Excellent
GGuest UserAlmost perfect, except for the price! The room was super clean, and my kids absolutely loved it. Being able to drive the car right into the room was a huge plus, and all the amenities were top-notch. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. I actually came to Taiwan just for this hotel, and it definitely didn't disappoint! My only regret is that we only stayed for 3 days and 2 nights; I wish I had booked our entire trip here.
GGuest UserThe room was comfy and spacious! My only minor gripe is that I wish there was an extra blanket, because the bed is so big that my partner and I kept fighting over the single one, haha. The dinner and breakfast buffets were incredibly diverse and filling – we ate so much! It rained all day, so we ended up staying in the hotel, but we didn't get bored at all. There were so many activities for both adults and kids to enjoy. Thumbs up! 👍
YYirongOverall, it was a good stay and I'd definitely stay there again. The lobby was grand, the family rooms were spacious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were just the right firmness for a good night's sleep! Cons: The elevator was incredibly difficult to wait for when checking out. All three elevators were packed, and the wait was long. The emergency exit only goes to B1, so if you park your car in B2, you still have to find a way to get to B2 by hopping on an elevator from another floor! My kids loved it. There's a pool with hot springs, a ball pool, a PS5, a racing track for little Bubu cars, and a variety of other children's play facilities! It's definitely on my bucket list for future trips with kids!
GGuest UserThird visit to the Landis Resort & Spa for a family trip!
Every time, my family eagerly requests to celebrate birthdays at this wonderful place. My parents can relax in the hot springs, and the kids can happily splash around in the pool. Special thanks to the attentive hotel service and the professional lifeguards for their care. Everyone had a fantastic time!
There's also a stunning beach nearby for a lovely stroll. And I highly recommend Fumei Seafood Restaurant. It was another relaxing and perfect trip! ❤️❤️
李李胖白Zhongguan Jiaoxi Hotel is located right next to Jiaoxi Old Street, making it perfect for dining and drinking nearby. Most importantly, the hotel boasts a hot spring facility; the waterslide even features warm water, which is quite unique. Ideal for family trips.
GGuest UserOur three-day, two-night stay at Hotel Pin Cheau Chiaohsi was fantastic. The complimentary snacks in the afternoon and evening were a thoughtful and convenient touch. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. In the evenings, the kids absolutely loved playing Mario on the Switch in the game room – it created a really relaxed and fun atmosphere. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend it.
AAnonymous UserA friendly hotel, with polite, welcoming staff. The rooms had great WiFi, large TV and as others have said an amazing Japanese style hot spring bath. We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi pool, snacks during the day (including wine)and trekking nearby.
The rooms unfortunately had thin walls/doors so you could hear people around you, beds were small and quite uncomfortable and the ac in the room did not provide heating so we found it quite cold. The dehumidifier in the room was also very loud.
Breakfast was good, but would be nice if they made it clear of egg options available. I found it strange the local hot springs were public right outside, this made it seem less secure that anyone can walk in the hotel.
太太陽饅頭My stay at the LiLi Hotel Yilan was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is located in a tranquil spot, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by its warm and inviting, yet sophisticated atmosphere. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the bed was wonderfully soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The soundproofing was also quite good, allowing for true rest. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, incorporating local ingredients, and the flavors were fresh and not at all greasy. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, making me feel valued. Overall, whether you're traveling with family or looking to escape the city and slow down, this hotel is definitely worth revisiting.
SShirlyn91The breakfast selection is limited with little changes. Breakfast is at Art Spa Hotel instead of Resort One Hotel but front desk staff fails to bring us over when we ask for directions, thus it was a bit disappointing. The location of the hotel was great as it was a short 3 mins walk from Jiaoxi train station and a 15 mins walk from Jiaoxi Bus transfer station. Cleanliness of the room was good and the housekeeping staff were more friendly than front desk staff.
AAnonymous UserEven though the surroundings aren't bustling, finding food nearby or a convenience store within a three-minute walk is no problem. The hotel, though a bit old-fashioned, is well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious. The bathtub is small, but still good enough for a soak, which was comfortable. Since there weren't many guests, breakfast was changed to a set menu with four options. It looked good, was Instagram-worthy, and tasted pretty good too. You could also order more, so you could eat till you're full or just pick at things. If you book on an OTA on a low-price day, it's excellent value for money because of the many hotel amenities. I feel the management really puts in the effort.
