The hotel's design is stunning, and every photo you take turns out great, making it perfect for young people. The lobby also offers complimentary welcome tea. In the room, we received free welcome fruits, drinks, and wine. We even got a complimentary upgrade to a three-bedroom suite, which was incredibly generous! Definitely five stars. It's also super convenient for food, drinks, shopping, and entertainment, and close to the concert venue. There are plenty of electric scooters for rent nearby, making it easy to get around.

Came to Hefei for Jolin Tsai's concert, and Ascott really offers amazing value for money. It's in the same building as the InterContinental. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and even gave us some souvenirs. The location is excellent; after the concert, it was just a short stroll back to the hotel. Swan Lake, which is right across the street, is perfect for a morning walk. The breakfast taste was a bit on the bland side. If I had one suggestion, I'd recommend upgrading the coffee machine at breakfast.

The 108 sqm space was spacious and airy, with 3 bedrooms, a separate living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It easily accommodated 6 people without feeling cramped, offering both privacy and a comfortable space for gathering. The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. This was a lifesaver when traveling with kids, allowing us to heat up food and do laundry – it really felt like a home away from home. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the Government Affairs District. Swan Lake is just across the road, perfect for walks, taking the kids out, and enjoying the scenery. Major shopping malls like Wanda, Intime, and MixC are all within walking distance, making dining, shopping, and leisurely strolls incredibly convenient. Getting around was a breeze. The service was warm and attentive. The front desk was responsive and had a great attitude. With 24-hour reception and secure access control, we felt very safe and secure. The apartment also offers amenities like an indoor pool, a children's play area, and a gym, ensuring everyone in the family found something enjoyable to do. This is definitely our top choice for family trips or friends traveling together. The space, service, and location are all excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Hefei!

Spent a wonderful New Year's Eve here! The suite was cozy and well-equipped with everything you'd need, just like home. The service was warm and attentive. I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance to visit Hefei. Plus, the parking lot is on B2 and has direct access to the hotel front desk.

Specifically chose this hotel to see Jolin, and it didn't disappoint! The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was super comfortable – perfect for crashing after a night of dancing. Plus, I could check out late until 2 PM, which is a lifesaver for any fan. Highly recommend, absolutely five stars!

The room was very spacious and clean, with Ascott-level service and great value for money. It's close to the Swan Lake business district and Hefei Stadium, so finding food is never an issue. You can even see the In77 cheering from the room! After a concert, if you can't get a taxi, it's an easy walk back to the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again for future concerts in Hefei!
