Hotel Sarina

My experience at Hotel Sarina was extremely disappointing. Firstly, the hotel looks nothing like the images and description shown on the website. I found the presentation to be very misleading, and the actual condition of the hotel was completely different from what I expected. The hotel was dirty and poorly maintained. I encountered cockroaches regularly, including while having breakfast and dinner. I raised my concerns with the staff, but unfortunately, they showed very little interest and did not appear to take the issue seriously. I also found the service disappointing. From reception to other members of staff, I experienced what I felt was rude and arrogant behaviour. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, and I felt that the main concern was taking money from guests rather than providing good customer service. Overall, the experience was a disaster and certainly not worth the money I paid. I would not recommend Hotel Sarina to anyone, and I will definitely not be staying there again.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and good service. I really enjoyed my stay.

A good fitness and the best view from the window.

It was very nice to have been received by the hotel manager & Staff who were very friendly And cooperative. Unfortunately the room was not what I was expecting and the washroom was not also very clean and the soap was very Unpleasant. Since my stay was short I did not bother to tell the staff about my room and washroom. I believe there is a room for huge improvement.

During Ramadan period, the menu of breakfast is not buffet but a la cart within limited selection. I wanted to enjoy more variety of local food，but, no choice. Airport pick up service and airport transfer service are very good.

Excellent service and staff. Enjoyed the stay.
