I visited the Marriott in Hangzhou two hours ago, and I had a great experience, especially with the female duty manager at the front desk. She was not only attractive but also provided excellent service. When there was a stain on a piece of clothing in my room, she promptly came to handle it, upgraded us to a suite, and ensured the room was re-cleaned. Her service awareness and attitude were exceptional. In the evening, we were also given access to the Executive Lounge. Traveling with two 1.5-year-old infants, the overall experience was very pleasant. The pool was rarely crowded, which was a plus, but I would suggest adding some lounge chairs as it's quite inconvenient without them. The hotel's sauna was kept at a good temperature and was always open – definitely a highlight. While the breakfast selection was a bit limited compared to other Marriott hotels and could use improvement, the service staff at breakfast were all very good. Parking in the hotel's second basement level was also convenient for charging. The overall cleanliness of the lobby was good.
