Pros: Beautiful scenery, friendly people, authentic experience, and delicious food with generous portions. Hot water, tea, and coffee are readily available. Lunch and dinner can be ordered, but breakfast is not a buffet. The restrooms are clean. The yurts have stoves with firewood, heaters, and heated mattresses. Horse riding, regular bikes, and electric bikes are available for a fee. Cons: The facilities are a bit worn down. There was trash under the beds in the yurts. The toilets and showers are separate, which might be inconvenient for some at night. There was a smell of urine, either in or under the yurt. There's no Wi-Fi in the yurts. This year, no flowers were planted, and the museum and massage services are closed, giving it a somewhat neglected feel. The steps are broken, there are gaps between the floor and the yurt walls, and the stove pipe moves in the wind.

A wonderful apartment in a beautiful modern building and neighborhood, close to the city center. It has separate rooms, two large comfortable beds, and a fold-out sofa. A beautiful view from the 22nd floor. Well-developed infrastructure, everything you need is nearby. Emart, Encanto SPA, cafes, shops, salons, and pharmacies are nearby. Ideal for a family or group.

This hotel is super accessible, only about a 30-minute drive from the airport. They even offered airport pick-up for $20 (as of August 2026) when I asked, which was really convenient. It was also a big help that one of the staff members spoke Japanese. Just a heads-up regarding amenities: they don't provide shampoo, conditioner, or body wash, so be sure to bring your own.

It's a bit outdated apartment and the price is cheap for 6 people with two large living rooms and two rooms. Microwave. The refrigerator is old, but it was not inconvenient to use. E-Mart 3 is a 5-minute walk away, and the apartment is conveniently located with GS25 City and Angelanu Korean Restaurant.

The location isn't bad for the price. However, there are no individual curtains by the beds. The problem is that after the first day, the water dispenser bottles were empty, but they never refilled them. Also, the elderly woman manning the counter at night was really scary; she kept nagging me. The elevator goes up to the 7th floor, but you have to take the stairs to the 8th floor. The accommodation is on the 8th floor. Smokers will likely have a hard time. There is no place to smoke, so you have to keep going down to the 1st floor. The entrance is the Caffe Bene building next to KFC.

The location of this hotel is quite good, very close to Genghis Khan Square, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. There seems to be a KTV on the first floor of this hotel. I came here at night. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and have a good service attitude, but they don't speak Chinese or English very well, so they can only communicate with translators.

The location was incredible! Could not have asked for more amazing views. Honestly it was breathtaking! The family who owns the yurts were so friendly and helpful despite little to no English except for the owner who is fluent but not around as much. WiFi was down and there was hardly any signal, which was actually fine as I wanted a break from the internet but it did make getting in contact very hard to find how to get there. Google and Apple Maps don’t list how to get there, it’s so off road you gotta cross two rivers in a car haha. They were very accommodating to the fact I was vegetarian but there were some hidden costs as it is so remote you kinda had no choice but to pay $10 for lunch and dinner, which was reasonably priced. There was a sauna in a yurt which was really cool too! And on the last night we had a nice bonfire outside. My only complaint was that costs for other activities were too high, everything was per person which I think was unfair as the sauna is 45 dollars pp but we all went in at the same time so the cost could’ve been split. Besides that, it was an unforgettable stay! There was free coffee and drinking water (hot and cold). Shower wasn’t working great but it’s the wilderness hey.
