The children came to Shaoxing to play ball, and they lived very comfortably, ate well, slept well, and had fun. The hotel room was very clean, the facilities in the house were very complete, the facilities were also very smart, the environment was very good, the location was excellent, the hotel staff were very good, the front desk 008 service was very thoughtful, and I would stay here again if I had the chance to come to Shaoxing!

The experience was great! The hotel is in an excellent location and convenient for travel. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and I slept soundly. Choosing Anlan Xinchang for the Dragon Boat Festival, I got to relax amidst the misty mountain wilderness. For a domestic mountain retreat hotel, it's really quite good. Some minor imperfections weren't deal-breakers for me, as my main needs were all met. Our butler, Leo, was enthusiastic, attentive, and responsible, always communicating and providing a truly home-away-from-home service. He reminded us to climb the Cloud Ladder to see the sea of clouds. When we left, in addition to the hotel's souvenir, he specially prepared a large portion of pastries and fruits, as well as a goodie bag for the child. He was incredibly thoughtful from before our arrival until our departure! Huge thumbs up! The buggy was also available on call, even during the Dragon Boat Festival, and arrived very quickly. The room cleaning aunties were also warm and smiling. Despite the rain, they diligently changed linens and provided supplies, and every evening we received Madeleines and different drinks, like iced mung bean soup and iced black tea. Every staff member at the hotel was enthusiastic and attentive. The breakfast variety was sufficient for our family. I highly recommend the noodle bar's soup noodles; both the Zha Mian and handmade noodles were delicious. Most importantly, the natural scenery is truly spectacular. Whether it's the lush greenery or the streams and waterfalls of the Hanfei River, it's full of wild charm and a sense of seclusion. Anlan's location is excellent, right in the Nineteen Peaks scenic area. It was very convenient to spend time at the hotel daily and then drive out for excursions. Taking the kids on the mini-train and climbing the Cloud Ladder for panoramic views was a great experience. The Cloud Ladder even has air conditioning, which was very comfortable. The only regret was that our planned stream trekking on the last day was canceled due to heavy rain the night before making the water too turbulent for safety reasons, but we can always go back next time. The kids really enjoyed playing in the kids' club and the infinity pool. The only minor inconvenience with the infinity pool was having to go to the building upstairs to get towels. [The hotel's dinner was also delicious, with fresh and flavorful ingredients that showcased local specialties.

The infrastructure is good, and the service is also great. My overall stay this time was very pleasant. The hotel location is easy to find, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, making travel very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and check-in and check-out were very quick. It offers great value for money, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area.

The hotel, a beautifully restored Ming and Qing Dynasty Huizhou-style complex, offers a tranquil and elegant atmosphere with picturesque views at every turn. The guest rooms have an antique charm, though the bedding is a bit firm and not very comfortable, and the shower in my room was broken. Service was quite average; despite having butler service, it wasn't very attentive. I had made a reservation for the restaurant in advance, only to be told upon arrival that there was no booking. However, the hotel's shuttle service is very convenient. The breakfast quality was excellent, but the food at the hotel's Shenlu Chinese restaurant was mediocre, with many dishes having a strong fishy taste. The hotel offers many activities, including guided tours of the ancient architecture, hiking trails, and intangible cultural heritage workshops. The travel photography service was excellent, producing great photos. The surrounding environment is lovely, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. Overall, I'd say it's a hotel with average value for money.

Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and nice, and did everything necessary to make our stay as fuss free and comfortable as possible. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a good amount of variety. We loved the kids playground with the trampoline and slide and ball pool! Great place, and I’ll definitely come back here if in Shaoxing Keqiao. The room is large and the business room facilities are very new. The view room faces a hill and is very quiet. Hotel service is responsive and the parking lot is large. The most important thing is the Chinese restaurant on the second floor of Shengzhou Hotel, which is affordable, large in quantity and good in taste. It is the most comfortable meal in Shengzhou. The hotel's breakfast is also very authentic, it is worthy of the carbon water kingdom, all kinds of Chinese snacks are very good.

The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation. The service staff is professional and very nice. Check-in was quick. The hotel breakfast was average, and the wonton was delicious. The disadvantages are as follows. The room was good overall, but some higher places were dusty. In addition, the air conditioner can only blow air and heat, not cool, and it was quite hot in the second half of the night.

The hotel environment is great, and the location is excellent and easy to find. Parking is convenient, and it's clean and tidy, plus they offer breakfast. The facilities are comprehensive, with a laundry room and a gym available. The staff provides excellent service.

The hair dryer in the hotel is a bit old, and the service is nothing to say. Star-rated hotels are just different. My husband insisted on bringing a cantaloupe when he was on a business trip. He forgot how to eat it. I asked the hotel front desk and immediately arranged for a waiter to come to the room to help us cut the fruit. Thank you both.
