The room was very quiet, and the staff were welcoming. The hotel has plenty of parking, both above ground and underground. The underground parking has many charging stations, more than enough for guests. Breakfast was decent. It's a great place to stay for a relaxing two days.

My experience at Yantai Shimao Marriott Hotel exceeded all expectations! The hotel boasts a prime beachfront location on Golden Beach, with 90% of the rooms featuring scenic balconies. Opening the window reveals breathtaking views of the blue sea and sky, perfectly complemented by the black pine forest. The sunrises and sunsets are absolutely stunning. The hotel gardens lead directly to the beach, making for a wonderfully pleasant stroll along the boardwalk. A special shout-out to Luna – her service was incredibly warm, meticulous, and thoughtful. She was patient and accommodating throughout my entire stay, from check-in to check-out, always ready to help. Her professionalism is top-notch! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the bedding was super comfortable; every detail showed careful consideration. It’s also an excellent choice for family trips, with a well-equipped kids' club, a heated pool, and even sand-digging tools available. The kids had an absolute blast. This is definitely a top pick for a vacation in Yantai!

Opening your window reveals the beautiful Golden Beach with its blue skies and sea, and the sunset views are absolutely breathtaking. You can also directly access the beach to visit popular attractions; the lighting is beautiful, no filters needed, with every shot a soothing seascape masterpiece – a must-choose for travel photography! This was our second stay, and the location truly is the best. You walk straight out onto the beach without needing to cross any roads, and this particular stretch of beach isn't too crowded. It's also a short 5-minute electric scooter ride to Tianma Trestle Bridge and the Lonely Whale. Very family-friendly for those with kids. The room is spacious, and the balcony offers unbeatable sea views. It easily accommodated two adults and two children without feeling cramped.

The sea-view room was absolutely fantastic, the kind of place where you just sit down and instantly relax. My mind and body felt completely at ease, it was so therapeutic. The beach is right downstairs; it takes less than 3 minutes to get there from the back door. You can enjoy the sea breeze, ride the waves, and go foraging – we had a great haul! My only regret is that the weather wasn't great these past few days, so we didn't get to see the sunrise or sunset. Otherwise, imagine watching the sunrise from bed – just thinking about it makes me happy! They even gave us complimentary cherries, which were delicious, and the apple juice was great too. The hotel breakfast was also excellent. I'll definitely be back! I absolutely must see a sunrise from that bed next time!

Had a fantastic stay at the Yantai Marriott Hotel! The location is superb, right by Golden Beach, and the sea view room offered breathtaking views. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was so comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. The service was thoughtful, with a warm and attentive front desk. Breakfast was abundant, and dining with a sea view was delightful. They have excellent facilities for kids, which kept my child entertained. Although it's a bit far from the city center, it truly delivered a full resort experience. The executive lounge was a nice touch, and I also tried the hotel's photography service; the service was great, and the photos turned out really well – I ended up choosing many of them.

The Xin Guang Marriott Hotel boasts a beautiful environment and a great location with convenient transportation. Free parking for 15 days, no need to scan in and out repeatedly, is a definite plus. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff member, Airla, was very enthusiastic and happy to help with everything. The hotel also offers many excellent activities for children, making it perfect for family trips. The room has high-speed internet with a good signal, and the views from the window are lovely. It even has a unique balcony with stunning sea views. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I will definitely stay here again.

I absolutely have to rave about this hotel! The value for money during the May Day holiday was incredible. The room was super spacious, but what really blew me away was the huge floor-to-ceiling window. The view was unbeatable; I could just lounge on the sofa and watch the stunning night scenery. Even though there were a lot of guests during the holiday, Airla at the front desk did an excellent job with our room assignment and provided great service, even recommending local attractions. Stepping out of the hotel, you're right on the beach 🏝️, and there are various carts for rent, which makes cycling along the beach super convenient. There's also a kids' play area on the ground floor, which thoughtfully provides sand toys for children – perfect for families. Staying here truly felt like being at home. Highly recommend!
