The hotel is very nice, surely in the top 5 of Dhaka, the staff is friendly and professional. Location extremely convent to reach the airport and the expo center. PRO: location, staff, breakfast and restaurant are pretty good, room is spacious and bathroom also nice  TO IMPROVE: room key stop working way to often, I think in my stay (8 nights) I've been to the front desk to get new keys at least 15 times.... facilities can be better, room need a little renovation to launch this hotel on a higher price point  

Very nice hotel with very nice product. Shame about the staff. I felt like you ask a question they want to charge you 😆. Very money orientated place. Will I stay again? Hotel yes. Same staff NO
