The hotel is brand new, and the rooms are very clean and unique. You can enjoy the outdoor scenery right from your bed. They offered complimentary frozen pears and persimmons upon check-in, and a free breakfast. The ground floor houses a cafe where you can order coffee and milk tea. The hotel also provides butler service. When entering Snow Village, a butler will pick you up and guide you, and they'll inform you of activity times in advance. Our butler, Xiao Wu, accompanied us throughout our stay, taking us to the best spots for photos in Snow Village, helping us take pictures, even refilling our hot water. They guided us in playing 'water splashing into ice,' letting us do it as many times as we wanted until we were thoroughly entertained. When we left, they dropped us off at the bus station and helped with our luggage the whole way. The service was excellent. Five-star rating for Butler Xiao Wu!

The room wasn't as big as it looked in the pictures, but it was still spacious enough for three people, which is understandable given how expensive space is here. When we first arrived, we felt a bit cold. They brought us an electric heater, but honestly, it wasn't the room that was cold, it was just us being chilled from outside. So, we turned it off after a while. In the evening, when we wanted to eat in the room, they even brought us a small 'kang' table (a heated brick bed, used here for a low table). The service at Xueshang Yunsheng was exceptionally good; they were never bothered no matter when we asked for help. The tickets we bought for the Ice and Snow Gallery and the big ** (attraction) were a great deal. The accommodation was clean, and the hot water for showering was excellent. I didn't take any photos. I didn't take any photos inside the room. Some people say that in Xuexiang, the hot water is bad, and rooms lack water and toilet paper, but we didn't experience any of that. Overall, we were very satisfied.

First off, a big shout-out to the hotel owner! We absolutely loved the room design. We're a family of five; my parents chose the 'Northeast heated kang bed' to relive their childhood memories, my husband and I slept on the Korean-style tatami with individual temperature control, and our daughter had a big bed. We each had our own space without disturbing each other. The room was spacious enough for all five of us, not cramped at all. My daughter, for the first time since we arrived in Harbin, said she finally had a meal she liked, thanks to the chef's cooking. The owner even gave us a discount, which we really appreciate. The location is also fantastic, very close to all the attractions. I've already posted about it on my social media!

The rooms are comparable to an all-season hotel, and even though it's in a guesthouse area, the amenities are on par with chain hotels. It's clean and hygienic, and the prices are reasonable during the off-season. The service is warm and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. It's definitely worth checking out if you're visiting Jingpo Lake. The location is great, right at the North Gate of Jingpo Lake, and having parking available is very convenient.

The rooms are well-equipped, and the staff are highly professional. I looked at several hotels in Xuexiang, and Snow Mountain Snow Hotel really stands out. The breakfast selection is rich, the room facilities are new, and the bedding is comfortable. Overall, it's excellent value for money and a very satisfying experience. Thumbs up!👍

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

The hotel's service was excellent, and the front desk staff were really nice. This time, I had the concierge book a private car from Yabuli to Snow Town and tickets to Dahaozi Mountain, which was a great deal. Because I had a bad experience in Yabuli, I was quite worried coming here, but the hotel didn't disappoint us in the end. Everything was thoughtful, and they even upgraded our room during check-in. The room was very clean, and the location was pretty good too. The hotel also has a restaurant that's cheaper than the other grubby little places in Snow Town, though you might not know about it if you're not staying here, haha. Overall, if you're coming to Snow Town, I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is quite decent, clean and tidy, with indoor parking spaces, free of charge. The location is very good. Behind it is Longxugou Pedestrian Street. The surrounding food is also convenient. It is very lively and down-to-earth at night. It's a short walk to the old buildings and museums, it takes about 15 minutes, and you can browse the city along the way. Taking a taxi starts at 7 yuan, and you don't need to use the meter when you go to the country gate, and the price is 20 yuan. Overall good value for money.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations for my trip to China's Snow Town! It's super convenient for enjoying the snowy scenery and fireworks at night. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent heating, 24-hour hot water, and a wet/dry bathroom separation. It's incredibly rare to find such warm and comfortable accommodation in Snow Town, where temperatures drop to tens of degrees below zero. The owner and staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, proactively helping with luggage, recommending tour routes, and even thoughtfully preparing hot ginger tea and teaching us how to play 'water splashing into ice'. Their genuine Northeastern hospitality was outstanding. Overall, the experience was perfect, and it offers great value for money. Staying here in Snow Town is definitely a win-win, I highly recommend it!
