"I booked this hotel for a business trip and unexpectedly needed to print some documents late at night. The front desk staff, despite it being so late, was incredibly helpful and printed quite a few pages for me. They were so warm and didn't seem bothered at all, and even printed them for free, which I felt a little bad about! This is a really great hotel with very enthusiastic staff. The small convenience store on the first floor is also good; I bought some nice snacks there. Highly recommend, I'll definitely come back next time!"

"The hotel was warm and thoughtful; even the trees were dressed up in long garments, which shows how much effort the knitters must have put in. The Christmas tree at the hotel entrance was beautiful, and the lobby was filled with a Christmas atmosphere. David and Liddy at the front desk were attentive and enthusiastic in their service. They even gave me a bottle of hot water because it was chilly. Amanda patiently explained the gym to me when I asked. The sofas in the lobby were soft, the carpet was comfortable, and the complimentary sweet and sour candies were delicious. The barley tea at the front desk smelled wonderful. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with complete facilities. It was a stay that exceeded my expectations."

"Location was great. Right opposite the train station. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The first room I was given had a really strong smoking smell, so they gave me another room right away. The view of the city from high floor was great! Could see the whole city and the mountains surrounding the city. Every morning my room could see the sun rise and get some indoor sun bathing in the winter. The breakfast had a healthy Chinese variety. Some western bread and muffins were offered as well. The only weird part for me was the fruits - the breakfast buffet had bananas and oranges cut into halves which I saw nobody taking. Overall, the stay was totally worth it."

"I just returned from a fun and surprising winter weekend staying at the Home Inns in Northeast. This winter trip was definitely an experience to remember. The location of the hotel is ideal, with a wide variety of winter activities nearby, from skiing to snowshoeing, there is an abundance of options. The staff at the Home Inns were very helpful, providing information about these activities and assisting us with renting ski equipment. The room was very warm and comfortable, with a soft bed that gave me a restful sleep every night. The bathroom facilities were very clean and provided all the necessities. Every morning, we looked forward to the Home Inns' hearty breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options to satisfy guests of all tastes. "I highly recommend Mudanjiang All Seasons The service is really meticulous and thoughtful There are many types of breakfast, and there is also freshly ground coffee from Coffee Star Of course, there is also coffee in the lobby I forgot about it because of the noise from the construction, and they gave me a souvenir when I checked out, which is very thoughtful! Compared with Orange, it is simply crushing. Orange's service and breakfast are not as good as All Seasons. I have stayed in almost all All Seasons in the province, and this one in Mudanjiang is the nicest"

GGuest UserFive-star review! A double delight of stunning Snow Town scenery and a trendy new hotel. Snow Town truly left me speechless with its beauty! The pristine white snow piles up into plump ”snow mushrooms,” and the red lanterns glow against the snow. Walking down Snow Rhyme Street felt like stepping into a frosted fairytale town, and the snowy scenery of Yangcao Mountain was simply picturesque; every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. The hotel we stayed at was incredibly surprising – new, stylish, and tasteful. It blended a modern minimalist aesthetic with northeastern elements like floral cotton-padded jackets, warm lighting, and natural wood textures. The design was all in the details and completely exceeded my expectations. The cozy, warm room combined with the icy winter wonderland outside made for an extremely comfortable and pleasant stay. This Snow Town trip was made even more perfect by the beautiful scenery and excellent accommodation. Highly recommended!

__WeChat263568****Choosing the right guesthouse in Hengdaohezi is absolutely key for a great trip, and this one made our vacation incredibly happy! The owner was super thoughtful; they communicated with us in advance about our pickup time and were waiting for us at the station, immediately helping with our luggage – it instantly warmed us up in the winter chill. The guesthouse room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the snow view outside the window was incredibly calming. The biggest surprise was the extra activities: they provided free snow tubes, so we could enjoy the thrill of sliding in the snow right in the yard – both adults and kids had a blast. In the evening, the owner organized a bonfire party; everyone gathered around the fire, chatting and laughing, creating a lively and wonderful atmosphere. The owner also enthusiastically shared local travel tips and food recommendations, being completely genuine and transparent throughout. Whether it was the service, environment, or activities, everything was impeccable. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hengdaohezi, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a snow trip!

