I was very satisfied with the room type I checked in this time. There was no shortage of water pressure or water temperature. The view was very good and the night view was beautiful. The room is large, with a toilet, bathroom separated from wet and dry, and two bathing pools The only drawback is that from time to time there is a sound like the expansion and contraction of steel and concrete in the room, which is a bit disturbing for light sleepers, but my husband is not affected at all. There are various choices for breakfast. There seems to be no time limit for dining. Check-out time is 11:00 at the latest.

This is a very new hotel with a very beautiful environment. I believe it is the largest and tallest hotel in Jeolladong. We were living on the 20th floor. In the morning, we happened to encounter a magnitude 7.2 earthquake, which was the largest in Taiwan in 25 years. The cups and dishes in the room were smashed to the ground. It was shaken very sharply, but the room was not damaged at all. I believe that the new hotel has earthquake-proof design. . I thought I was lucky to have chosen a new hotel. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the train station and there are many restaurants nearby. There are motorcycle rentals near the train station, which cost about NT$400 per day, which is fairly affordable. Because it is a new hotel, the hotel rooms and public facilities are also very good. I originally planned to go to the top roof bar the next day, but unexpectedly, after the earthquake, no other restaurants except the breakfast restaurant were allowed to open. I would like to praise the staff in the hotel for comforting the guests immediately after the earthquake. Especially the female employee who took the breakfast table. She was really attentive and considerate in taking care of the guests. She also constantly apologized to the guests for the inconvenience caused by the earthquake. I believe that it is only through careful management that the hotel can cultivate such good employees. I will also stay at Cunque next time I come to Luodong.

The services and facilities are perfect, the breakfast is good and delicious, but the service staff lacks enthusiasm. If first-time guests can be given more considerate service, such as familiarity with the environment and use of facilities, many of them will feel abandoned!
