GGuest UserIt's really a good deal to stay in this hotel during the off-season! My kids came from Shanghai after school on Friday, and we saw the most beautiful sunset in Nayuan. When you open the window in the room, you can see the super healing mountain view, which is very comfortable to look at with green all over. The room is very clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and there is nothing wrong with the details.
The bathtub is by the window, and it's super comfortable to take a bath and look at the mountain view! There are also a lot of things to do in the hotel, such as the infinity pool and the indoor constant temperature pool, and the children have a lot of fun. There is also a bamboo bonfire in the evening, and it's very atmospheric to sit around and chat, and sing karaoke to your heart's content. The hotel also has many activities arranged, so you won't feel bored even if you don't go hiking. There are also some animal friends, which the two kids like very much.
I had six meals in the Nayuan restaurant, and every dish was delicious. The meals are all self-produced fresh ingredients. I thought this configuration would be very expensive, but it turned out to be very cost-effective! This off-peak travel experience is great, there are few people and it's quiet, and I had a lot of fun. It's definitely worth coming again!

The reception area offers a beautiful and welcoming environment, making you feel right at home.
Facilities: The Elegant Hotel offers a variety of room types, from cozy and comfortable king rooms to spacious and airy executive twin rooms, each meticulously designed. High-quality mattresses and bedding are soft and skin-friendly, conforming to the body's curves to help you unwind and enjoy a good night's sleep. The rooms are equipped with advanced smart technology, allowing you to easily control the lighting, curtains, and temperature with a simple touch. The smart toilet adds a touch of modern convenience. During leisurely moments by the window, the elegant hotel offers afternoon tea. Service: This hotel stay was unforgettable! Special praise goes to the front desk receptionist for their meticulous and welcoming service, especially the lovely ”Yi Xiaolong” who provided a detailed introduction to the hotel's features, including free parking, laundry, and a gym – I was deeply touched! Thank you!
Environment: The hotel is located near green spaces on both sides, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and is also close to a large shopping mall.
Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean and tidy.
The hotel offers both above-ground and underground parking, making it very convenient for guests traveling by car.

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location within the Jianhu Scenic Area, making it incredibly convenient to access various attractions (just 5 minutes from the iconic ancient towpath of Jianhu). The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff provided attentive service. Being a Shaoxing rice wine distillery, the hotel has a rich historical and cultural atmosphere, and the complimentary rice wine was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a weekend getaway to Shaoxing.

NNanguaxianbingtudouFacilities: The room was very spacious and new, meeting Marriott's standards. I arrived quite late this time, and they were kind enough to upgrade my room, which I really appreciate.
Suggestions: The hairdryer wasn't very powerful, and it would be even better if the toilet were a smart one.
Cleanliness: Very clean!
Service: Overall, everything was excellent. The front desk staff were all very polite and courteous. I didn't have time to go to the bar for coffee, so they even specially sent me a fridge magnet, which was a really thoughtful and heartwarming gesture.
However, during breakfast, I could definitely feel the pressure of managing during a holiday period. It was very crowded; even arriving at 8:15 AM, we could only get seats on the periphery, and the environment was generally quite noisy. This is an area they might want to look into improving or adjusting in the future. Also, while the breakfast spread looked like it had many varieties, nothing really stood out taste-wise. The bread in the pastry section wasn't up to five-star standards, but the fresh-squeezed juice was a definite plus.
Despite these points, it was a good experience overall!

GGuest UserBring your baby to Shaoxing, the hotel upgraded our room for one day for free. Welcome fruit, dessert every day, butler service is very timely. Especially this housekeeper Xiao Ni. The hotel's Chinese restaurant for dinner is not expensive, there is a small zoo and horse riding 😀. The lawn is very large and suitable for outdoor. The hotel is very large, and there are many places such as the wine cellar that I don't have time to visit because I have a baby. I will come again next time.

GGuest UserPrime location, a tranquil oasis in a bustling area! The hotel offers a hidden haven; it's right next to my husband's family home, yet you can't hear any of the outside noise from inside the hotel. The room was spacious and bright, exceeding our expectations! Parking was a bit tricky during the holidays as the hotel doesn't have its own lot, so we had to use the scenic area parking. The queue moved quickly, and it was a very short walk to the hotel. It's about a ten-minute walk to Cangqiao Old Street, and there are many popular restaurants nearby worth checking out! All in all, we'll definitely be back!

EEilslieThe amenities were great, clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The service from the staff was truly excellent; everyone was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. One thing I really appreciated was how kid-friendly the place was, there were plenty of attractions and activities to keep the little ones entertained, so parents can actually relax too! I’ll definitely be coming back.

WWangyushenhaihuaxishiI stayed a few times and the facilities in the room are very complete. The room is very clean and tidy when I look inside. The front desk staff are also very good. If you need anything, they can help and reply in time. Overall, I feel good. The location belongs to the city center. It is very close to the Passenger Transport Center, Grand Theater and Science and Technology Museum. It is a 5-minute walk. It is great. Wanfeng is also there for eating, playing and shopping. It is super convenient.

GGuest UserBeautifully located about 1.7km from city center at a quiet residential area which is very peaceful and serene next to a river. It's easily access by online taxi booking.
We love the awards winning Southen Song Dynasty design of the property , however we noticed that the management didn't really put in efforts to upkeep the place.
We stayed in the garden room on the ground floor which we have access to the Riverside garden. It's a shame that the garden are not maintained and the furniture in the garden are not clean to tho use.
I'm sorry to say that staffs attitude are pretty standard or below, not warm nor cold , didn't make the guests feel welcomed.
