Had to stay a few extra days for visa stuff and honestly couldn’t find a reason to move elsewhere, this place just made it easy. Clean, comfortable beds, cozy vibes and that little coffee shop became my daily routine. The food is simple but so good. Ended up not minding the wait at all!

This hotel, converted from a former French colonial governor's residence, is exquisite and truly captures a Southeast Asian vibe. It attracts many European tourists. It's very quiet, and the European-style service makes for a truly comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

This hotel is truly valued for money. They have five star service with staff helping u with your luggage as you check in and in the midst of our Stay they sent in fruit platter as well.

Great stay in Vientiane! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0/5 Very Good I originally booked Eastin Hotel Vientiane for only 2 nights, but I ended up enjoying my stay so much that I extended it for 5 full nights and canceled my plans to switch to another hotel! Here is my honest review of why I loved staying here: Stunning River View: The hotel is located right along the Mekong River. The night view and atmosphere from the rooftop bar are fantastic—perfect for unwinding in the evening. Delicious Dining: The breakfast spread offers a great variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot items. Ordering lunch and dinner at the hotel was also a hit—the Tom Yum soup and Pad Kra Pao were fresh, hot, and packed with authentic flavor! Clean & Comfortable: The room design with cool blue and white tones feels very clean and soothing. The bed was super comfortable for a good night's rest. Friendly Staff: Every staff member was attentive, polite, and always greeted me with a warm smile. Overall, it's a wonderful choice if you are visiting Vientiane. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Not far from Vientiane Airport, almost within walking distance, making it a top choice for layovers. However, it's quite a distance from the high-speed rail station. The hotel's deluxe rooms are spacious and quite large, but the standard rooms are a bit smaller.

Clean and good quality hotel. On the downside, the air conditioning let a large puddle of water inside when it started to rain outside. At breakfast, where we arrived half an hour before it was due to end, the hot food had run out. The picture shows all the protein I could find in the thermal bath. There wasn't even an omelet or eggs available in the open kitchen.

Everything about this hotel was great, from the service to the friendliness of the staff. I especially liked that there's a convenience store on the first floor where you can buy Korean food, alcohol, cigarettes, and most daily necessities. The only downside is that it's about a 30-minute drive from the tourist area and Vientiane's main downtown spots. Aside from the location, everything else was top-notch.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and it exceeded my expectations overall. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The room was well-maintained and clean, and the view from the window was expansive and lovely. The hotel has an in-house restaurant, Yong Zhen Private Kitchen, which offers a wide variety of dishes, making dining very convenient. The breakfast was well-balanced, including whole grains and protein. When I had some free time, I was able to relax and de-stress in the huge swimming pool. This hotel is perfect for both business travelers and short stays.

Excellent! The room was very spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Its central location is super convenient. The breakfast was a highlight! Absolutely fantastic value for money. The hotel also offers parking, so we'll definitely aim to drive here next time for another stay!
