I have always trusted and supported Ctrip recommendations. Yantai Fulitai Hotel is indeed cost-effective and the service is very considerate and thoughtful. First of all, I arrived late and had to take care of the elderly and children. The beauty at the front desk ”Xiao Ai” thoughtfully upgraded the room so that the two rooms that I booked were close to each other. Secondly, the hotel room software and hardware were very good, the facilities were very new, and there was a big bathtub. My kids loved it. The room was very clean and there were fruits. The hotel was in a good location. It was close to Yantai Food Street, Yantai South Railway Station and Yangma Island, which made it easier to travel and save time. Finally, the concierge guy ”Wang Guanjie” was really nice. I also have to give a 👍🏻 for helping the elderly with their luggage, accompanying them all the way to the room, introducing delicious food, and providing considerate service throughout the process. On the way back to catch the high-speed train, the concierge ”Wang Xiaojun” specially sent the luggage to the other side of the road, which is really awesome. [powerful]. Hubery, the young man, arranged a great room for us, specifically helping us choose a quiet spot as requested. The hotel is also super close to the beach; you just walk through the garden to get there. If you're bringing kids to play on the beach and catch crabs, you could easily spend the whole day at the hotel. In the morning, take a walk on the beach until 10 AM, come back to rinse off, then head into the city for a bit in the afternoon. Return to the hotel around 4 PM to catch crabs, have a BBQ at the hotel in the evening, and after dinner, rent a small car to see the coastal lights... perfect! Plus, the room service is incredibly thoughtful; they optimize the number of linens based on the number of guests and their habits, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Overall, the experience was excellent! We'll definitely stay here again next time!

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the service was warm and thoughtful, making for a super comfortable stay. The garage was under maintenance, but the front desk staff enthusiastically helped us find a parking space. Breakfast was also good, with a great selection of dishes, pastries, fruits, and more!

The room was great, with a broad sea view. It was very clean, and the cleaning lady was both enthusiastic and diligent. Breakfast was just okay; the staff all looked tired, and the food was bland. I even got an upset stomach the next day. Ugh. Perhaps because it's on the outskirts of Yantai, the hotel's location isn't particularly convenient. You have to rely entirely on ride-hailing apps, and all the attractions are spread out. After two days, my taxi fares were more expensive than my food. If you don't have a car, I wouldn't recommend staying here. I'm giving 5 stars mainly because of the room. The pool, shared with the adjacent Westin, is small and crowded, and the changing rooms are dirty. I wouldn't recommend using it.

I booked a deluxe room and specifically chose one with an ocean view in Building B because the windows there can be opened. The view was absolutely beautiful. The sofa bed in the room was very practical. It's also very close to Jinshatan Beach, and there are dining options nearby, which is convenient. The only downside was the breakfast; it was too simple with very few choices and could definitely use some improvement.

Since Yantai was quite hot these past few days, we had an extra half-day in the afternoon, which allowed for a late checkout until 2 PM and access to the Executive Lounge for afternoon tea even after checking out. The pool management also exceeded expectations. During summer vacation, with many parents and children playing in the pool, the pool manager specifically designated a fast lane. When parents with children entered this dedicated lane, the manager would promptly remind them to leave. I haven't seen this kind of management at other hotel pools.

During the May Day holiday, all the hotels I had collected were out of rooms, so I found this hotel by chance. The hotel is newly opened, the facilities are very new, the staff is very dedicated, and they have a strong sense of proactive service. The facilities in the room are good, the only regret is that the refrigerator in the room has no power supply and cannot be used normally. I hope it will be improved as soon as possible.

There are also pure water in the corridor to pick up. The hotel in Shandong is really generous. Disadvantages, breakfast is on the basement floor, there are many varieties, and the rectangular beef patties are delicious. But the exhaust may not be very good. After breakfast, the clothes and hair are full of rice. It is recommended to change the exhaust.
