"The room itself was a solid C. The neighbors were too noisy, and the smell of smokers in the next room didn't have time to dissipate. It doesn't feel like an apartment. There are no dishes, no kettle, and no TV. Those are the downsides. The pluses for me personally are the convenient location. It's near a shopping center with all the popular food options: KFC, Starbucks, and Mac. Transportation is easy—taxi access is no problem. I left a day early."

"I booked a room through Ctrip, but when I arrived at the hotel late at night on May 1st, the woman on night shift said there were no rooms available and asked me to cancel. I showed her the Ctrip booking, which couldn't be cancelled, and only then did she check me in. It wasn't that there were no rooms available; I just disturbed her sleep in the middle of the night. Her attitude was extremely rude. When I asked her which floor and which room, and what time I would check out the next day, she acted like she was deaf. Employees like that should be fired immediately; they're affecting business."
