Vienna Hotel (Beihai City Hall Old Street)

The environment here is absolutely fantastic! We had a sea-view room where we could watch the sunset over the ocean. Within the property, there's the former French Embassy from the Republican era, and even century-old camphor and jackfruit trees. It's incredibly quiet at night and also very close to the old street. Plus, there's a Xinhua Bookstore nearby where I picked up 'The Moon and Sixpence'. The breakfast spread was excellent too! Highly recommend!

The room was great, and the service was excellent 👍. The window overlooked a park with fresh air. It's not far from the old street; a 20-minute walk leads to the bustling city and its vibrant atmosphere, while a return trip brings tranquility.

Located in the heart of the city, the hotel boasts its own courtyard, offering a tranquil retreat amidst the bustling atmosphere, and parking is convenient. The rooms are well-appointed and clean, meeting all standard amenities. A historic building with a sense of history stands diagonally opposite the hotel's main entrance.

The room is located in a courtyard, downstairs from the former French Embassy, ​​with several large camphor trees, some over a hundred years old. The room itself isn't very large, but it doesn't feel cramped. The shower tiles have mold spots; please treat them promptly!

This was the best hotel of my trip! Located opposite Zhongshan Park, the hotel grounds also contain the former French Consulate, making it incredibly quiet. Yet, it's super close to the old street and other tourist attractions. The hotel even upgraded my room for free, and the breakfast was excellent. The price was truly amazing during Beihai's peak tourist season! I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

The room was very clean, well-equipped, and spotless, with a cozy atmosphere. The front desk service was attentive. One suggestion: for a family of three, there should be at least three bottles of mineral water. Bottled water costs less than one yuan in bulk. It's not like we can go a long way to buy water. We're not staying at a hotel to earn a few extra bottles of water. We'll leave any unfinished drinks in the room. Asking the front desk staff for water was a bit awkward. I hope they can be more generous.
