We arrived at the hotel before noon and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service from the moment we landed. The hotel arranged seamless airport transportation, making our arrival stress-free. The front desk team was exceptionally attentive and welcoming. They kindly offered us an early check-in and upgraded us to a better room immediately, rather than having us wait for the room we had originally booked. They also accommodated a late check-out request (subject to availability) and arranged our airport transfer upon departure. The outstanding service, flexibility, and attention to detail made this a perfect business trip. Highly recommended.

The room is very spacious, especially the bathroom area. It offers excellent value for money and is one of the few modern-style hotels in Laos at this price point. Plus, you get free bicycle use, which saves a lot of hassle and is enough to visit nearby attractions. Breakfast is also thoughtfully prepared, simple yet practical.

A solid little stay: nothing flashy, but it delivers where it counts. The room is clean, bright, and quiet, with TV, AC, a hairdryer, a fridge, water and toiletries included. Staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Breakfast is simple: eggs, toast and coffee/tea. Not a buffet spread, but a nice enough start to the day. The bus station is around a 12-minute walk. A few things to note: there's no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, checkout is at 11:00, and the pillows are a bit flat. Not major issues, but good to know. Overall, good value for the price. Would recommend for travellers who just need a clean, quiet room without any fuss

Great quality at affordable prices (~$70 per night).

The room was average, and so was the service. The environment and hygiene were decent, but the efficiency was poor. They missed my scheduled airport pick-up, and I couldn't get through to them on the phone!

My third visit in three months. As always, everyone was kind and courteous. Every time I come, I notice renovations, giving me the impression they're putting a lot of effort into updating their facilities. Even if there were negative reviews in the past, I believe it's highly likely things have improved now. I look forward to seeing everyone again!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the city center, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. I especially love the spacious room types; the overall layout is grand and airy, completely free from the cramped feeling of typical hotels. Staying for several days doesn't feel stifling at all; the cozy atmosphere makes it feel just as comfortable as being at home. The room is well-sectioned with a separate living room and bedroom, and it even thoughtfully includes a small kitchen. Even if I don't use it daily, it shows that the facilities are very complete and well-equipped, providing a truly excellent living experience.

Overall the hotel is okay, but the air conditioning in my room was not cool at all. I turned it on at 16°C from 6pm until 10pm and it was still not cool. I called the reception several times and they didn't answer. I had to go down and ask them to come and look. When the staff came up to look, they said they would change the room for me, which was very late and I didn't want to waste time packing my bags and moving rooms, so I didn't change rooms. However, I think that a hotel of this level should check the readiness of the room before letting customers stay. The Wi-Fi is also quite slow. Personally, I am not very impressed with the price I paid.

The hotel staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The place was spotless, really clean. It's super close to the scenic area, and parking is convenient, making it easy to come and go. Overall, it's a very comfortable stay. They have an outdoor pool and a gym, which I used daily for my workout before going for a swim.
