CatherineACCI’ll start off just by saying I completely recommend this hostel! I booked it twice during my stay in Mongolia. The owner and her family are so sweet and kind. The hostel is brand new and incredibly clean. There’s a microwave, fridge, washer and dryer, utensils, and a hot/cold water dispenser. The place looks just like the pictures. As a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly safe here. The location was great too! It takes 30 minutes walking to get to Sukhbaatar Square and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes/bakeries, and shopping stores on the way there. There’s no AC, but I’m pretty sure the owner can provide a fan. It got warm inside the room, but never so hot that I felt I needed the fan since we had the windows open. I would absolutely book here again if I return to Mongolia. I recommend! :)

Happy with our stay in this service apartment. Located close to city centre with many shops and restaurants close by. The owner provides laundry detergents, dishwashing liquid and clothes arier that makes you feel like staying in your own home. Will come back to stay if we go to Ulaanbaarta again.

An Absolute Gem in Terelj! Modern Comfort Meets Breathtaking Wilderness 🏔️✨
If you are looking for a place in Gorkhi Terelj National Park that perfectly balances modern luxury, endless entertainment, and untouched natural beauty, Imperial Mount Resort is the ultimate choice.
The Ultimate Host: The biggest highlight of our stay was the resort owner, who is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and speaks fluent English. Having a host you can communicate with easily in the wilderness is a game-changer. There is absolutely no need to join a rigid group tour; the owner quickly arranged a private driver for us (at our own expense) to visit nearby attractions like Turtle Rock and the Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex. It allowed us to customize our own itinerary and enjoy total freedom.
The Vibe & Accommodation: The resort is beautifully designed with a sleek, modern wooden main building. We stayed in a Duplex Dome, which offered incredible space and a skylight for stargazing. The biggest luxury was the private, clean bathroom with excellent hot water and separate wet/dry areas—a rare find that completely redefines the typical Mongolian camping experience! The resort sits in a peaceful valley surrounded by majestic rock formations and roaming horses, giving it a dreamy, ”Little Switzerland” feel.
Top-Notch Amenities (All Free!): Unlike other remote camps, this place keeps you entertained. Inside the main building, there is a designated Ping Pong room, a billiards table, and Karaoke rooms—all completely free to use! Outside, they have basketball court, volleyball court, a colorful children's playground, and BBQ pits.
Incredible Food: The dining here blew us away. The included breakfast was fresh and relaxing. However, I highly recommend ordering their ala carte dinner. They serve a fantastic mix of Western and traditional Mongolian dishes. We ordered the grilled meat skewers with fries, a massive chicken Caesar salad, a comforting hot vegetable and meat stew, and traditional Mongolian Huushuur (deep-fried meat pastries) and Buuz (steamed dumplings). Everything was incredibly flavorful and hearty!
Horseback Riding Nearby: There is a professional horse ranch run by a neighbor just 100 meters away. It costs 30,000 MNT per hour, which is very reasonable. Tip: If it's your first time riding, I highly recommend hiring a coach to guide you for safety.
Verdict: 10/10. An unforgettable stay with amazing hospitality. I would come back in a heartbeat!

匿名顧客Central location, 15 mins walk can reach the main square and Shangri-la shopping mall. Price good. 2 restaurants inside hotel. Room spotless clean, spacious, well equipped. But pre-ordering of taxi to airport is not available and staff can only call on the spot when transport service needed (uber like apps in Mongolia is not user friendly). Please note that the ride between airport and city centre (where this hotel is located) can take 1.5 hr long as there's serious traffic jam around the city centre.

Guest UserIt's a new hotel, and the rooms are spacious and clean. You'll need to bring your own amenities as none are provided. It's a bit far from the city center, and it gets quite dark at night.

D. ChoRoom: The hotel needs to clean the room thoroughly, not just the bathroom but also the carpeted area, and fix the base board moldings as well as the loose heater radiator which supposed to be anchored down to the wall. Although the room is carpeted wall to wall, I can see bare floor on the edges and the corners.
Location: Not good, but at the same time not bad either. All attractions are within $3~$4 away which is more than I paid in other ~stan countries nearby. May be it is a Mongoljan thing, but for me it wasn't easy to hire taxi cab unless I am willing to pay the extra tips.
The front staffs: Very friendly and eager to provide help. Not all of them speaks English, but it is not a problem since they translator app is widely available.
Furnitures in the room: Very old, and there are wears and tears every part of the furniture. I don't know the other rooms, but the room I was given was too small for the furnitures to be placed in first place.
Overall: I wouldn't stay here again. The over all conditions of the hotel was not even close to the pictures shown in the trip.com app. If you select this hotel based on the pictures, you would be very disappointed if you are given the room I stayed in. Avoid Room 602 anyway you can.

Guest UserFirst day i didn't get breakfast because the cooker was seak and i was asked to wait. Next day i was also told to wait. Finally i got a plate of soup. That is all . Even didn't get a spoon. There wasa plastic fork in a room. I don't like this type of mongolian soup. The hotel is old, many things are broken. In the whole - appropriate for staying. Now they are making a road not far away from hotel that is why there are traffic jams all day and all night. It took me about 80-90 minutes to get from central square to the hotel (it is about 9km)

Guest UserPlace was lovely and comfortable. Host was very attentive and communicated with me well. It had everything we needed and there were so may convenience stores and good restaurants nearby. We could easily walk from the national park after the Tumen Ekh show.
Host was kind to allow us to leave our bags after check out. She was also able to help with transport from airport. Highly recommended
