HazelStepping into this hotel felt like entering a real Mongolian house, complete with warm colors and thoughtful furniture choices that make every corner feel intentional. It’s not just a stay — it’s an experience.
Comfortable, welcoming, and beautifully designed. Every room has its own detail: big TV, strong internet, clean shower, and even a kitchen area where you can cook. It genuinely feels like home.
The landlord is incredibly accommodating and speaks English well. He’s friendly, easy to talk to, and can recommend hot places to visit in Ulaanbaatar. His hospitality makes the stay even better.
The hotel is very close to the big local market, making it convenient to explore, buy essentials, or enjoy local food. The area feels lively yet safe.
This hotel is perfect for travelers who want comfort, culture, and convenience all in one place. It’s a home away from home — warm, welcoming, and truly Mongolian.

CatherineACCI’ll start off just by saying I completely recommend this hostel! I booked it twice during my stay in Mongolia. The owner and her family are so sweet and kind. The hostel is brand new and incredibly clean. There’s a microwave, fridge, washer and dryer, utensils, and a hot/cold water dispenser. The place looks just like the pictures. As a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly safe here. The location was great too! It takes 30 minutes walking to get to Sukhbaatar Square and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes/bakeries, and shopping stores on the way there. There’s no AC, but I’m pretty sure the owner can provide a fan. It got warm inside the room, but never so hot that I felt I needed the fan since we had the windows open. I would absolutely book here again if I return to Mongolia. I recommend! :)

The hostel is located on the 6th floor of this building. The host is excellent, always available, and ensures comfort and cleanliness. He helps in any situation and is a very pleasant and kind person! Everything is clean and tidy, I recommend it! If he's around, he'll always offer you a cup of coffee, and he's usually there every day! He'll show you and tell you everything.

Ian DuramosI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Ulaanbaatar. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the warm hospitality and the overall comfort of the hotel.
The breakfast was good with a decent variety of options, and the hotel was a convenient base for exploring Ulaanbaatar. Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Mongolia.
Thank you to the entire team for making my stay a pleasant one!

Guest UserMy sister and I went to Ulaanbaatar for a concert and wanted to stay somewhere close to the city center and the stadium. Turns out the hotel is right in the heart of the city, with lots of great cafes and malls within walking distance! The hostel owner is very responsive and comes to chat with the guests; I gathered she also does the laundry and cleaning there. She always answered my questions on WhatsApp and checked if we were enjoying everything. Plus, the people at the hostel weren't noisy. We also really liked the shower and how warm and soft the duvets were!

匿名顧客Central location, 15 mins walk can reach the main square and Shangri-la shopping mall. Price good. 2 restaurants inside hotel. Room spotless clean, spacious, well equipped. But pre-ordering of taxi to airport is not available and staff can only call on the spot when transport service needed (uber like apps in Mongolia is not user friendly). Please note that the ride between airport and city centre (where this hotel is located) can take 1.5 hr long as there's serious traffic jam around the city centre.

An Absolute Gem in Terelj! Modern Comfort Meets Breathtaking Wilderness 🏔️✨
If you are looking for a place in Gorkhi Terelj National Park that perfectly balances modern luxury, endless entertainment, and untouched natural beauty, Imperial Mount Resort is the ultimate choice.
The Ultimate Host: The biggest highlight of our stay was the resort owner, who is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and speaks fluent English. Having a host you can communicate with easily in the wilderness is a game-changer. There is absolutely no need to join a rigid group tour; the owner quickly arranged a private driver for us (at our own expense) to visit nearby attractions like Turtle Rock and the Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex. It allowed us to customize our own itinerary and enjoy total freedom.
The Vibe & Accommodation: The resort is beautifully designed with a sleek, modern wooden main building. We stayed in a Duplex Dome, which offered incredible space and a skylight for stargazing. The biggest luxury was the private, clean bathroom with excellent hot water and separate wet/dry areas—a rare find that completely redefines the typical Mongolian camping experience! The resort sits in a peaceful valley surrounded by majestic rock formations and roaming horses, giving it a dreamy, ”Little Switzerland” feel.
Top-Notch Amenities (All Free!): Unlike other remote camps, this place keeps you entertained. Inside the main building, there is a designated Ping Pong room, a billiards table, and Karaoke rooms—all completely free to use! Outside, they have basketball court, volleyball court, a colorful children's playground, and BBQ pits.
Incredible Food: The dining here blew us away. The included breakfast was fresh and relaxing. However, I highly recommend ordering their ala carte dinner. They serve a fantastic mix of Western and traditional Mongolian dishes. We ordered the grilled meat skewers with fries, a massive chicken Caesar salad, a comforting hot vegetable and meat stew, and traditional Mongolian Huushuur (deep-fried meat pastries) and Buuz (steamed dumplings). Everything was incredibly flavorful and hearty!
Horseback Riding Nearby: There is a professional horse ranch run by a neighbor just 100 meters away. It costs 30,000 MNT per hour, which is very reasonable. Tip: If it's your first time riding, I highly recommend hiring a coach to guide you for safety.
Verdict: 10/10. An unforgettable stay with amazing hospitality. I would come back in a heartbeat!

D. ChoRoom: The hotel needs to clean the room thoroughly, not just the bathroom but also the carpeted area, and fix the base board moldings as well as the loose heater radiator which supposed to be anchored down to the wall. Although the room is carpeted wall to wall, I can see bare floor on the edges and the corners.
Location: Not good, but at the same time not bad either. All attractions are within $3~$4 away which is more than I paid in other ~stan countries nearby. May be it is a Mongoljan thing, but for me it wasn't easy to hire taxi cab unless I am willing to pay the extra tips.
The front staffs: Very friendly and eager to provide help. Not all of them speaks English, but it is not a problem since they translator app is widely available.
Furnitures in the room: Very old, and there are wears and tears every part of the furniture. I don't know the other rooms, but the room I was given was too small for the furnitures to be placed in first place.
Overall: I wouldn't stay here again. The over all conditions of the hotel was not even close to the pictures shown in the trip.com app. If you select this hotel based on the pictures, you would be very disappointed if you are given the room I stayed in. Avoid Room 602 anyway you can.
