The toilet not flushing was an immediate turn-off. Other services were okay. The spa closing at 8:30 PM is a bit early though. The service was acceptable, and overall, the price wasn't high.

Breakfast was quite limited to the local cuisine, didn't accomodate international cuisines. Cleanliness and Staff were amazing. Rooms were okay, TV was a bit old and didn't have Airplay / Bluetooth. Bathroom was great.

The room was clean, modern, and cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The bathroom was well-maintained, and the shower had good water pressure Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient A clean, comfortable, and convenient hotel on OMR. I would recommend it for business trips, solo travelers, or anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in ibis omr . Thanks to arpita dass 😊and security officers reception staffs ❤️

food aroma was a bit strong at the hotel lobby. Rooms were small but clean. Shower n toilet was also small. Overall good stay!

I am room 401. Just happened on 8th Feb 2026 @ 8.15pm. Didnt send our lungage to the room. Just left like that at lobby. Actually we wanna take the lugagge ourselves but ur worker took to wrong place and just throw at lobby again. When we asked again at reception through phone call, they said they will inform. But didnt do anything. The person who attended us was Ms. Mina. We have to get down ourselves to take ur lunggages. Next time we as a customer can take our lunggages ourselves. No point appoint somebody to all this. Now become double work for us. So far i was in india for 2 weeks. This is the worst hotel i stayed in India. Some more i wanna stay for a while only. But very bad service. Somemore alrdy given the booking number still failed to find. Ur receptionist must be trained well especially ms.mina. No PR. Bad attitude. For the travellers or tourist please dont choose this hotel for stay. Dont waste ur money. Not worth.

No living room slippers and no refrigerator. One power outlet wasn't working, so I had to unplug another device to use that outlet. The staff were friendly.
