Guest UserLocated an hour and a half from Ulaanbaatar International Airport, this traditional yurt camp is set in a stunning location. The yurts come with wood-burning stoves and converters, and comfortable beds. The restrooms are spacious and clean, with instant hot water. The managers are very friendly and always smiling. It's a peaceful and relaxing place with no noise. There's also a large dining room.

It's a bit outdated apartment and the price is cheap for 6 people with two large living rooms and two rooms.
Microwave. The refrigerator is old, but it was not inconvenient to use.
E-Mart 3 is a 5-minute walk away, and the apartment is conveniently located with GS25 City and Angelanu Korean Restaurant.

I stayed at Eagle Town a second time on my way home from Mongolia, and even though I arrived late, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the guy at the front desk whose name I didn't catch. He got me a ride to the airport the day after, and -- although this was a misunderstanding -- had prepared the room specially to house four people (I was traveling alone, but Trip.com had made it look like there were four of us).
The rooms are nice, with very comfortable beds, perfect after having been in the countryside for a week. The location is rather close to Chinggis Khan Airport, or at least as close as you're likely to get for now, and there are plenty of grocery stores and convenience stores in the area. I didn't have any use for the kitchen, but it seemed to be supplied with at least some basics for people who want to cook themselves.

Guest UserThe location isn't bad for the price. However, there are no individual curtains by the beds. The problem is that after the first day, the water dispenser bottles were empty, but they never refilled them. Also, the elderly woman manning the counter at night was really scary; she kept nagging me. The elevator goes up to the 7th floor, but you have to take the stairs to the 8th floor. The accommodation is on the 8th floor.
Smokers will likely have a hard time. There is no place to smoke, so you have to keep going down to the 1st floor.
The entrance is the Caffe Bene building next to KFC.

Guest UserThe hotel has a good location, close to museums, square, shops. There was a breakfast, which is brought to the room (egg, sausage, piece of bread, piece of cucumber and tomato). You have to ask for a kettle, as well as toothbrushes, paste, soap. Externally, the room corresponds to the photo, but there is a huge minus - it smells very strongly of smoke everywhere, in the rooms on the floor there is carpet, which smells, the windows are terribly dirty, the curtains are torn from the cornice, all this creates a disdainful attitude towards the room.
