"Unhelpful and rude staff. I booked a room with one double bed. They gave me a room with two beds, which were then pushed together. When I pointed out that the room was different from what was shown in pictures (it was smaller, there was no table, the beds were pushed together), I was told it was because I arrived around midnight on the day of check-in. The whole point of booking in advance is defeated - the room I paid for in advance was given to someone else. I was offered absolutely ridiculous options instead - for example, a room with three beds when I was traveling alone. No one apologized or provided compensation. Overall, the hotel is okay, the location is not the most convenient, about a 20-25 minute walk to the center, but you have to be prepared to live in the room that was left, not the one you paid for"

"This hotel is practically brand new, having just opened in January. The facilities are excellent, and both the manager and front desk staff are incredibly kind and genuine. The front desk even taught us how to order takeout, though we didn't end up using it in the end – apparently, only Mixue Ice Cream was available at the time. 😂 The manager's recommendation for Khop Chai Deu was absolutely spot on. The hotel pool is a great photo op. Airport transfers are handled by a small minibus. Of course, the free self-service laundry, a well-known feature of the All Seasons chain, is also available. However, in the evenings, I often saw what were likely freeloaders with two suitcases, three laundry baskets, and occupying three dryer slots – some local residents. I really hope the hotel can manage this better."

"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the WiFi was not working at all, which was already frustrating. This was our second day at the hotel, and we hadn’t experienced any mosquito issues on the first night, so what happened next was both surprising and unacceptable. In the middle of the night, I woke up to use the bathroom and found the entire room filled with mosquitoes. Both my girlfriend and I ended up with mosquito bites all over our bodies, making it extremely uncomfortable to rest. I called reception to report the issue and ask for help, but the response was unhelpful. I was simply told to close the balcony door—which was not open in the first place and hadn’t been left open during the day either. This made the explanation feel dismissive, and it seemed more likely that the mosquitoes had entered through the air ventilation system. When I asked if they had any mosquito repellent or could offer a solution, I was told they didn’t have anything available. With no real assistance provided, we had no choice but to sleep fully covered under the duvets from head to toe just to avoid further bites. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and poorly handled experience. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not."
