"The hotel is conveniently located near City Plaza Station on Shaoxing Metro Line 1, and just a minute's walk from the Supply and Marketing Building bus stop. We received a free room upgrade to a room with two very comfortable 1.5-meter beds. The hotel also has a gym and laundry room on the first floor, which was super convenient. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying. While Joy City is nearby, it was quite deserted. However, you can take a few bus stops to Intime Department Store, which was bustling. Overall, I made an excellent choice with this hotel. This was my second visit to Shaoxing, and it was super easy to get to Fushan Park, Cangqiao Old Street, Lu Xun's Former Residence, and the Former Residence of Wang Xizhi."

"I recently stayed at the Hylandia by Hyatt Centric in Shaoxing, and I'm completely won over! I just have to rave about it for a bit. The environment is absolutely stunning – I literally gasped when I walked in! It's a converted old factory, blending industrial chic with the charm of a Jiangnan water town so perfectly, it doesn't feel forced at all. The high ceiling in the lobby is so comfortable, and the sunlight filtering through the glass roof makes the wood and stone elements feel warm and soft, completely devoid of that cold, sterile luxury vibe. There's a lovely water feature in the courtyard, and the stone paths winding around the greenery make you want to stop and take photos every few steps. It's not just another cookie-cutter chain hotel; the ambiance is incredible, and you can't help but slow down and relax here. The service truly impressed me! There was none of that awkward, over-the-top enthusiasm; it was just the right amount of attentiveness. During check-in, the front desk lady, Tiffany, spoke so softly and kindly, and Owen was super enthusiastic and efficient. He even shared some tips on where to find good Shaoxing cuisine nearby and the best times to visit Bazi Bridge to avoid crowds – incredibly helpful! Later that evening, I called to borrow something, and it was delivered within minutes. Even the cleaning staff I passed in the hallway would greet me with a smile. That comfortable feeling really beats everything else. I also have to praise the room facilities! The space was much larger than I expected, not cramped at all. The minimalist wooden decor made it feel clean and refreshing. The bedding was incredibly soft; I was ready to fall asleep within two minutes of lying down and had a fantastic night's sleep. The attention to detail is excellent: a Dyson hairdryer, Atelier Cologne toiletries, and even local Shaoxing yellow wine in the minibar, which tasted quite good. They even provided snacks, showing great care. I also checked out the gym; the equipment is quite new, and working out while overlooking the greenery in the courtyard really improved my mood. And the cleanliness – I have absolutely no complaints! I'm a bit of a clean freak when it comes to hotels, but this time, I couldn't find a single flaw. Every nook and cranny in the room was spotless; there wasn't a speck of dust under the bed or in the bathroom crevices. The mirrors and glass were sparkling clean, and even the hallway floors were consistently tidy. There was no strange disinfectant smell in the air, which made me feel very much at ease. Overall, staying here felt like discovering a hidden gem. It has all the quality of a high-end hotel without being pretentious; it's as comfortable as staying at a friend's house. I'll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Shaoxing!"

They contacted us the day before, asking about our travel plans and if we were bringing elderly, children, or pets. Since we always travel with our furry friend, their pet-friendly policy was a huge deciding factor. The hotel is nestled within an old residential area, blending in perfectly without any sense of incongruity – it felt like discovering a new world in a bustling district. The surroundings are surprisingly quiet with low foot traffic. Even better, it's incredibly close to all the popular attractions, which meant we didn't have to trek far to enjoy the sights, while still having a peaceful retreat at the hotel. This was definitely the highlight for our family. The courtyard, with its charming bridges and flowing water, had a lovely spring-like vibe, perfect for artsy photos. After a long day of exploring, instead of going straight to our room, we relaxed by the pool, soaking up the sun – so serene and utterly relaxing. The room was spotlessly clean, and I loved the subtle, pleasant fragrance. The color scheme in the room was particularly appealing, both stylish and cozy. With the pool right outside the window and plenty of sunshine streaming in, it was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was quite varied, featuring many local specialties. The 'yinggao' (rice cake) was absolutely delicious; I ate three pieces myself! The handmade 'xiaohuntun' (mini wontons) prepared by the auntie were also incredibly fresh and flavorful – you could tell the ingredients were top-quality. P.S. It was a bit busy during breakfast, and the wontons and pumpkin 'miangeda' (dough drops) were made fresh to order, which was a very thoughtful touch. Although they accidentally gave our bowl of miangeda to another guest, they quickly prepared a new one for us. We totally understand that mistakes happen sometimes, and we still really enjoyed it. We visit Shaoxing frequently and will definitely be back if we get the chance. We highly, highly recommend this hotel!"

"The entire facility is well-equipped and new. The room is spacious and bright, and the beds are very clean. The water dispenser and bathroom facilities all work well. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the lighting is appropriate, and the internet is stable. Overall, it's clean and tidy, and the facilities are well-maintained. "With the Dragon Boat Festival approaching, I planned a four-day family trip and chose the Crowne Plaza Shaoxing. The hotel is well-equipped, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The lake view is beautiful and refreshing. The evening lights, especially, enhance the stunning lake scenery. Although some facilities are a bit old, the hotel's service is attentive, and their prompt response and replenishment quickly make up for any shortcomings. Nearby, there's a RT-Mart, KFC, McDonald's, and various local eateries like Wucidamian. Tourist attractions like Lu Xun's Former Residence, Donghu Scenic Area, and Keyan Scenic Area are all just about a 30-minute taxi ride away. It offers great value for money. I'll definitely stay at the Crowne Plaza Shaoxing again on my next visit to Shaoxing."

"This is one of my favorite hotels. I stayed at Shaoxing Hotel over ten years ago when I first visited Shaoxing, and it feels like it's been redesigned and renovated since then. It's now a wonderfully elegant garden hotel with top-notch aesthetics. The moment you step into the lobby, the entire decor is simply stunning, captivating you from sight to soul. The hotel's location is also excellent, right next to Fushan Park and Cangqiao Straight Street. The room facilities, breakfast, and everything else are impeccable. In the afternoon, it was incredibly pleasant to sit in the gazebo at Dai Cafe, sipping coffee and watching the rain. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Shaoxing."

The hotel offers a dedicated free parking lot, though the underground parking isn't accessible. Both the front desk staff and housekeeping were very friendly and deserve praise. The room decor is simple yet stylish, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was good, but the food was slow to be replenished daily. On the downside, the cleaning staff in the restaurant had a terrible attitude, glaring at guests, which really detracted from the hotel's image."

The flavored afternoon tea, featuring huangjiu (yellow wine), was a delightful and immersive experience. The hotel's location is fantastic; Cangqiao Old Street is lively and convenient, while Fushan Park and the morning market offer a glimpse into local life. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast and late-night snacks were delicious. Plus, it's super easy to get around from here. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shaoxing."
