New, clean, and comfortable. There's a large smart TV with access to YouTube and other apps. Being able to use the washing machine was a big plus. The location is within walking distance to Shobhabazar.

Amazing hotel! Wonderful hosts. They offered tea and coffee upon arrival, huge, clean rooms with wonderful high-quality bedding and snow-white towels! Convenient location. The market and main attractions are a 15-minute walk away. A microwave and washing machine are freely available. The rooms have EVERYTHING for a comfortable stay! If I come to Samarkand again, I will definitely stay there again. Later, we checked into a hotel in Bukhara, a class higher. We missed the hotel in Samarkand. It was simple on the outside, no private territory or reception, but the rooms are made for people. The hosts are kind, helpful, and hospitable. 100 out of 10! Thank you for what you do!

A truly wonderful place to stay, a great location—very close to the Registan. Excellent rooms, beautifully renovated and with a balcony. Comfortable beds, everything you need for a comfortable stay. A wonderful, pleasant, and welcoming host greeted us, explained everything, and showed us around. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this guesthouse! I highly recommend it!

The hotel is very new, with excellent air conditioning. The landlord is also very friendly. It's close to many attractions. There's a small supermarket just downstairs, which is perfect for basic needs.
