The hotel has been newly renovated and is incredibly clean with no musty smell at all. The air conditioning is cold. The reception staff and housekeepers took excellent care of us throughout our stay. The bed was soft and the pillows were clean. Check-in was at 2 PM, but we arrived at 1 PM and the staff were so kind; they let us check in immediately since a room was available. Breakfast was provided, offering fried rice, salad, stir-fried basil, fried eggs, fruit, and orange juice. For those who prefer hot dishes, you can order pho, which was absolutely delicious!

The facilities are clean and the hotel's proximity to the traveler's street makes it very accessible. The pool is also great. However, they didn't bring our luggage to the room and the staff's friendliness was a bit lacking.

I will surely come back and stay here. Thank you for all and best location. Night market and fruit market are superb.

Staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Breakfast is simple: eggs, toast and coffee/tea. Not a buffet spread, but a nice enough start to the day. The bus station is around a 12-minute walk. A few things to note: there's no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, checkout is at 11:00, and the pillows are a bit flat. Not major issues, but good to know. Overall, good value for the price. Would recommend for travellers who just need a clean, quiet room without any fuss

Great quality at affordable prices (~$70 per night).

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the city center, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. I especially love the spacious room types; the overall layout is grand and airy, completely free from the cramped feeling of typical hotels. Staying for several days doesn't feel stifling at all; the cozy atmosphere makes it feel just as comfortable as being at home. The room is well-sectioned with a separate living room and bedroom, and it even thoughtfully includes a small kitchen. Even if I don't use it daily, it shows that the facilities are very complete and well-equipped, providing a truly excellent living experience.

The room was average, and so was the service. The environment and hygiene were decent, but the efficiency was poor. They missed my scheduled airport pick-up, and I couldn't get through to them on the phone!

I stayed at this budget hotel for a few weeks, and it was a great choice for saving money. The villa-style design with its unique woodwork gives it a lot of character. Everything was good, though the location is a bit out of tourist center, so I recommend taking a moto or tuk-tuk to get there. The staff speak only Chinese or Lao, but I managed easily using a translation app to communicate with them in english. The cleaning ladies tidy up the rooms thorough. Free water. Overall, a highly recommended stay for budget-conscious travelers!

Overall the hotel is okay, but the air conditioning in my room was not cool at all. I turned it on at 16°C from 6pm until 10pm and it was still not cool. I called the reception several times and they didn't answer. I had to go down and ask them to come and look. When the staff came up to look, they said they would change the room for me, which was very late and I didn't want to waste time packing my bags and moving rooms, so I didn't change rooms. However, I think that a hotel of this level should check the readiness of the room before letting customers stay. The Wi-Fi is also quite slow. Personally, I am not very impressed with the price I paid.

The hotel staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The place was spotless, really clean. It's super close to the scenic area, and parking is convenient, making it easy to come and go. Overall, it's a very comfortable stay. They have an outdoor pool and a gym, which I used daily for my workout before going for a swim.
