RRose3The hotel was fine and I have no complaints. I found my room to be clean and pleasant, and the service to be OK. It is conveniently located in a mall and has a convenience store right next door.
They were having an issue with the key cards when I stayed there where I had multiple issues pressing the floor my room was on. I had to manually get this fixed several times at the front desk. Additionally, I don't know if they are associated with the hotel, but the coffee shop in the lobby is awful and has horrible service. My last complaint: I was asking the man who worked at the front desk to restore access to my room, given this key card issue as I had a meeting in 2 minutes I was running late to. He was trying to sell me a hotel-associated taxi that was overpriced, which annoyed me.

DDuerjiaThe hotel is very clean, nicely decorated, and its location is great. Many city attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was decent, and the views were excellent. However, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel had a separate breakfast area exclusively for Korean guests, and others weren't allowed in. I would have really liked to try it.

Met connections from Australia completely by accident which hope will lead to job interviews.
Close to city centre. Staff were very friendly.
Rooms are not 5 star but suited needs and the staff do everything to make you comfortable.
I took advantage of the gym and the sauna and also used the breakfast restaurant. Very good.
Beer was also on tap and service was appreciated.
Will definatly stay here again and highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is located in an office building, occupying several floors. There's a convenience store and a coffee shop on the ground floor.
Check-in was brilliant! The first at reception spoke some English and checked me in at 7.30 in the morning without a problem. My room was spacious, the bed was large, although on the hard side. At this point the good things about the hotel come to an end.
Unfortunately, all the rest is quite bad. The lighting system is broken and you can't turn off the light above the bed unless you take out the key card, but then power outlets go off, so you can't sleep and charge your phone at the same time. Furniture knobs are falling apart, so does the knob on the shower. WiFi was down 2 times during my stay, including a very frustrating 12+ hour outage. Housekeeping doesn't seem to know what a Do Not Disturb sign means, entering the room regardless. Toiletries are the cheapest possible, not corresponding to the hotel name (e.g. Premium), lol.
All in all, price/quality ratio was underwhelming. I will not stay here again.

This morning I went to the breakfast at 9am and there was literally nothing left. I just had a coffee and Joghurt. It is said the service ends at 10. When I asked the waitress she nodded and nothing happened. At 9:30 all the cutlery was moved away.
If you book for several days no one comes to clean up the room.
For a free water you shall ask at the front desk.
The size of the lobby area and restaurant area was reduced to half for a strange âVIPâ room. So I liked the old hotel arrangement much more ⊠Hope? At least the service can improve a bit!

HHuangyaoyaotiancai_Facilities: The hotel looks well decorated, and there is a four-star plaque hanging in the lobby, but it feels that the details are not up to the four-star standard.
Hygiene: It looks good when you enter the room, but many details are actually not clean - 1. Both mouthwash cups are dirty (there are traces of being burned and melted by cigarettes, maybe some guests use the cups as ashtrays?); 2. The glass cups in the mini bar are obviously not cleaned; 3. The toilet area is not mopped; these are all obvious stains.
Environment: The whole environment of Ulaanbaatar is very windy and sandy, and the cars on the road are dirty, so the hotel is also very dusty, about 25 minutes walk from Genghis Khan Square.
Service: I don't know if the English communication is not smooth, the service is disappointing - 1. On the first day, the front desk asked us whether we would eat breakfast in the room or go down to the restaurant. We said we would go down, but they knocked on the door and sent it up at 8 o'clock (breakfast was a Western set meal); 2. On the second day, we chartered a car to go out before 9 o'clock, so we told the front desk that we hoped it would be sent to the room at 8 o'clock. As a result, when we went down at 8:20, he said he forgot... After waiting for 5 minutes, we hurriedly ate in the restaurant; 3. The staff who cleaned the room also forgot to give us toiletries... But when we checked out, the front desk helped us use the software to call a car to take us to the train station.
Regarding the trip to Mongolia, we chartered a car to go to Terelj National Park. There was a horse riding project on the roadside. It was originally said that each person would pay 25,000 yuan for a round trip (2 hours). There were two of us, but in the end they said that the total was 150,000 yuan (including the person who took us on horseback riding, which was also included in our expenses). We agreed, but the guy leading the team couldn't tame one of our horses, so we only rode for 20 minutes in total and took the car back. In the end, they said they would charge 100,000 yuan... In such a place, we considered ourselves unlucky to encounter such âbarbaricâ behavior. The 20-kilometer road on the return trip was blocked for 3 hours (the tour guide said this is a daily routine in Ulaanbaatar).
There are many Koreans here, and the chain convenience stores are all Korean GS25 and CU. In general, if your vacation is very precious, Mongolia is not worth traveling.
