The location is convenient. The owner arranged a room on 3/F and he helped me to carry the luggage upstairs. The room with double doors so the sound insulation is good. The carpets are pretty. Can watch YouTube and Netflix on TV. Air-con, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash and toothbrush are provided. I wish to use the kettle but I can’t find proper socket except near the bed and under hair dryer in toilet. I found some ants in the corner. Water pressure is strong enough for showering and flushing. After checkout, luggage storage is available.

I had initially wanted to stay in the Old Town, but after visiting, I realized that everywhere is new and well-kept. I thought this hotel was a fantastic value. I am a budget traveler and just want a clean, safe place with good wifi. This place was perfect for me. The location is incredible and convenient to the main attractions of the city. The farthest is the Prophet's Tomb, which is maybe a 40-45 minute walk. Everything else is just 5-15 minutes away. There are a bunch of restaurants, shopping, ice cream stands all around, including the bottom of the hotel is adjacent to a restaurant. The room itself was perfect. I had Room 12, which has a window that opens for lots of fresh air. It opens to a room with no visible others, so you get a lot of privacy as well. The wifi worked perfectly and the breakfast was a nice touch. I didn't see any bugs and had no problems with anything at all. The place was clean and I really enjoyed my stay.

The room has been renovated and the bathroom and other areas have a new feel to it. I thought the room would be spacious as shown in the photos, but it was small and there was no refrigerator, but I was able to use the hotel's refrigerator, which was helpful. You can also use the washing machine and kitchen for free. It was very nice to be able to relax in the courtyard at night. I was very grateful to the man who was there at night for helping me out with ants in the room and a bee sting (only minor injuries). I'm sorry for the trouble I caused you with the jam. Another thing that bothered me a little was the smell from the bathroom drain. It was fine on the first day, but the smell started to rise the next morning, which was disappointing.
