H9 Hotel Nine Ulaanbaatar

Booked two rooms and stayed twice, once at the beginning and once at the end of our trip. The breakfast was amazing and on our last day, we had to check out at 4:30am so couldn't have breakfast (starts at 6am). When we told reception this, they offered us takeout. It was a tasty sandwich, yogurt, and bottle of water (or coffee). One thing to note is that every room is different. We stayed in four different Standard Twin Rooms over the course of our two stays, and each size and layout was different. One was huge while another was tiny. I've attached photos of two rooms. On our first stay, they collected 20,000 tugriks deposit per room card which they returned to us at check out. But they didn't collect it the second time. Submitting this review twice as we stayed twice.

Located in the prime location with meters away from the Sukhbaatar square and prime restaurants and bar at its downstairs, this hotel provides ultra luxury experience for travellers and business people alike. The concierge people are very friendly and went a step ahead by helping me get a free local SIM card. The breakfast is good but its the same menu all the day and some may feel bored of the repetitive food items on every morning. The room is clean, spacious with a smart television and a nice bathroom with separated dry and wet areas.

Very clean and modern. Within walking distance of the main square. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet, making it a great place to stay.