AAnonymous UserGreat location to stay at... close to the scenic site, just a walk over. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as there's one in the hotel. Reception was super helpful and warm, offering to book rides for us, as well as telling us of the complimentary breakfast, which we only tried on the second day as we headed out on the first early in the morning before breakfast was ready. Great spread of breakfast, too, when we tried the 2nd day. The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed the Mahjong table... hand a game or two during the late night. The room was clean and comfortable. It is likely one of the best hotels to stay near the north gate of JinPoHu.

XXiyouFirst impressions - The hotel is new, the bed and pillows are comfortable, and it's about a 12-minute walk from the high-speed rail station. Getting to the station is even faster because it's downhill. The breakfast tastes like home. The wontons are firm and fresh, probably made by the auntie herself. The front desk staff are warm and polite, and they provided four bottles of water in the room, silently demonstrating the hotel's thoughtfulness. Because of an exhibition, the price was higher than usual, but overall it was a good choice, and I would stay here again next time I'm in Suifenhe.

AAnonymous UserI was on the road for nearly ten days and this was the most unsatisfactory hotel I stayed in. When I originally chose it, I saw that it was a relatively good hotel in Suifenhe and the price was not very cheap. I thought the sanitary conditions and services would be relatively better, but it really wasn’t. 1. When I checked in, I wanted to arrange a room on the same floor because I was accompanying my parents. I also noted these requirements when booking. When we arrived, there were no rooms on the same floor. The front desk staff said they would help us move one. I said it was OK, but after we checked in, I found out that the room my parents had was older than the one booked. I think I can accept the smaller room class because we are on the same floor. But should you inform me when you change? After all, the cost of booking a room is different. 2. After washing my hands after entering, I saw a large sign of mold above the sink. This was not the result of being too busy during the holidays and not paying attention. It looked like it was caused by a long period of time. In fact, it is very simple to buy a mildew removal spray and rub it on. It will be much better. Instead of not handling it at all, it will affect the check-in experience. 3. There are cigarette butts in the crack of the bathroom door. The water is blocked and the water is completely blocked. It is impossible to take a long bath. This is simply because they did not take it seriously when cleaning. Since your hotel has so many rooms that can be booked, it should be guaranteed to be full. It won't affect the guest's experience the next day, right? Also, the previous customer used half of the excess toilet paper and the edges were wet. He didn't change it and just left it there for me to continue using. He was so angry that he forgot to take a photo. All in all, a very, very, very unsatisfactory stay experience.

GGuest UserThe waiter has a good attitude. Stepping into this hotel is like stepping into a paradise in the world. The interior decoration is exquisite, and it seems to have the ingenuity of ”carving out the Qionglou with meticulous care”; the utensils are arranged regularly, showing the meticulousness of ”the windows are bright and clean without any dust”. The owner is warm and hospitable, and answers every inquiry in detail, as if meeting old friends again, very cordial. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the glow through the gauze, and when you return home in the evening, you can hear the breeze blowing through the curtains. Accommodation here is not only a place to rest, but also a place for the soul, where you can forget your worries and enjoy peace. It is really the best choice.

NNaraxiaolvThis is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Xuexiang. The rooms are fully smart, with two floor-to-ceiling windows! Very clean. The hotel offers luggage pickup and drop-off, a water-to-ice splashing experience, and even provides local cotton-padded jackets in the rooms. Plastic sleds for kids to play with are also free. The toiletries in the room are complete, and the service is very attentive. I'd definitely stay here again next time. The only minor issue is that the WiFi is a bit slow.

I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!
