Spa Hotels in Chennai

Radisson Blue Chennai was awesome. All the staff have excellent service and the hotel is very clean with very good facilities. The spa was very good too. Special thanks to Danesh at the front desk for his excellent service and him being very helpful and friendly. Also to Essie and Giresh from the spa for their great skills. My husband and I enjoyed their massages very much. All the staff are very good, from the doorman to the bell boy to waiters and waitresses and the cleaners and front desk staff.

Overall, I had a good stay, as I usually do at this hotel. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Most of the staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. A special shoutout to Vijay, who always checks in to make sure everything is going well. He always has great recommendations on places to visit and genuinely makes guests feel welcome. There were a couple of issues this time that made my stay slightly disappointing. Our room key cards stopped working a few times during the stay. The staff resolved the issue quickly each time, but it was still inconvenient having to head back to the front desk after a long day out. The biggest issue we had was with room service, when I ordered tea and found a fly in it. While the staff eventually waived the charges for the entire meal, the service recovery could have been handled much better. The following day, I developed food poisoning and was violently ill for the next week. While I can’t say for certain it was related, the timing after the fly incident left me slightly concerned about the food hygiene standards. I hope these were isolated incidents, as I’ve generally had very positive stays here and would still consider returning the next time I’m in India.

A good choice overall, with excellent cleanliness standards. The only area that needs improvement is the breakfast buffet. Compared to last year, the food quality seems to have declined. Even the filter coffee and tea have lost some of their original taste and authenticity. I hope the management will consider restoring the quality that made the dining experience so enjoyable in the past.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service in which we had dinner. Food was good, and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality. I had a wonderful stay at Vivanta Chennai IT Expressway. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience truly pleasant. The room was super clean, well maintained, and equipped with good amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a nice variety of options. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations — highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Wonderful staying.. Definitely will highly recommended for all who come to at Chennai.. always there have have someone who welcomes you with smiling face .. apart from you paid and stay .. definitely this is beyond that all .. warm welcome.. Helping staff … Always check your needs ( managers & staffs ) Nvr said NO to anything you asked.. 10/10 Definitely will recommend to all my friends and family.. and will continue my journey to stay here .. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ambika Empire. The hospitality of the staff was truly exceptional, especially the General Manager, Mr. Kalainathan, and the Food & Beverage Manager, Mr. Rajesh, who were extremely courteous and attentive. Every staff member from the bell boys to the reception team was warm, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was amazing, with great variety and taste. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport, just a few minutes, convenient to transfer, and generally cost-effective. If you come to Chennai in the future, you will still stay here.

We felt super welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we alighted our transport from the airport. The staff were all pleasant and warm, making the stay really comfortable and cosy. Room was comfortably sized and clean, toilet was also clean. There were many channels to watch on the TV. Breakfast was great, we especially loved the live stations where we can order dosa and scrambled eggs. Loved the chai.  Our room was also facing the river and we could raptor watch quite close from our window! Super exciting watching Black Kites swooping around.  The only down side is that soundproofing wasn’t the best and amenities look a little aged, but we aren’t too bothered and still enjoyed our stay. Thank you Radisson front desk and housekeeping staff!

Breakfast was quite limited to the local cuisine, didn't accomodate international cuisines. Cleanliness and Staff were amazing. Rooms were okay, TV was a bit old and didn't have Airplay / Bluetooth. Bathroom was great.
