"Professional, kind, helpful and enthusiastic reception. My days were beautiful staying in a very good location and easy to walk around visiting temples. I am not expected the break fast complimentary but I get my simple breakfast boiled rice and sandwiches with coffee. The room is clean, toliet is clean. Thank you for a memorable time in Vientiane. Mixay paradise hotel will not make you disappointed... They deserved good score and highly recommendation."

"I usually choose hotels with a rating of 4.7 and over 500 reviews within my budget. This hotel didn't quite meet those criteria, but I booked it immediately after seeing a negative review complaining about the 'no smoking in rooms' policy! I absolutely detest cigarette smoke! It's fantastic that smoking is prohibited! First of all, I was traveling alone, and the room size was not small, and the cleanliness was also good. The service was decent, the breakfast was excellent, and the fruit was fresh. I'd deduct some points for the facilities: Although there was no window, the fresh air system made it not stuffy, which is a plus. The hairdryer was subpar, still using a slow 1000W model. I'd suggest sourcing some high-speed hairdryers from China (many brands available, low cost). The power outlets only had five-hole sockets. I recommend sourcing some panels with Type-C/USB ports from China, which wouldn't add much to the cost (you can find these easily at Huaqiangbei in China). The air conditioning was powerful, but even at the lowest fan speed, the noise was still significant. So I opted to turn off the AC and the fresh air system for a good night's sleep, as sleeping well is very important! Overall, I still highly recommend this hotel, which is completely smoke-free and prohibits durian. It was perfect for me!"

"This 5-star Thai hotel is located in the heart of Laos. The facilities are brand new, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The famous Virgin Night Market is right downstairs, and the hotel offers panoramic views of the Mekong River from the rooms. There's a swimming pool on the 3rd floor, perfect for kids to splash around. The lobby is opulent, and the front desk staff speak Chinese. Breakfast is extensive. It's just a 2-minute walk to the foreigner street, which is full of bars and restaurants, making it very convenient. Definitely worth staying again."

"We stayed here for 8 days and 7 nights, and it was a very comfortable stay. The owner is kind, friendly, and very helpful. He is always ready to assist whenever you need anything, which made us feel very welcome. This place truly feels like home. The hotel is conveniently located near the Vientiane Night Market and the city center, both within walking distance. There are also plenty of nearby amenities, including Mini Big C, banks, restaurants, and cafés, all within a 1 km radius. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again."

"As always, upon entering All Seasons, I was greeted by a lovely tea fragrance. The front desk staff speak Chinese and can also help with currency exchange and booking taxis, so the service is excellent. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, very close to the airport, and peacefully overlooks the Mekong River. The breakfast is also delicious, with both Chinese and Western options, which is fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is generally good. I've been staying here for a while, first for eight days, and then I extended my stay for another seven. The breakfast, which I had every day, wasn't monotonous; the dishes rotated. I swam and worked out daily, and if it wasn't raining, I'd explore the surroundings. Once I'd had enough, I'd head off to Vang Vieng and Luang Prabang to see more."

"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the WiFi was not working at all, which was already frustrating. This was our second day at the hotel, and we hadn’t experienced any mosquito issues on the first night, so what happened next was both surprising and unacceptable. In the middle of the night, I woke up to use the bathroom and found the entire room filled with mosquitoes. Both my girlfriend and I ended up with mosquito bites all over our bodies, making it extremely uncomfortable to rest. I called reception to report the issue and ask for help, but the response was unhelpful. I was simply told to close the balcony door—which was not open in the first place and hadn’t been left open during the day either. This made the explanation feel dismissive, and it seemed more likely that the mosquitoes had entered through the air ventilation system. When I asked if they had any mosquito repellent or could offer a solution, I was told they didn’t have anything available. With no real assistance provided, we had no choice but to sleep fully covered under the duvets from head to toe just to avoid further bites. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and poorly handled experience. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not."

"Great overall. The room was a bit small, but the hygiene was good. The amenities were Malin+Goetz. As it's a new hotel, there was still a slight new-building smell. The minibar items were chargeable. The slippers were very comfortable, which I really liked. The towels also smelled fresh and clean."

"Great location as this is my second time stay this hotel. But I would like to complaint the Manager wearin suit (A women with very bad attitude and rude), I wear hotel slipper since 12th July 2026 to breakfast, but on 14th July, 2026, she saw I wear the slipper and restricted me to enter the breakfast area. I told her I wear hotel slipper to breakfast since 12th July, 2026, then a staff look at me and allow me to go in the breakfast area. I wanna highlighted there is several hotel guests wearing the hotel slipper same as me to breakfast everyday. Please highlighted to the hotel Management on this incident."

"The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, with a fantastic view. It was so peaceful and quiet at night. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, making for a refreshing wash. The TV and air conditioning were brand new, and the AC worked wonderfully, keeping the room super cool. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Vientiane. I highly recommend this hotel! It's very easy to get to, and you can conveniently call a car right to the entrance."
