Parkman Hotel is always a reliable choice, and this particular branch is excellent. The service is attentive, the rooms are clean, and it's incredibly convenient for getting around! Highly recommended!!!

The room was quite spacious, with a small sofa and table, perfect for relaxing, having a coffee, and watching a movie. The smart system was also very convenient. The service was the most thoughtful of our trip; they contacted us promptly before and after check-in, which was really considerate.

Let's start with the excellent location! Now, for an objective account of what happened: I had a confirmed booking for a room, but the front desk staff recommended an upgrade, which I accepted and paid extra for, believing I was getting a good deal. Later, when checking the mini-program, I realized it was actually a membership purchase, which was supposed to include a free breakfast—but I never received it. Also, I really didn't like the upgraded room, so I asked to switch. After finally settling on a new room, they registered me for a different room than the one I actually stayed in, which is a risk for guests. I hope they can be more professional and efficient. Overall, my experience was just okay, not a bad review, just my honest feelings.

The hotel's location is perfect, with an elegant ambiance that truly sets the mood. The hygiene was top-notch throughout our stay, and you can tell they paid attention to every little detail. The front desk staff, especially the young man, was incredibly warm and attentive. Highly recommend!

Right outside, you'll find the Sanjie Liangxiang historical district. It's incredibly peaceful despite being in a bustling area, which is a real treat. The room is fully smart, with a voice assistant that completely frees up your hands.

Excellent value for money! The room was clean, the facilities were new, and the service was great. I had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend it.
