Diners can enjoy Western and Japanese dishes. Seven variously-sized conference rooms come equipped with simultaneous interpretation system and a variety of audio-visual equipments in the Xianheng hotel. A business center is also offer in this hotel.When it comes to relaxation, guests can go shopping or take advantage of fitness and entertainment facilities on the premises.
"Facilities: This hotel is pretty much top-tier in Shaoxing. All things considered, it's only about 200 meters to Lu Xun's former residence, directly accessible via a back alley. It's also super convenient for visiting all the surrounding attractions like the residences of the Premier, Qiu Jin, and the Sage of Calligraphy. Guests get free parking, so you can just dump any souvenirs or Huangjiu (yellow wine) directly in your car. This alone outshines most other local hotels, not to mention its century-old brand, and their self-produced and sold Huangjiu, fava beans, and pastries. Plus, the new building at the front offers a great living experience; despite the hotel's age, the new building has a high-end, new-Chinese style, reminiscent of a five-star hotel.
Service: Incredibly thoughtful. Cici, as our butler, proactively added us on WeChat, and her service was impeccable throughout. You can just relax and enjoy your trip; any needs can be directly communicated to the butler. When cleaning the room, they even brought children's slippers and toothbrushes directly to us. Overall, it's especially suitable for children around ten years old coming for an 'educational trip.' After all, Baicaoyuan to Sanwei Study is something kids will learn about sooner or later, so staying at this hotel is perfect for reinforcing those memories."

"Very satisfied with this hotel! The facilities are excellent, with a fantastic gym and swimming pool. Breakfast was also great, offering a delicious and plentiful spread including omelets. I regret not taking photos! The room was spacious and very comfortable; I didn't want to check out. It was a wonderful stay, and I'll definitely choose this Novotel again next time I'm in Shaoxing for business. I highly recommend it to everyone!"

What really stands out is the service, from the warm and efficient check-in process where the front desk proactively helped us get our preferred room, to every staff member we encountered who greeted us with a smile. Any requests were handled incredibly quickly. The attention to detail truly shows how much care they put in, making us feel really welcome."

The experience was great! The hotel is in an excellent location and convenient for travel. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and I slept soundly. Lockie was friendly and responsive. The breakfast was rich, varied and delicious. I will come again next time, sincerely recommend!

XiaotianzousifangThe hotel environment is lovely, and the 'Dengyun Ladder' (Stairway to Heaven) is a nice touch. However, there are a few significant issues.
The light control in the rooms is a big problem. While you can turn all the lights off at once, if you need to get up in the middle of the night, turning any light on illuminates the entire room, which can severely disturb the other person. The air conditioning panel also stays brightly lit all night.
The bathroom has a skylight with no blackout shade, so the room gets bright very early in the morning.
Staffing seems to be an issue; you might have to wait up to 20 minutes for the shuttle, and no one tells you this in advance – you just have to stand by the roadside and wait.
The food is expensive and the taste is only average. The breakfast restaurant's hygiene is also very poor.
Also, the scenic area's parking lot charges for vehicles. While the hotel can pre-register your license plate for free parking, the front desk won't inform you, so you only find out when you have to call them back from the exit.

AXuaner～The hotel, a beautifully restored Ming and Qing Dynasty Huizhou-style complex, offers a tranquil and elegant atmosphere with picturesque views at every turn. The guest rooms have an antique charm, though the bedding is a bit firm and not very comfortable, and the shower in my room was broken. Service was quite average; despite having butler service, it wasn't very attentive. I had made a reservation for the restaurant in advance, only to be told upon arrival that there was no booking. However, the hotel's shuttle service is very convenient. The breakfast quality was excellent, but the food at the hotel's Shenlu Chinese restaurant was mediocre, with many dishes having a strong fishy taste. The hotel offers many activities, including guided tours of the ancient architecture, hiking trails, and intangible cultural heritage workshops. The travel photography service was excellent, producing great photos. The surrounding environment is lovely, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. Overall, I'd say it's a hotel with average value for money.

Guest UserEverything was perfect. The staff were friendly and nice, and did everything necessary to make our stay as fuss free and comfortable as possible. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a good amount of variety. We loved the kids playground with the trampoline and slide and ball pool! Great place, and I’ll definitely come back here if in Shaoxing Keqiao. Thank you!

The room is large and the business room facilities are very new. The view room faces a hill and is very quiet. Hotel service is responsive and the parking lot is large. The most important thing is the Chinese restaurant on the second floor of Shengzhou Hotel, which is affordable, large in quantity and good in taste. It is the most comfortable meal in Shengzhou. The hotel's breakfast is also very authentic, it is worthy of the carbon water kingdom, all kinds of Chinese snacks are very good.

The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation.
The service staff is professional and very nice. Check-in was quick.
The hotel breakfast was average, and the wonton was delicious.
The disadvantages are as follows.
The room was good overall, but some higher places were dusty.
In addition, the air conditioner can only blow air and heat, not cool, and it was quite hot in the second half of the night.

Guest UserThe hair dryer in the hotel is a bit old, and the service is nothing to say. Star-rated hotels are just different. My husband insisted on bringing a cantaloupe when he was on a business trip. He forgot how to eat it. I asked the hotel front desk and immediately arranged for a waiter to come to the room to help us cut the fruit. Thank you both. The service staff (Shen Liying, Wang Junfen) are warm and thoughtful! 👍

The front desk and room service are both good; the rooms are spacious and clean, and the red bean soup delivered to the room in the evening was delicious. The breakfast environment is nice, although the variety isn't extensive, but some of the items are quite unique and worth mentioning.

The room was clean and tidy, the pillows were soft, the cups were soft, the hot water was fast, the wireless network was fast, the traffic was convenient, the surrounding food was a lot, the hotel staff was very warm, they would say hello when they saw it, and they could solve problems in time, especially the store manager was very enthusiastic, helping with luggage, introducing check-in matters, It really makes people feel at home.
