GGubertFirst off, a big shout-out to the hotel owner! We absolutely loved the room design. We're a family of five; my parents chose the 'Northeast heated kang bed' to relive their childhood memories, my husband and I slept on the Korean-style tatami with individual temperature control, and our daughter had a big bed. We each had our own space without disturbing each other. The room was spacious enough for all five of us, not cramped at all. My daughter, for the first time since we arrived in Harbin, said she finally had a meal she liked, thanks to the chef's cooking. The owner even gave us a discount, which we really appreciate. The location is also fantastic, very close to all the attractions. I've already posted about it on my social media!

The breakfast selection is rich, the room facilities are new, and the bedding is comfortable. Overall, it's excellent value for money and a very satisfying experience. Thumbs up!👍

The owner was very welcoming, introducing us to various activities and fun places within the area. We could have breakfast in the morning and immediately start playing in the snow.

CC.L 思We came to Snow Town without any itinerary and honestly had no idea what to do there. What truly stood out was not only how clean and well-maintained the hotel and rooms were, but the exceptional hospitality we received.
Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely taken care of. The breakfast was very good and especially comforting in the cold weather, adding to the warmth of the entire experience.
Due to my busy schedule, I wasn’t able to secure transportation from Location A to Snow Town in time. Amazingly, the team went out of their way to help arrange transportation within 24 hours—while I was already at the airport on my way to Harbin. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and care for their guests.
A heartfelt and special thank you to Xiao Zhi. He was with us every step of the way—guiding us, checking in on us, and always making sure we were okay. He helped us plan our itinerary with genuine care and never once tried to sell or push any activities. Everything he did came from a place of sincerity. He truly wanted us to enjoy Snow Town, and that made all the difference.
Some may feel the price is higher compared to other accommodations, but it is worth every single cent. You are not just paying for a place to stay, you are paying for genuine care, exceptional service, and heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly valued. From the reception staff, to the cleaners, to those serving breakfast, every individual played a part in making our stay so special and unforgettable.
This experience exceeded all expectations, and I would recommend this place without even a moment of hesitation. I would 1000% encourage anyone visiting Snow Town to book with them—you will not regret it. Our experience would have been completely different without them. Thank you to the entire team for giving us such a beautiful, warm, and unforgettable experience ❤️

GGuest UserThe owner was really nice, helping me arrange transportation to and from Snow Town. The place is newly renovated, and it looks great. The facilities are excellent, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the bed sheets were very clean and comfortable. I'm extremely satisfied; it's fantastic value for money. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe bed was super comfy and the room was incredibly warm, so I slept really well. It was quiet too, and I could even see the snow from the window – really nice! It's such a good deal for just over 300 RMB, and breakfast was included.
My girlfriend and I compared a few places, and this one was the best fit. Even though it's a bit far out, it met all our requirements and offered excellent value for money.
Maybe because it's in a forest area, there were a few ladybugs, but it was no big deal. They're harmless, so we just tossed them outside. It's to be expected, I guess.
