JJennifer (Jenna) ClarkeThis hotel is a pleasant 1 hour and 45 minute drive from Vientiane. The room was comfortable with a lovely view of the forest. The staff were friendly but not many speak English which is totally OK. The resort makes sure it employs local people from the area which I respect whole heartedly. Fortunately there was a lovely and attentive staff member called Bounthone who ensured I got everything I needed and helped me interpret. I left him a tip to show my appreciation. The manager Mr Xay was friendly and willing to assist when needed.
When I first arrived it was the last day of Pi Mai ( Laos New Year) so it was extremely busy with guests coming up for day trips. The day after was quiet and peaceful.
This time of year is dry season. I was disappointed that there was no water in the river and the waterfall as I was looking forward to a fresh water swim! I recommend a visit in the rainy season!
It was a comfortable stay. The food was okay. I will return when there is water in the river.

GGuest UserNice hotel, close to the night market. Pool and second restaurant are on the top floor with great views. Staff was great, kind, and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again. I l9ved the way they decorated the place: artistic and tasteful.

MmisukanEvery time I have a layover in Vientiane, Laos, I stay here. The shuttle service is incredibly convenient. The breakfast starting at 6:30 AM also gives me enough time to catch my domestic flight from the airport. I'll definitely keep staying here in the future. This time I got a membership card that I can recycle, but I'm not sure how to use it?

GGuest UserThat Luang was within walking distance. The restaurant was right in front of the hotel, so it was fine even when it was raining. The mall and convenience store were a little far away, so walking would be difficult.
The hotel was excellent, with a bathtub. There were also two showers, so you could fill the bathtub with water while showering. The staff were very kind. Daily cleaning was thorough, so I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was included, but I had to pay for dinner at the restaurant. It was high quality and delicious. I had a wonderful time.

GGuest UserThis hotel offers incredible value for money. Firstly, they provide a complimentary, private airport transfer service – not a large shuttle bus, but a clean and brand new 5-seater car, just for you. Secondly, the hotel environment is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable, especially the bed, which is incredibly cozy. Thirdly, the breakfast spread is incredibly rich, offering a wide variety of Chinese, Japanese, Western, Thai, and local specialties. Most importantly, the price is unbeatable; the value for money is outstanding. The only minor drawback is the lack of Chinese-speaking staff. It would be even better if they could improve this in the future by having Chinese-speaking front desk personnel.

해해넘이Breakfast only consisted of two eggs, two slices of toast, and a sweet coffee. While it was advertised as included in the room rate, the quality was far below expectations. Very disappointing.
