The breakfast was especially delicious, offering Chinese cuisine. The room was clean, and the front desk staff spoke Chinese and provided excellent service. The rooftop terrace has a swimming pool, a gym, and a cafe, which is very convenient. The night view from there is absolutely fantastic.

Guest UserOverall, a perfect 10/10! The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The hotel's decor is elegant, and both the lobby and rooms have a fantastic ambiance. The hygiene standards are top-notch, and the mattress was so comfortable and relaxing. The service is incredibly attentive, with quick responses to any requests. Facilities like 24-hour hot water and air conditioning run smoothly. The whole environment is quiet and comfortable, making it ideal for both a relaxing getaway and a short trip. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to the area!

Guest UserA cheap stay, good for our one night only. Room had no natural light and the lights flickered. Bathrooms were fine and mostly tidy, shared with everyone else. No shampoo or body wash in shower and no towel provided. Breakfast was fine, bread and some potatoes with egg. Super central to the night market and close enough to the Mekong. Good stay for the one night only.

Front staffs on check in are good. The hotel’s air conditioning must be improve. A nightmare in this hotel is no electricity for over an hour without generating
Support.

Guest UserGreat service, very clean, nice room! It was a great hotel to stay at for an early flight. It's tucked away off the main road, but the security guards in the area are more than happy to help you find it.

The hotel is generally good. I've been staying here for a while, first for eight days, and then I extended my stay for another seven. The breakfast, which I had every day, wasn't monotonous; the dishes rotated. I swam and worked out daily, and if it wasn't raining, I'd explore the surroundings. Once I'd had enough, I'd head off to Vang Vieng and Luang Prabang to see more.

I've been in Laos for almost a month, and on my second day, I had an early flight to catch to leave the country. Personally, I found the hotel's location a bit remote; maybe it's because I was staying in a relatively more bustling area before. The breakfast options were limited and there wasn't much variety! The upside is that the room was genuinely spacious, with one bedroom, a living room, an open-plan kitchen, and a balcony. This building gave me the impression of a managed apartment building, with residents living and cooking there. The next morning, the elevator entrance was piled high with household trash. I think if you're a family looking for an extended stay experience, this place could work, especially since you can cook your own meals if you don't like Lao food. But if you're traveling solo like me, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Excellent! The room was very spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Its central location is super convenient. The breakfast was a highlight! Absolutely fantastic value for money. The hotel also offers parking, so we'll definitely aim to drive here next time for another stay!

Guest UserThe hotel's location is decent, with a Big C supermarket nearby, which is convenient for dining and shopping. However, the breakfast is very mediocre, not living up to its Ctrip 5-diamond rating or its self-proclaimed 4-star Great Wall brand. I'm not sure how hotels outside of China can be rated by domestic Chinese star standards; it clearly seems like a self-awarded brand. There was a power outage in my room in the middle of the night. After dawn at 6 AM, I realized only my room had no power while other areas did. The phone was broken, so I had to walk to the front desk to request a repair. By 8 AM, no one had come to fix it, and the response I received was that the maintenance staff hadn't woken up yet. The room had a strong smell, clearly from long-term smoking. It improved slightly after turning on the air conditioning, but it still felt unpleasant. The hotel's hardware could be on par with a 4-star domestic Chinese hotel, but it's poorly maintained, and the staff's service is subpar, a far cry from the 'Dream South' service slogan. I will definitely not choose this hotel again, nor any other hotel under the 'Dream South' brand.
