The room rates are affordable, with options for 2 or 4 guests, which is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The host is incredibly kind, gentle, and always willing to help with anything you need. One of the highlights was the homemade breakfast prepared by the family — generous, delicious, and offering a wide variety of dishes each morning. The room I got at this hotel was surprisingly good – clean and tidy! Since I was leaving Samarkand the next day, and this place was affordable and relatively close to the train station, I decided to stay here even though the amenities listed 'no bathroom.' Turns out, it had a bathroom, and it was a great wet/dry separation setup! I actually discussed this with the owner; he didn't understand Chinese and wasn't aware that the platform stated 'no bathroom,' so he'll be updating that. The owner was incredibly kind. He knew we were coming and waited for us at the entrance, and even helped us get a taxi when we left. He's honestly the best hotel owner I met in all of Uzbekistan, absolutely fantastic! I hope my Chinese friends who see this review will choose this hotel when in Samarkand, Uzbekistan – you'll thank me later. Sorry, I forgot to take pictures, so I'm using the hotel's photos.

This hotel is conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from Samarkand Station. It was renovated at the end of 2025, so the interior and facilities are brand new. The best part is its proximity to the station, which is incredibly convenient for late-night arrivals or after getting off the train, as it minimizes the need to search for a taxi or carry luggage around. The rooms aren't fancy, but they are well-maintained and clean, making for a perfectly comfortable stay. Moreover, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! They even called a taxi for me when Yandex wasn't working, among other valuable assistance. It was a huge help!

The room is good, the decoration is very characteristic, the breakfast is also delicious. The downside is why you don't take the initiative to change toothpaste toothbrushes every day! I used a toothbrush and toothpaste for three days because I'm sorry to go to him for a new one.

We set a triple room, the room is very clean, the decoration is very special, the service is very warm, the breakfast is very rich, you can store your luggage, when you leave the store, you also help us arrange a free delivery to the train station, and send a special gift to the store, and also intimately take a photo with us! In short, the accommodation experience is great! The only fly in the ointment is that there are no slippers and shower caps!

The breakfast here for 2 nights was great and the underground pool was free. The bedroom was comfortable and the restaurants were close, so I had a comfortable and leisurely time. The staff were very friendly ~ 6 It is operated as a restaurant outside breakfast in the restaurant on the floor, but the menu was delicious and I was able to spend a good time

The hotel is in a very strategic location, close to Registan Square, historical sites, and Siyob Bazaar, all within walking distance. We stayed for 4 nights. The first night, we had a spacious room with good amenities, but the air conditioner was old and hot. We requested to move to a room downstairs; the room was smaller and lacked amenities like a kettle, and drinking water was not provided, but the air conditioner worked well. Breakfast had limited options and was minimal. The staff, made up of family members, were very helpful. This hotel can be considered as one of the options. It is recommended that the management upgrade the breakfast and provide some essential facilities for tourists.

Cheerful hotel. From behind this hotel only it is worth going to Samarcan. Very beautiful, expensive environment, delicious food, responsive, pleasant staff. Not far from all the sights. The hotel manager took us by his car to the Ulugbeck Observatory, on the way told a lot of interesting. Near the hotel showed a very good restaurant where we went every day. It was the best hotel.
