The Leela Palace Chennai

We congratulate Leela for having such brilliant staff! That's what makes the hotel stands out from other high end competitors. Even though the hotel was fully booked and very busy at the time, we were warmly welcomed from the moment we stepped down from the car. The gentleman who checked us in, Mr. Shantanu, Ms. Supra at Concierge, Nayansi, the manager at the India Restaurant... and many more whose name we were unable to remember, made us feel like some sort of noble or important persons, and all that was done from the bottom of their heart with genuine warmness...we use to stay at Peninsular, Four Seasons, Aman and the like when we went on holidays. They are not available in Chennai but we must say Leela offers even better services than our usual choices. The hotel itself is very well-maintained and classy. The pool is resort-feel even though it is in the city. The free spa facilities are very generous with many indoor jacuzzi, suana and herbal steam. We are very impressed. Thank you for ending our Easter holidays in South India perfectly!!

I find their location is abit further away from main part of Chennai, the staff constantly check on guest which is good and everyone is welcoming with a smile. The lobby is great. Facilities is nothing to scream about. For the price I expect a bigger room and a better service all together

3 nights stay at a luxurious hotel with beautifully appointed rooms. Very attentive front office staff who offered us a flower garland and refreshing welcome drink. Spacious room with all the amenities. Big comfy beds. We love the Japanese style bidet and toilet. Separate cloakroom for luggage and ironing. Delicious in-house dining and I had steak and salad.

Beautiful hotel!! The stay was amazing and the service provided by the staff was top notch. The breakfast servings was abundant and really top tier. Would definitely come back again!

Loved my stay here. It was one of the best ever in Chennai. Will definitely recommend people to try staying in Leela Palace. Food was awesome. Room amenities were tip top. There was also pillow menu. I was also lucky to get a free upgrade to the royal palace room. Appreciate it and feel grateful.

The rooms are spacious, the hotel offers a wide range of amenities (including airport transportation, fresh fruit daily, etc.), the service is exceptional, and the hotel bar offers a good selection.
