The easiest advantage of this hotel is the excellent location - right in the centre of T-Nagar which itself is the heart of Chennai and a shopper's paraidse. All major shopping streets are just walkable distance from this hotel. Otherwise, this is a rather average property. The rooms need lots of improvement and look old. Always recommended to book an Air conditioned room given how much of heat Chennai has even throughout the year. The AC rooms are not so expensive, so always book one if you get it. The reception staff were friendly and willing to answer if you asked for some guidance about shopping and dining options nearby. The staff have to definitely concentrate on the cleanliness of the rooms. Overall, an average quality hotel."
