It's within walking distance to Lu Xun's former residence, Fushan Park, and other attractions, making it super convenient for exploring the ancient city. The staff were warm and attentive, and the common areas were wonderfully relaxing for tea and chats."

Shaoxing is a city with a rich cultural heritage, home to many historical figures, and its quiet, uncrowded environment is perfect for a leisurely trip. "The hotel's location is super convenient, right by the subway entrance, and taxis can pull up directly to the lobby. The surrounding area is also quite nice, and the lake view from the high floors is beautiful and uplifting. The room itself is spacious and clean, and the TV's screen casting feature is a plus. The gym, though small, is well-equipped. Breakfast, however, was pretty average, nothing special, and honestly, it lowers the hotel's overall standard a bit. Also, probably because it's so close to the subway, you can hear a whistling sound every time a train passes by. If you're sensitive to noise, you might want to consider other options carefully."

"I booked a 3-day, 2-night stay at Shaoxing Hotel through Trip.com. Taking advantage of the good weather, I brought my elderly parents out for a change of scenery. My mother, due to a long-term illness, is wheelchair-bound. The moment we arrived at the entrance of Shaoxing Hotel, we were met with the meticulous care and attention of Mr. Lu Xinsong from the hotel. He first pushed my mother to the front desk, helped us arrange two adjacent rooms so I could look after my parents, and then suggested we stay in Building 6, which is close to the breakfast restaurant, so we wouldn't have to walk too far for meals each morning. While I was checking in, he also pushed my mother and father to the lounge area in the lobby to rest and wait. What touched me even more was that after I finished checking in, he helped us push my mother and simultaneously introduced us to the beautiful hotel grounds, staying with us until we were settled in our room with our luggage. Thank you so much, Mr. Lu. You are the face of Shaoxing Hotel and, to us guests, a relative we felt an instant connection with! Shaoxing Hotel is a five-star scenic hotel designed with traditional Jiangnan garden architecture. It truly lives up to the saying 'every step reveals a new view,' making you feel like you're strolling through a painting. During our two-day stay, my family not only enjoyed the beautiful scenery and delicious food but also received a warm welcome from the hotel staff. I'd especially like to mention Ms. Feng from housekeeping; she was always responsive and provided excellent service. Thank you too! Life is a journey, and I'm incredibly grateful to have met such wonderful people. This was our first time in Shaoxing, but because of good people like Mr. Lu and Ms. Feng, who felt more like family than strangers, I believe I will definitely return to Shaoxing! And many times! "This hotel is located in the business center of Keqiao District, Shaoxing, surrounded by the World Trade Center and Wanda Plaza, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel offers a dedicated free parking lot, though the underground parking isn't accessible. Both the front desk staff and housekeeping were very friendly and deserve praise. The room decor is simple yet stylish, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was good, but the food was slow to be replenished daily. On the downside, the cleaning staff in the restaurant had a terrible attitude, glaring at guests, which really detracted from the hotel's image."

"I loved the ambiance of the hotel lobby. The room was spacious and incredibly clean, and they provided Jo Malone toiletries, including a great little bar of soap! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Honestly, it was a much better experience than the Hilton I stayed at in Hangzhou. The shuttle, which I believe was a Toyota Alphard, needed to be booked in advance, but the front desk was happy to adjust the timing for me when I wanted to visit a different attraction later in the day. Very impressive service!"

She also meticulously prepared a Shaoxing scenic spot travel guide and food recommendations, and even gave me a welcome gift 🎁. The experience was absolutely fantastic 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻! Of course, other staff at the front desk 👍🏻 were also very professional and polite, providing excellent service that made me feel incredibly comfortable! 📍 **Location**: The hotel is right in the Tianjie area of Shaoxing, and parking is free for guests 🆓. You can reach the hotel from elevators 5 or 6 to the first floor, then a 2-3 minute walk (Tiffany also provided the location and directions in advance 😄). 🏨 **Environment**: The hotel was formerly an 871 chip factory. After its design transformation, it now focuses on artistic visuals. The public areas have a very stylish feel, with geometric compositions, water features, and natural light blending together. The green plant aesthetic combined with red walls creates a strong visual impact – a unique beauty that is both powerful and serene! Every corner of the public area is perfect for photos! I checked in on Friday and happened to catch the evening ritual performance in the lobby bar, which was very Shaoxing and quite good! 🛋️ **Facilities** are complete, and the room layout is well-designed with a logical flow. The bedding is great (I slept really well ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧), and the balcony offers lush green views, perfect for relaxing and unwinding! The mini-bar is complimentary and includes specialty Shaoxing rice wine. 🥢 The ”Waking Breakfast” is a semi-buffet à la carte system. The variety isn't huge, but everything tastes excellent! Signature dishes include Shaoxing Ciwu noodles and Shaoxing印糕 (rice cakes). The freshly made omelets and thin pancakes were highlights! The small wontons were also very good! ❣️ I was short on time and didn't get to experience many hidden perks, but overall, it was fantastic and highly recommended! I will definitely choose to stay here again! (It's also a great choice for traveling with seniors and children!)"

"Our family stay at the Atour Hotel in Shaoxing's Lu Xun Native Place Joy City was absolutely fantastic! We arrived quite late, and the front desk thoughtfully prepared hot wontons for our child, which was such a heartwarming gesture. The hotel facilities are excellent, with convenient laundry and white shoe cleaning areas, and the delivery robot was a smart touch. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, and we were thoroughly satisfied. What truly impressed us was that we accidentally left some clothes behind, and the hotel proactively contacted us and arranged for them to be mailed. The service was impeccable! Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shaoxing!"

"Location & Transport: It's super convenient, only a three-minute drive to Qiaobo Ski Resort. Service Details: The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, even providing toothbrushes and slippers for kids, which was a really thoughtful touch. Room Facilities: The room was larger than I expected with fantastic views. The bedding was very comfortable, and I appreciated the choice of firm or soft pillows. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the water pressure was excellent, and hot water was instant. Cleanliness: The carpet and bed sheets were spotless, with no unpleasant odors. As someone who's particular about cleanliness, I was very satisfied. Breakfast/Dining: Breakfast was good, with noodles and rice vermicelli available. The fruit was fresh and replenished promptly, and there was still plenty to eat even when I went at 10 AM. Overall Summary: Excellent value for money. It's perfect for both leisure and business trips. I've already saved this place for future stays!"
