The Manli Hotel experience was superb! 👍 The room was fully equipped with a TOTO smart toilet, Huawei TV, coffee machine, and other amenities. The gym's professional equipment was well-maintained, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. The front desk staff, Xiao Zheng and Xiao Li, and the concierge, Xiao Gong, provided excellent service. A five-star review is a must!

We stayed for one day during the May Day holiday. The staff were very welcoming. The two 1.35-meter beds were spacious enough for our family of four. In the evening, desserts and drinks were provided. The swimming pool wasn't crowded and the water was clean, which the kids really enjoyed. After check-out, the hotel even gave us some local specialty snacks. Overall, it exceeded our expectations.

The room was spotless and the bedding was comfortable. I especially loved that the bath towels were individually packaged – a great touch! The service was just right, and it was so nice to enjoy a quiet bowl of congee late at night. Breakfast was well-balanced and tasty. The laundry room was also clean and well-organized.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, very close to the city center with plenty of amenities nearby and excellent transport links. Major shopping areas and attractions are just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel's exterior has a modern and elegant design, while the interior decor exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a soft and comfortable bed and perfectly sized pillows. The bathroom was well-equipped, featuring a strong shower pressure and high-quality toiletries. Complimentary bottled water and snacks were also a thoughtful touch. The hotel's dining service was equally impressive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the staff were friendly and attentive, promptly responding to customer needs. Furthermore, the hotel provides free Wi-Fi with a stable and fast connection, which is a great convenience for business travelers. From the butler service before check-in to the photography service group, the early room upgrade, and the fruit platter after arrival, not to mention the front desk helping to print the article ”Kong Yiji” – the hotel truly excels in every aspect! They anticipate the needs of guests at every turn, and their service-mindedness is exceptional 👍. The special yogurt served at breakfast, personalized bookmarks with our names, and homemade eggs from Lu Xun's grandma's house were all delightful surprises. The one-hour photo shoot before departure was also fantastic; the makeup artist and photographer were efficient and took great pictures, and the post-editing was done with great care! When checking out, they even gave us handmade Wupeng boat models, water, and snacks. It's clear they put a lot of thought and effort into making our stay special, with pleasant surprises around every corner. Next time I visit Shaoxing, I will definitely choose the Xianheng Hotel!

The hotel was very clean, and the large parking lot had a great ambiance. The lobby was bright and tidy, giving the impression that events are often held there, yet it was never chaotic, always well-organized. This time, I came with my family for a concert and some sightseeing. The hotel's proximity to the concert venue was incredibly convenient. Plus, they gave us a small photo card of A-Pu when we checked in! After the concert, they even prepared a tea break with snacks in the lobby, which was a really thoughtful touch! The front desk staff were all super helpful and friendly. It was so easy and pleasant to borrow an umbrella when it rained. They always seemed busy, but they'd listen carefully to requests and eagerly assist, providing excellent service every time!

No strange smells in the room, new facilities, and excellent soundproofing. The staff were incredibly attentive, offering warm tea upon arrival and always greeting us politely – the service was superb! Room service was quick, the cleanliness was top-notch, and the bedding was comfortable. Laundry was convenient, and the 'Zhuju' (bamboo lounge/area) was elegant. The late-night congee was comforting, and breakfast was plentiful. The shower, TV, and air conditioning all worked perfectly. Invoice processing was smooth, and the in-room amenities were high quality. Highly recommended! They even lent us a pet stroller when they saw we had our dog, which meant we could eat in the restaurant for the next few days without any complaints or being turned away. Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic!

The hotel has both positive and negative aspects. The room was spacious and comfortable, which was definitely a plus. However, there were several issues that affected my stay. First, the air conditioning was quite noisy, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The bathtub also had a leakage problem, so it could not really be used for a relaxing soak. Another major concern was the noise every morning. My room was located on the 17th floor, directly below the canteen on the 18th floor. From early morning onwards, there were constant sounds of tables and chairs being dragged across the floor, which was very disruptive and made it hard to rest. Housekeeping service was also disappointing. There was no “Do Not Disturb” door hanger provided in the room. Even when I turned on the Do Not Disturb light, housekeeping staff still knocked on my door repeatedly to ask if I wanted the room cleaned. On one occasion, staff knocked loudly at around 9 a.m. while I was still sleeping, which was quite annoying. On the positive side, the hotel offers self-service laundry facilities. The washing machines cleaned clothes well and the dryers worked effectively. There is also a gym with good equipment, as well as snooker and table tennis facilities, which provided enjoyable recreational options during the stay. Overall, the facilities were good, but the noise and housekeeping issues need improvement.

The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

The B&B has a beautiful environment and the rooms are warm and comfortable. The host is hospitable and the service is attentive. It is convenient to travel around and experience the local customs. It’s a wonderful place to stay while traveling and highly recommended!
