Hyatt Place Dhaka Uttara

The Hyatt Place Dhaka Uttara is newly opened, and the rooms are quite clean, comparable to a four-star hotel in China. The hotel service is also very good, with staff being very welcoming. The hotel is also not far from the airport. For dining, I recommend eating at the hotel; at least it's relatively hygienic! Avoid Huaxing Chinese Food near the hotel. The kitchen hygiene is poor. I brought alcohol wipes to clean all the utensils, but after eating there, all four of us had diarrhea the next day…

On the last day, there was a fire in the kitchen on the second floor in the middle of the night. All guests were woken up by the hotel in the middle of the night and had to sit in the hallway downstairs for about an hour. I inhaled a bit of smoke myself while going down the stairs. There was no apology whatsoever when checking out. This incident was extremely unsatisfactory for the guests.

First time staying here, it's a new hotel, and the environment and service experience were excellent.

This hotel offers great value for money, is relatively new, comfortable to stay in, and the food is安心して食べられる (safe to eat).

Excellent hotel, I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dhaka. It's also very close to my client's office. Highly recommend!

Everything was great except for the price. The rooms are quite new. Dining and airport transfer were a bit expensive, but safety is the most important thing here.
