"Stayed 4 nights at The Residency Towers, Chennai early May 2026. Hotel looks grand and clean. Very convenient location if you are a shopper! 'Off' pick drive to International airport about 20 mins. Staff are very kind, polite and helpful. Staff at main door entrance always greet with a smile and are willing to collect your luggages. Breakfast spread with commendable! Many options from South Indian (fresh and on the spot) made dosa, roti, Mediterranean food staple like hummus, pita bread, healthy sandwiches, juices, filter coffee! pastries, cakes, porridge.. more than one can ask for! Special mention about Mr Deeraj. Deeraj made every effort to make my stay memorable after I had issues in the first room assigned to me. Dheeraj personal inspected the next room and assured to make my stay a good one, and he definitely did! Dheeraj visited me in the restaurant to speak to me personally about my dissatisfaction about the first room which is very commendable in ensuring guests are well taken care of. Dheeraj even gave me an upgrade! which was very kind of him. Another mention is Anand who collected my luggages. He was on full spring and energy in his work! He has very good working etiquette. Another shout out to Krish and Ashwin from the restaurant! They were very sweet and friendly to make our mealtimes enjoyable and their lightheartedness full of spirit really made my day! Myself and my husband had a truly wonderful time at The Residency Towers, Chennai! We will surely return. My only comment is, I expected all rooms to have been updated and renovated as advertised on their website, but unfortunately only couple of floors."

"My stay in Oasis hotel from 7-10/10.Hotel , staffs very helpful, friendly and approachable. frontline, to servers, smart, clean and well dressed. Hotel looks new and pleasing.Setup beautiful.Rms were ,clean, tidy ,neat on arrival. Food thou vegetarian and catered outside as i heard was excellent everyday which i look forward to, coffee was super. Only comment, housekeeping service like making up beds, rm cleaning , and topping up of water, toiletries, beverages, daily could be done on time. 🙏🏽for our 4 days stay in You’re hotel a memorable one.."

"The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of the LIC metro station and the large shopping mall EA Avenue. The staff provided excellent service, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. A great bonus for environmentally conscious guests is the reusable glass water bottles provided in the rooms – a commendable effort to reduce plastic waste in the hospitality industry. The hotel's buffet offers a wide variety of dishes and good quality food, ensuring even non-local guests (whose bodies might not be accustomed to Indian cuisine for every meal) can enjoy their dining experience with various cuisines available. Additionally, the hotel's rooftop restaurant boasts a fantastic ambiance and serves a selection of Asian dishes. While some might not be entirely authentic (for instance, the Tom Yum Goong shown in the picture wasn't a perfect balance of sour, spicy, and salty, with the salty flavor being more prominent), I believe these are adjustments made to cater to local preferences, such as increasing the salt content in dishes to compensate for the hot weather and increased perspiration."

"Excellent Stay at GRT Grand Chennai I had a wonderful stay at GRT Grand Chennai. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well maintained, making the stay extremely comfortable. The staff Sabri,Muthu Anna Sharin and Aishek were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile, which truly enhanced the overall experience. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options catering to different tastes.The hotel’s location is very convenient, providing easy access to major areas in Chennai. Overall, GRT Grand Chennai exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again."

"The Taj Cormandel was a fantastic hotel and stay for us on our recent trip to Chennai. We were made welcome from the minute we stepped out of the cab. All staff are very helpful and friendly but Amit from the Chipstead deserves a special mention for his outstanding customer service and welcoming manner. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Housekeeping and services were top notch, plentiful large towels and hot water, plus some housekeeping surprises we enjoyed on our stay. Breakfasts were buffet style with lots of choice and culinary types, service was very well organised and any special breakfast requests delivered to your table.   Choice of restaurants for having dinner and a lounge for drinks and cocktails.  Swimming pool with outside loungers and fitness room are on the lower ground area of the hotel. Towels provided. Would recommend a stay here."

"Location: Excellent Facilities: Good Service: Unsatisfactory 1. There was no one to greet us upon arrival 2. Our suitcases were unattended and we had to carry them to our room ourselves. 3. Mosquitoes everywhere. 4. We had to request for mosquito repellent. The hotel staff should be more attentive and ensure rooms are stocked with essentials. 5. The food we ordered for in-room dining was not even warm (forget hot food). We only ordered some fries and a sandwich - not sure if the fries were prepared and shipped from France 😂 Will never opt this place again."

"I had a comfortable stay here in terms of service and hospitality. The staff were courteous. As far as the facility is concerned the room walls looked old and missing the appeal to qualify it as a 5 star hotel. I could clearly smell wood whenever I walk in the room and the bath area is quite small and not tidy. The food tasted decent but the options in the buffet are quite limited compared to other 5 star hotels. I would not recommend picking this hotel if you are truly looking for the comforts of a 5 star"

"I had a flight that was postponed to the evening instead of the original morning time schedule. As such I needed a hotel that was near Chennai Airport for me to rest. Radisson Blu was very near the Airport, about 10 mins drive away. The hotel and room was excellent and very clean. The breakfast and lunch buffet had a wide range and very tasty. Most importantly, the staff, from the counter staff at check-in and check-out , to the concierge, the staff and managers at the restaurant and the driver of the car for the Hotel's Airport transfer were very helpful, polite and engaged me in genuine conversations to find out how my stay in the hotel was and if I needed anything. I truly enjoyed the short stay I had in the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel is only near the Airport, and is quite a drive away from the city centre. But am excellent Hotel nevertheless."
