Evergreen Resort Hotel (Jiaosi)

The housekeeping staff were sincere and promptly addressed guests' issues. The concierge team created unforgettable memories and happy times for guests. The hot spring bath in the room was large enough for the whole family to enjoy together, laughing and having a great time. Thank you, Phoenix Hotel, for your thoughtful arrangements and hospitality. The food has improved significantly, it's truly refreshing and a huge step up from six months ago – a testament to diligent management and operation. This time, I hosted foreign friends, and they were all amazed. Thank you all!

The super large single bed, thoughtful service, and a wide variety of snacks and drinks, including tea and coffee, were great. The bathrobes and slippers were also a nice touch. The dinner buffet was abundant and delicious, but my wife felt unwell, experiencing vomiting and diarrhea after eating. However, the staff were still very kind, showing concern and providing excellent care and service.

It's been two years since I last stayed at the Evergreen Resort Hotel Jiaoxi! This time, I didn't feel like going out, so I booked a quad room with buffet dinner and breakfast. Before checking in, we enjoyed afternoon tea at Phoenix Pavilion! After checking in, my son was eager to hit the pool, and we also took some time to relax in the spa, steam room, and sauna! The hotel's buffet dinner and breakfast were as excellent as ever!

Stayed at the Evergreen Resort Hotel Jiaoxi on Saturday. The outdoor hot spring was comfortable and relaxing, and the buffet dinner offered a wide and delicious selection. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and would definitely visit again.

The room was comfy and spacious! My only minor gripe is that I wish there was an extra blanket, because the bed is so big that my partner and I kept fighting over the single one, haha. The dinner and breakfast buffets were incredibly diverse and filling – we ate so much! It rained all day, so we ended up staying in the hotel, but we didn't get bored at all. There were so many activities for both adults and kids to enjoy. Thumbs up! 👍

Came here for a birthday celebration, and it was full of surprises! They even gave us a small cake. Both dinner and breakfast had a great variety and were delicious.

I brought my elderly family members to Evergreen Resort Jiaoxi and hoped there would be more entertainment facilities for them. Also, I wish there was more consideration for people with disabilities. I feel the staff needs more training in this area.

The staff here are excellent, and the facilities are comprehensive. However, the dining experience isn't very refined. Also, the lack of privacy in the in-room hot spring significantly detracted from the relaxation. On the 5th floor, the hot spring fish were a bit too big. I later noticed some small bite marks on my feet where the fish had nibbled.
